The service was good, the restaurant is nice. But the food lacks flavor and too expensive . 2 tacos full size tortillas with guacamole, onions and cilantro almost $19 dollars. No rice or beans, just tortillas with some meat . Maybe it's because of the side of town, but it's unfortunate that out of all the years I've been in Las Vegas, I can't seem to find a legit Mexican spot that gets it right and you don't feel taken advantage of. read more

This place is a family run gem! We live nearby and have been twice now. We were told everything is made fresh in house and it shows! The service is also wonderful. The first visit I have the trio of enchiladas which were wonderful. Second visit we shared the trio fajitas for two. The quality of the ingredients really shined through. Don't skip the guacamole! We were welcomed and soon as we walked in. Sat at a quiet table near the back. Super clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately they were out of shredded beef (not done cooking), but they gave us recommendations for its replacement. Food portions were large and delicious. This is our first time here from the time we came in. Rosa greeted us. The food here is by far the best Mexican food I've had in this town. And I have been to almost all the Mexican places, but this one is really good. We got the lunch special. I did the taco shredded beef. The beef is to die for the beans the refried beans oh my gosh that's all I can say. I've never tasted refried beans like this ever. The guacamole is excellent. It has that hint of lime, which we really like the salsa are great. My husband had the tricolor enchiladas and he said they were excellent. They have so many different ones that you can try. The chips are fresh. Everything about it is just a great great experience Again. I had the Enchiladas Andrade and they were among the best enchiladas I've ever had. Just enough on the spicy side to give them some zing and a rich flavorful red sauce. Ta'Chigon lives up to its name (for non-speakers, it roughly means "it's badass" or "it's fantastic"). Five stars for a stellar menu, amazing sauces, and a dining experience where everything hit. This place is so much better than Juan's Flaming Fajitas down the road, yet way easier to get into (for now). The menu is on the smaller side, but that allows them to focus on solid execution. The Tacos Ta'Chingon were amazing. And the Fajitas were top notch (also, huge). We can't wait to come back and further explore the menu. The house made salsas were so fresh as were the chips. Then, mango margaritas- so delicious, it was hard to drink mine slowly. For our main course we shared "Triple Threat" fajitas. More perfection. And there was plenty of food. We could have probably split a single portion and still had leftovers. The sides, iconic beans and rice, were also delicious. We could tell that this, seemingly family-run, restaurant (our waiter mentioned his brother coming to the restaurant) takes pride in every detail because everything was just SOOO good, fresh, and plentiful. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was warm, caring, and, again, he made sure every detail was perfect. We went there to celebrate a birthday, but we will be back to explore more of their menu and enjoy new flavors of margaritas. First time here and we will be back!!! The ambiance was very modern which we loved. We got the steak and chicken fajitas with 2 salsas. Everything was wonderful and very flavorful. The salsas were very good and distinct from each other. I usually don't eat beans from Mexican restaurants but I ate all of mine! It was like a homemade beans! The owner came over and greeted us and made us feel very welcome and gave us a taste of some of the other salsas. The fajitas had roasted corn on the bottom which were a nice touch!!
