After reading the recent reviews we were hesitant to go but much to our surprise it was delicious! We had a 6:30 reservation for 4, we were seated quickly. We all had a cocktail, made perfectly. Ice water and fresh warm rolls were brought to the table. We ordered a taco salad with beef, steak with asparagus, tortellini with chicken and the pasta Alfredo with mushrooms. This place may have had an off night but I was extremely disappointed. My fiancé and I made reservations on a Saturday because we knew with this being a new restaurant in centra mass it would be packed. The woman whom we made our reservations with over the phone seemed to have no clue what how to do her job. Typically, they will ask you what time you were looking to come in, then they give you open times but instead she just waited for me to tell her when. It was rather awkward, as if they weren't that busy yet failed to mention it. When we arrived to the restaurant the parking lot can only fit so many cars so we had to drive around hoping someone was leaving along with 5+ other cars. Then as we make our way into the restaurant there are a lot of people waiting. Even though we made reservations, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for a table. The table she sat us at had been cleared off the entire time we stood there waiting. Anyway, we are seated and the server comes over with a pitcher of water, no glasses to be found. We wait and see if maybe she notices after stopping by our table 3 times and she even asks us if we wanted to order drinks besides water. When we mentioned not having glasses for a water she made a joke instead of apologizing, immature. It then about 20 minutes for us to get our first round of drinks. The server did at least apologize for that saying the bar was backed up. By the time they finally get back to us so we can order food I get the turkey stuffed dinner and the server tells me it is one of the most popular dishes so I am excited to try it. My fiancé orders the 18 ounce steak which was at a reasonable price. Our food arrives and the amount of food is great. However, the first thing I noticed was that my turkey pieces were extremely hard and I mean so hard that you can't even pierce it with your fork. The entire plate of turkey was dry and I got the gross leftover you don't eat on thanksgiving. I could barely eat it. I am in no way a picky eater or complainer unless it's just outright awful. I then sampled my fiancé's steak which was very juicy minus the large amount of fatty pieces left onto steak. He had to cut off at least a quarter of the steak, he wasn't happy but he's had worse. After finishing what we liked about our meal the server asked us if we wanted dessert. I did not want to be disappointed again so we asked for our check, this took another 15 minutes. I don't typically write reviews about restaurant because this is a new establishment and I know a lot of people want to try this place. I would stay away until they get their act together. They should also find an alternative for parking spots. I know patrons who have been here already have complained about the motel next-door charging people to park there. How embarrassing of the restaurant not to accommodate their customers. Do you not get the turkey dinner, you're better off going to O'Connor's down the road. They made this place nice and the decor is great. However, they need to get their meals down and time management needs work. If you're going to have a hostess making reservations, I would hire somebody who knows what they're doing. That woman will throw anybody off with her unsure attitude. We were so excited for a new place to open, sadly this isn't it. We have tried a few times now, trying to figure out what is missing in this beautiful place. There is no personality, friendliness with the staff at all. Food is mediocre at best. Very disappointing read more

We were there on a Tuesday night and the service was incredibly slow. We waited over an hour for a salad, shrimp scampi and two kids pasta. The kids was no more than 12 pieces and when we asked for more they charged us for a complete other meal. We asked for a manager and they never even showed up. We will not be returning. read more

Checked out the new eatery and was pleasantly surprised. Nice setting and the food was great.

Bad food, bad service. Pizza was awful. I felt bad giving it to my dog. Appetizer wasnt anything special. Itll be closed in 6 months.

They still have some work to do. Great atmosphere. Had the portobello appetizer - WAY to much stuffing on top. It was basically just a glob of white bread on top with a barley melted piece of swiss cheese. Teryaki sauce on boneless wings was good, but too salty. Will try it again in a few months. read more

We had a great waitress, Kristy. Food was good, really big appetizer portion (calimari) as well as dinner portion (we shared the prime rib w/sweet potato & ceasar salad). I have only ate in the bar area but I have enjoyed all the offerings so far. The best was the basic cheeseburger . The worst was the chicken Caesar salad. I also enjoyed the fish tacos. read more

