As many pet owners know, onions are toxic to dogs and can cause serious health issues. Since a pup patty is specifically requested for a dog, I would expect staff to be aware of this and take extra care when preparing it. Thankfully, I noticed the onions before my dogs ate it, but another pet owner may not be so lucky. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures pup patties are prepared safely in the future.

Lorenzo took my order today with a bright smile and when I returned to buy another order of fries, he had my fries ready as soon as I tapped to pay! Alex was also a sweetheart. She offered to help me bring my food over to my table even though she didn't have to. At the end of our meal, she also offered to take our trash away. She also kept the tables clean and walked around seeing if anyone needed anything. In-N-Out's service is hard to match, oftentimes surpassing some restaurant's services.
