Super thin Crunchwrap. I couldn't find where the crunchy tostada was. Did they forget it?!
Jennifer H.

I try not to get fast food often, but sometimes that Crunchwrap Supreme just calls to me. Ordered through the app while at the restaurant. My ordered was prepared relatively quickly, but then no one would come to the counter for me to ask to grab my food that they placed behind a glass window. I was trying to also redeem a reward through the app, but kept having issues with it not being applied. I tried flagging down a worker. She briefly listened but then disappeared and never came back to help, which was frustrating. Eventually when they had a eat-in order tray ready, I was able to ask that person to help get my pickup order and app reward. They'd forgotten to include my drink, so she then had to go grab that. Would really recommend they have at least one or two employees be more mindful of customers standing awkwardly at the counter seeking help, and to actually help them before wandering off. Not the best customer service overall. The girl who ended up helping me was nice though and did return with my drink and app reward at the end of my visit. Food was okay but all the items definitely seem skimpier than what I've had before. The Crunchwrap Supreme I received was definitely the thinnest I've had. I also couldn't tell where the tostada later was - I guess they forgot to include it? Very soggy too. I get inflation is here, but y'all are already up charging the customer. Food quality and quantity should stay reasonable if prices go up.

Had to do a quick drive thru order a few days ago as I was craving nachos (no beans). The drive thru line was short and the outside of the store was neat and clean. The menu outside is clear as well. Britney (per my receipt) took my order and was very cheerful on the speaker and in person too! She even said hi to my kiddo from the window.

When did fast food become expensive... Maybe it is Taco Bell corporate but nacho bellgrande had 22chips and barely filled half the container. Both locos tacos could be folded closed so barely half full... $18 that's messed up. No joke the twenty piece nuggets at McDonald's is half the cost and by far more food... For background I was a Taco Bell fiend and it's been once sonce the pandemic. All I can say is back to never visiting

I enjoy this location a lot because of the staff. The people I usually see are always super nice and real. I don't mind if they need a moment of silence or want to chat but I enjoy the authenticity and the fact that we see each other enough that they're real with me. The food is fine and I never have any issues. Some of the complaints I've seen are regarding the wait times and I know that they're short staffed more often than not so understanding d that it may be a little bit of a wait on occasion but I don't usually find myself waiting very long.

Taco Bell playing with my emotions. No volcano sauce. Busted taco. Makes me sad

Second time I've ordered volcano tacos on the app and was told at the drive through kiosk that they were out of volcano (Lava) sauce. I could either get my order refunded and wait a few days for my money back or they offered a different sauce. I came for Volcano tacos and was expecting volcano lava sauce. Extremely disappointed that the app doesn't tell me before I place my order. This is the third bad experience at this location. Please fix the app or find a way to notify customers before hand.

No star if this allow for that selection. I understand the no cashier concept! But management in this establishment needs to train employees who face customers, supervisors or lead, how to communicate this concept to customer. Rather than being rude about it. Or have and freaking sign that you are not going to take the order and direct customer to use it!Customer service! ! You know, taking to customers! Anyway just another chain owner who doesn't care. Spells for rude employees!

Great attentive, warm service, great food, and wonderful value…read more I walked in, ordered, and was handed a tray. The tray was already set neatly with napkin, fork, a hefty portion of complimentary chips, a small dish of house-made salsa, and also a large salsa bottle! I enjoyed the multi-fruit-infused water. They have quite a bit of outdoor seating, and I appreciated how they had bottles of hand sanitizer around the restaurant where people touch cups and beverage machines. It's decorated with fitting, pretty artwork, and cute table cloths. I appreciated how the staff really cleaned the floor and tables around me as I ate. I ordered horchata agua fresca and 3 buche tacos ($6.99)! I believe they said it was beef stomach. The tacos were delicious with lots of meat and fresh onions. The salsa and chips were hearty and warm. Would be back if I'm ever in the area! They had a steady stream of customers who came in (both dining in and taking out) throughout the afternoon even though it was after the lunch rush.

The quality, quantity and flavors aren't the same. The nachos had less than half of what they used to, very dry and with many bare chips. Unfortunately, flavor is no longer an ingredient in their food. Shrinkflation and flavor-deflation. Very sad.

I ordered from the truck, then went into the store to collect my drink, and then came back out to sit in the dining area, where I also collected any sauces I wanted. Definitely need to work for your meal and get your steps in. The condiments and sauces are in a cart with plastic cups with lids provided. There weren't that many options of sauces when I ate here but it was fine. The birrias and lengua tacos were so good. All the tacos came with two small tortillas to hold in the heaping amount of meat. The horchata here is had more cream than I'm used to. Like more milk was added or something, not enough spices or flavors added in IMO. Ordering was easy, I felt rushed, but it was the waiting to hear my number that was difficult. Listening for the number in the dining area while the music was blasting was difficult, so it's better to wait by the truck. Parking is limited but there are always cars coming and going so if you can wait a little, a spot will open up.

I came to La Jaiba Taqueria y Mariscos with a friend on a whim on a Sunday around 12pm for lunch…read moresince we were in the area. It was relatively empty, with only one other party seated at the time. Service was friendly and quick, and we got our food pretty quickly after ordering. It's got a quaint hole in the wall kind of vibe, but was still clean - though not very air conditioned. We missed it, but there was a salsa bar in the corner near the entrance. We were served complimentary salsa and chips - nice refreshing, tomatoey and lightly spicy salsa. We also got guacamole, which you could tell was freshly made, chunky and refreshing. Glad we got this, because it helped cut through how heavy the molcajete de mariscos we got was. We were NOT expecting how large the mocajete is - this can probably be split across 3 if not 4 people. It comes out boiling hot, and with 3 tortillas, and a side of beans and rice. When we ordered, they asked us if we would want more tortillas since it comes with only 3 - we didn't even finish the 3 it came with. The sauce was tasty, tomatoey and spicy, and it was chock full of mussels, squid, sooo many shrimp, a whole filet of fried fish, and other goodies - unfortunately most of the seafood was pretty dry/overcooked. It came out to about $60 for the two of us. Overall, the mocajete was fun to try, but I think next time I'd try some tacos or a burrito if I were to come back.