Great bar area. Menu is a wide variety and nicely put together. I had a special pork shank and pumpkin ravioli dish that was incredible. Service was slow but I think that's from being a new restaurant. Hopefully that improves as it's a nice environment with great food read more

One of the best meals I have had in the area. The decor is bright and attractive and they also have an interesting cocktail menu. One of the few drawbacks is the noise level. The dining room is rather loud although they have a high ceiling. It could use some acoustic tiles. I also see no need for the large flat screen TVs in the dining room since if you are enjoying a fine meal in attractive surroundings you will presumably be talking to your companion and not watching TV. Definitely worth a return trip however. read more

Ate here last night. Seated right away with reservations. Nice big booths. Had the calamari and one of the best ever. Lots of tentacles and very crispy. The marinara sauce used as a dip was very tasty. At the table we ordered the 18oz Ribeye cooked medium rare and seasoned nicely, fish and chips was also cooked perfectly and a huge piece of fish and lastly we got the Table Twelve special pizza! Liked the atmosphere and remake of the restaurant. But the service was slow. Never got our salads. It was almost 80 deg F in the restaurant. Too hot. Finally got our food and it was not very good. Salty steak. Prices were a bit on the high side and then when the quality wasn't good, I can now say it's overpriced. Craft beer I got was warm? Water was good. Ordered the prime rib and it was good. Overall, everyone liked their meal including my 8 year old daughter who got the rib eye.

Went here for a gathering with a relatively small amount of people, 2 tables with 8 chairs would have accommodated well. The person organizing the event made a reservation for a Wed night. We were seated 20 minutes after the reservation time. Our group was seated in two separate booths, which were across the isle from each other. Our organizer objected about to the seating arrangement, we were offered a free appetizer for the inconvenience. The rest of the evening was uncomfortable and long. The appetizer arrived quickly, dinner rolls and drinks about 25 minutes after seating. Entrees arrived 1hr and 20 minutes after we were seated. Those who ordered a second drink when dinner arrived, received the drink as they were finishing their meal. 75% of the meals had a complaint, from dry and over cooked to a very rare piece of meat that was ordered medium. If you choose to go, hopefully they will have a better handle on how to run a restaurant. Prices are way too high for quality of service and food that you are paying for. Our first visit and sadly we will not be back. The place is nicely renovated with great music. We were seated right away, drinks were quick to arrive once ordered, but that is where it ended for us. No utensils until after appetizer came out despite requesting once seated. You are given a small complementary roll for each person. App came out 10 minutes after placing order. 2 minutes later our dinner entrees arrived. Waitress said sorry kitchen is catching up so orders are flying out. The food was good. Potatoe Skins were ok, salmon special was good, my fish tacos were fried fish in a gyro pita that I could not eat without fork & knife. It fell apart. A different waitress handed us our check while we were still eating. Then our waitress took the bill fold even though we hadnt paid yet. Two minutes later our waitress took the bill fold & asked if she should split between the two cards. She never looked to see a gift card & a debit card. We were disappointed. As a waitress myself, I really hate to leave this message. I'm not only disappointed with our 2.5 hour experience there but with the manager and wait staff. We went to dinner on a Thursday night at 5:45 when the entire restaurant was nearly empty. We asked for drinks which took approximately 10 minutes (2 capt. and diets and a greater good) and when our waitress came with them we immediately put in our apps (6 soups). We waited close to 35 minutes for our soups and they only brought out 5. We waited an additional 45 minutes for our dinners, three salads, one burger, meatloaf, and a pizza. Mind you, everyone around us at this point had arrived to the restaurant/ were seated AFTER US and got their meals, finished eating, and some left before our meals even arrived. Our waitress took over another ten minutes for the second refill of drinks in the mean time. While waiting for our dinners, she approached us once to tell us "sorry and it was coming". Then, another waitress (not the manager) came to tell us how sorry she was and told us we could have a dessert. This was completely unprofessional on the managers end. When our waitress came over to discuss the dessert, she said one for each of us when the manager ran QUICKLY over to say "actually two for the table". We took the dessert and much to our surprise an additional $20 was taken off the tab - which was nice.
