Tried this place for the first time today, and I was pretty impressed. The sodas aren't too sweet which has always been my problem with Sodalicious. I ordered a Bloody Wild, a Texas Tab, a chocolate chip cookie, and a classic sugar cookie to share with my husband. We really loved the Bloody Wild! The Texas Tab was pretty good, but the dr. pepper syrup to soda ratio was off. So it tasted more like soda water with flavoring. The biggest bummer were the cookies they both were refrigerated, which would have been fine if I was expecting it... but based off the other review, I thought they would be fresh baked. They almost tasted like frozen cookie dough... I love cookie dough, so they weren't awful. Haha. :) We will definitely be giving this place one more try! read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE! They will never get your drink right and they're all just starting to taste like garbage, it will taste different every single time and half the time it just has the wrong ingredients all together. I've only had a pleasant experience with a handful of their employees that are no longer there because they know just how bad the place is but a lot of them will just be straight up rude or disrespectful and especially disrespectful to my husband. My biggest complaint besides horrible drinks is the traffic control. They will have a line blocking traffic and a 3 car gap in the middle of the drive through, still taking their order while everyone else waits in the street; meanwhile they could just continue taking their order after taking a few steps forward to seize the gap to stop blocking traffic. Overall this place is just getting worse and worse, and the management is just terrible as well. Even tried calling HR and it directed me to an empty line! This place is absolutely horrendous and insolent, will never be coming back. read more

I love this place extremely really good soda mixes and excellent cookies definitely recommend it for literally anything this place is awesome you should definitely go. Swig has been our "go to" treat for a longtime, but last night may have been our last visit. After waiting in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes, we get to the window at 9:02pm and the young lady at the window tells us she's now closed and cannot help us! What!?! We were the last car. Why were the 5 cars in front of us served? I get that people want to go home but give me a break! It was 2 minutes. Someone should have been monitoring that drive-thru better and let us know long before we waited 10+ minutes to tell us we wouldn't be ordering. And PLEASE open up your dining room already. My cookies were frozen solid. I told the girl behind the counter and she dismissed it telling me they are always served cold. They weren't cold they were completely FROZEN! My kids couldn't bite through them!! I've heard so much about these cookies. What a major disappointment!! $10 for two frozen solid cookies and a soda? We will take our business to Soda Rush. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went through the drive thru today after seeing they had boba and when I went to order it they said they are all out of boba. How are you out of something that is a big part of the menu an hour after opening? Anyways, I didn't know what else to get as the menu was at the beginning of the drive thru so I asked the cashier to see a menu. She looked irritable and seemed like she didn't wanna be there and rolled her eyes as she handed me the menu. I felt so rushed that I didn't even get a chance to look at it, I just ordered the first thing i saw. My boyfriend got one of their sodas which was pretty good, I got a fruit drink and it was absolutely disgusting. If you're lookin to go somewhere for drinks definitely consider Bahama Buck's or any gas station as a substitute for this horrible business. read more

Drive through was 10 deep minimum. I dont get it. The popularity confuses me. I didnt try any of the drinks but my friends enjoyed the Raspberry Dream. I got a coconut cookie that was frozen. I'm pretty sure the teens behind the counter were overwhelmed and under water. It was good frozen .... so I can imagine they are amazing baked. Management needs to get it together. We go here every time we do a Costco trip and love it! Their rewards program is awesome and seems to get us more than any other drink place. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that they overfill their drinks to the extent that when you put in your straw, the drink will spill all over the cup holder. read more

Don't waste your money! I decided to try Swig instead of the soda shop down the street to see if it was as amazing as some say. I ordered the dr. Pepper drink that is supposed to have coconut cream in it. When I got my drink it tasted like a dr. Pepper from Circle K which is fine if it was $0.89 but I paid extra extra to get the cream. When I asked the worker about the taste he said the kid didn't put the cream in. What? So you pay extra for something here and then they don't even bother to give it to you? I guess I needed to go in and watch them make my drink to make sure I got what I asked (and paid) for. Otherwise you will just be over paying for an expensive dr. Pepper you can get at any gas station. I also got a pink cookie that wasn't great. It seemed old which again for the price should be better. I did like the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie but am so disappointed in the other two things and the horrible service I received I'm going right back to and sticking with my favorite spot, Sodalicious. The employees are so much better there- you get in your drink what you ordered and their cookies are incredible. So mad I wasted a trip to Swig instead! So so disappointed since this was so much worse than I ever expected. read more

I'm surprised people keep saying their cookies are cold because when we get them they seem to be room temperature and I like them cold! Maybe they should just offer cold or non-cold?? This review will draw the ire of mom's club but this place just doesn't resonate with me. Tried the top 3 most popular cookies but didn't really care for any of them. They're not gross but they're not great either. For me, the chocolate frosting is more sugary than chocolatey. The frosting on the sugar cookie seems to be too buttery. And I'd much rather have a fresh, warm, out of the oven cookie than a cold, partially baked cookie. Didn't try the sodas since I stopped drinking them years ago. The menu definitely caters to the stereotypical sugar+caffine mom crowd in the Wasatch front and Gilbert area. read more

"Fresh from the freezer". Yep. Went by today and got a peanut butter cookie and a drink (Texas Tab). The cookie was frozen solid. I couldn't bite into it at all. I asked if they always serve them frozen and was told yes, that people who know Swig like them fresh from the freezer. They offered to "nuke it" for a couple seconds. I got back peanut butter putty. The horrendous stink when you opened the door should have been the first sign to just turn around and leave. Sadly I had the kids with me and they were excited to try this place as a treat. So prices were okay at first glance, $1.69 for a 24oz specialty soda. On second glance the specialty drink, is just a bunch of different regular sodas mixed together. They also charge you a base price for the specialty drink then break down each drink and double charge you for each of the different flavored sodas in that drink. What a rip off! Then you get charged for the fruit balls, or other added boba you want in each drink, which I can at least understand. So I just paid over $10.00 for 3, 24oz sodas that all tasted gross. Basically save your money and go to circle k and let your kid mix their own soda with the same exact flavors and brand drinks they offer in here, minus the smell of a homeless mans restroom. Service was okay, girl had no idea on how to explain the drinks and if they offered specials or popular drinks. . Not going again. read more
