I've order from this location twice! Once through Grubhub and the other through pick-up. Both times food was exceptional. I rarely eat at chains but when I do I appreciate that the quality hasn't changed or tastes the same as it did when I was a kid. The service was quick here and the store was very clean. Got there at 11 am in a Monday. Every single table was dirty. I asked for a couple napkins to wipe things down, to be met with a blank glare. I ordered a variety of items using the app. Food came out in a timely manner. There was just no semblance of customer service or politeness throughout the whole experience. My kid tried the chicken nuggets. They were an abomination. After eating my mediocre food, I found that there were no trash cans inside. Downgrading from 4 stars to 2 based on my last 3 visits in the past month. Yeah, I've been eating a lot more Taco Bell because of my current project. The food has been good each time but the service & environment has gone way down hill. Today, the clerk asked me what type of sauce I wanted but then failed to give me any sauce or napkins. Why bother asking if you're not going to give me any? They no longer put out the sauces, napkins or utensils. I went to get a Diet Pepsi but only syrup came out of the machine. I informed that same clerk and she replied "I know, it is broken." If it is broken then either fix it or put a sign up stating it is broken. That is the only sugarless drink so then I had to get a regular soda. How difficult is it to put up a sign? No fault to Taco Bell but now there are a lot of homeless people sitting outside or sitting in the restaurant. Today there was a homeless guy asking every customer if they wanted to give him cash to use his gas card. He was hanging around outside pacing back and forth erratically. I didn't feel safe. My expectations for a generic fast food restaurant is already low but holy s*** is this the most disgusting Taco Bell imaginable. Hardly any of the tables were clean and the only trash bin was packed and the employees solution was to push the trash down in the hopes everything packs. There was no excuse for the mess as the ordering process was automated, there are 4 people working, it was quite and it's Taco Bell so it doesn't take a long time to make anything. So I rolled to this Taco Bell . Its in a Low Key Part of town mostly Industrial. Its located in a Small Strip Mall so parking is limited . I was able to stash Big Ken here . I rolled in and got into line . This Taco Bell is a really small one . Its Modern and It has some Pretty Cool Art Work hanging . The Line moved Fairley Fast . I work around the corner from this place and decided to get breakfast since it's so close by. I ordered 3 sausage crunchy wraps for myself and my coworkers. When I got back to the office and we started eating, we realized there weren't any sausage in our wraps. We decided to open them up to look inside and SAW ONLY A COUPLE OF TINY PIECES OF SAUSAGE. WTH? It's so embarrassing! My coworkers never had the breakfast crunchy wrap before so I was excited to introduce it to them since I had it and loved it. I have ordered the same thing for my son all the time at the Milpitas location and got a sausage patty every single time. Not a few crumbling pieces of sausage! Why is this place so stingy? Are we cutting corners here? I paid for my food. I'm not getting it for free so I should be getting what I paid for. I won't be going back to this location again. What a shame. read more

I like this location a lot. They recently added a few cashier-less kiosks that can take your order and gives you the option of paying at the kiosk or going to the cashier for a cash check out. The kiosk also asks you for your name. After your order goes in, you just wait for your name to be called and voila, you get your food. The quality of my food has also been really good. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life today I went to order my food on my lunch and I told the person at the register with the curly mohawk what I wanted seven times. All I wanted was to know what was in the beefy melt burrito. Taco Bell off Great America Parkway was nice and clean around 5.30pm with lots of parking. I went ahead and tried their new Veggie Cantina Bowl without dressing (as it has eggs according to their website) and the kids went with 7 layer burritos and potato soft tacos (with no baja sauce, again eggs). Food was nice and warm, tasted fresh, and good. Nobody had to rush to the bathroom so the chef did good! Staff was friendly and there was no long line, atmosphere was a typical fast food fare. I've come here almost once a week between 7-8am to get breakfast burrito and to fill up my flask with ice and every morning a lady behind count is so rude and gives me an attitude But I put up with it hoping she's just having a bad day. I firmly believe that when you aren't craving anything in particular for lunch, you should at least get something that costs you less than three bucks. Enter the Taco Bell value menu. I never order off the combo menu, and I never order a drink (cheaper at work), so I can easily eat here for around $2.50. Less than $4 if I feel like "splurging" on a quesadilla. This location hasn't lately screwed up my order so I'm relatively kindly disposed toward them. In the past there has been the occasional forgetting of the "no onions" rule (while forgivable in a burger, this is impossible to repair in a bean burrito) and one memorable incident in which they left in the onions AND forgot the cheese (whiz) for the "nachos". But that was on an especially busy day and they looked kind of frazzled. Other than that, it's Taco Bell, either you want to eat there or you don't. read more

This place is so unprofessional and disappointing. I had ordered for pick up and when I got there, they didn't even start on the order yet, taking into consideration it was completely empty. So I waited and when I finally got my order, they forgot to give me my drink. Then I got into the car and realized they had again, forgotten 2 orders of cinnamon twists. Before I went back in to get my order fixed, I realized the cashier ran outside to smoke something in his car. Judging by the way he was running in and out, it looked like he wasn't supposed to be doing what he was. When I got inside, there was absolutely no one paying attention to the register and I had to wait further for someone to come fix my order. I don't write reviews unless I'm very impressed with the service I've gotten. I came here on the night of 2/29/16 appx 8pm with my son and I received excellent, enthusiastic service from the young man at the register. A service with a smile. Very rare for fast food nowadays. Same goes for the young woman who prepared our food. I hope the owner is reading this and give those two the recognition they deserve. Food is as expected. Fast and simple.
