Order says ready and 2:50pm and i saw my order in the counter and im calling them and waiting to even greet to ask for our order at least but even asking for the key to the bathroom took 5 mins to wait in the counter. 3 people were in line to get their attention. Taco Bell has always been my "go to" comfort food. I know times have been hard for local establishments and keeping employees around and all. I have turned a blind eye too many times now and with the price of a small burrito pushing $6, I'm tired of my orders being wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! The last 3 delivery orders through the app were wrong and you get NO help from the app.. no phone number, no way to get reimbursed. It's ridiculous. My most recent order, a "Black bean grilled cheese burrito" was one of the entree's (of course mine - it's always MY vegetarian item that's messed up). They weren't even close to getting it right.. some nasty smelling beefy thing with grease running everywhere from the wrapper. Even my kids wouldn't touch it. Thankfully I've learned to cut open and look inside before taking a bite. As someone that cannot process beef, this would have made a bad day a MUCH worse day! Typically I order delivery if I'm not feeling great, or staying home with a sick kiddo.. otherwise, I order from the app and go in person to pick it up. Yep, EVERY time for months now it's always something missing, something wrong, and nobody inside to help. Don't even go in and try to pay cash either, they will argue with you to use the stupid kiosk where you have to use a card. This was the last time though.. I've frigg'n had it. I realize these places don't want to staff enough people to get the job done right and they can't keep employees either because they expect them to do more work than they can do and there's new employees every time we show up. I was disgusted enough this time and calling it quits. It's too expensive to constantly get the wrong food and no assistance when it's wrong. The driver is gone, there's no way to get the right food and stuck with the bill. If you do choose to patronize this TB, make sure to check everything before you leave.. that means opening up each and every item as you will likely have beef instead of black beans, chicken in a power bowl when you specifically stated "veggie" several times, beef on your nachos, and there is no such thing as "vegan" cheese but I think that's been taken off the menu ... just save yourself the headache and keep driving! read more

This place is hilarious. So first time in a long time I have gone to TB but my choices are limited for lunch. So I went and I ordered a chicken burrito supreme and two crunchy taco supremes. I got the tacos, but instead of a burrito supreme I got a chicken chalupa. I didn't go back and complain...I just ate the chalupa, and it was delicious. Maybe they knew better. I went back a second time to this location (despite my previous experience) and this time I ordered a chicken chalupa (lol) and a chicken burrito supreme. Again I didn't get a burrito supreme! Of course...I didn't check before driving off. I decided to leave it up to fate. I hate games but let's play. If they don't have it, please tell me that. However it's on my receipt! If I could give negative stars I would. Came in after my mobile order was supposed to be ready. It said it was ready at 6:35 they didn't have it done until like 7:20. None of the staff acknowledged anyone who was waiting for orders. They were just doing drive thru and some of the in store orders. We had ordered the medium fries through drive through and when we went to the window, The staff who was responsible to provide the order shouted at us saying "why did you order the drink". 4/28/21 Well I thought I'd have nothing to write... just another Taco Bell right? So I had to really pee. Paid and got my cup, put it down without filling it cause I needed to pee. (Oh yeah their dining room is open.). Went to the back and turns out there's a passcode lock. This is a pretty unique Taco Bell, purely in the sense that I generally walk into TB and have a consistent experience: fast, friendly service, helpful employees, and a clean environment. Not so much here in Livermore. I had come to Livermore straight from work in Walnut Creek, and the hour-long drive in traffic made me think that I should stop for a bite before the next one-hour stretch in the car as I made my way to Oakley. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me but they both seemed to analyze the menu like it was their first time ever in a Taco Bell, and the employee didn't speed up the process at all as she had to stop and ask questions about how to customize the first order. I was patient though, but this gave me plenty of time to look around and notice how dirty the dining area was. (The bathroom was pretty clean though, which is important!) I finally ordered my 3 crunchy taco and drink meal (#8 for $6.22), then waited again to ask an employee if they had unsweetened iced tea behind the counter. Eventually someone asked if I needed something and he kindly filled my cup, but that was after several staff persons walked by without acknowledging me at all. Food was good - typical TB tacos - so that was satisfying, but I probably would have saved time in the drive thru, and would have avoided seeing the mess they allow in their restaurant. read more

I ordered the Doritos locos tacos combo (3), and two small chicken chipotle burritos from the value menu.. instead I got ONE regular supreme crunchy taco, I cannot eat sour cream so I couldn't eat it. And I got 3 weird chicken chipotle burritos with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and Fritos? Bunch of random crap slapped together 3 times? I checked and that's not even on the menu. What an abomination of a burrito... needless to say I spent almost $20 and I can't eat any of it. Our kids love Taco Bell so we have visited our fair share. For some reason, most Taco Bell locations get my daughter's order wrong. This Taco Bell did initially as well, but they fixed it immediately and were so helpful and kind. Additionally the actual restaurant is very clean and modern on the inside.
