We were charged for regular soft tacos plus $2.88 for the steak (6 small strips) and a dollar for sour cream. There was a little cheese and a small spoonful of lettuce on these tacos - nothings else! No tomato at all. The crisp taco had some ground beef in it and nothing else! Not even lettuce. I called and complained to the manager. He said he was sorry and that was it. I don't know if it's the owners or the employees but every time I go here my order is either wrong, my food is half made or sometimes even both. Went here last night after I got off work and placed a mobile order for drive thru at 10:15 PM. The line does not fucking move at all and takes 15 minutes for just one car to move and I didn't even get my order till 1 hour later. Oh and the employees there? So fucking rude a guy went up when he was in line because he's doing an Uber eats and he asked why are they taking long and they're just laughing as we've been waiting an hour and they literally don't give a shit and sit there on their phones when there's 20 cars out there waiting! Will not be coming back to this location get better employees who actually care for people. I have a video of the employees telling the Uber eats gentleman to get back in the drive thru and they don't care! In my opinion, this is the most incompetently run Taco Bell in the history of mankind. For the life of them, they cannot get any order correct. They cannot differentiate between hard and soft shell tacos. They cannot understand customizing like no lettuce. The managers blatantly blame the employees in front of the customers. They run out of items. Like, one night they ran out of cheese. That's the main ingredient in every one of their dishes. And using the Taco Bell app is useless because they consistently claim they never get to the order. And the proof is right on the app complete with order number and address of the location. And then when you do use the app, they still get the order wrong. It's right there on a computer screen and also with a generated receipt. Sometimes you get so busy in s day that you forget to stop and eat. I do anyway. This was a quick and cheap option while out running around . I've been here before and all those times nothing really stands out. It is ok service, but just ok. My husband drove thru to order quite a few items for our family. However, upon getting home we realized at least 5 items were not in the bag. He indicated that when he got up to the drive-thru window, 2 clerks were laughing/talking and not paying attention, and another heavy-set clerk was dancing a lil jig. My husband said that may have been the reason our order wasn't checked before receiving. I called & asked to speak to the manager, Johnny, and he apologized and indicated he was understaffed. He also said to revisit and ask for him. When I arrived and asked for him, he was a jewel in fulfilling the remainder of our order. While waiting for the remanent of our order, we saw that the kitchen was pretty full with food preparers/handlers. All in all, Johnny was very pleasant in handling the situation. I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time and I'm finally getting around to it. We had a big birthday party at our house for our daughter in August 2019 and wanted to do something fun and easy for the food, so we ordered enough Taco Bell for 60 people and kept everything individually wrapped and in chaffing dishes throughout the party. 100 hard shell tacos and 100 soft shell plus 50 bean and cheese burritos. We ordered from this location, and while they were a bit surprised at how large our order was, they didn't hesitate at all and jumped right in to get our order ready right on time and PERFECT!! They were so awesome about the whole thing and sooooo nice!! The male manager and a female employee (I can't remember her name but she was pregnant at the time) helped us out and made us feel so special :) It was a MAJOR HIT with our guests and the kids and everyone kept saying "I'm going to do this for my next party!" I have had a longtime love-hate relationship with Taco Bell. I however can not do lettuce on anything. I use to be allergic to and lettuce is too crunchy. For those reason I often have issues at this and other taco Bell locations. Mobile and kiosk ordering have been a godsend since they started. I think I only had two issues in total from mobile and one I couldn't go back and check if I wanted to lettuce... Yesterday however one item had lettuce in it and it was loaded. I ordered no lettuce on a soft taco, a potato soft taco and a Triplupa. The tacos were fine. I only noticed the Triplupa when I got home because I am not eating a chaulpa in my car. This location is one of the newer remodeled ones, very clean interior, comfy seats. I had my regular #10 with crunchy taco and a side of Nachos. Excellent! This location had a retirement aged man working the counter, he was very friendly to every customer and made small talk at the tables like we were at an actual restaurant. Very uncommon in upstate NY where I lived most of my life. Only thing I would change is the Soda machine, it's not their fault but Pepsi should have the multi dispenser like coca cola does...I love that machine. It was the absolute worst service out of any fast food restaurant we've ever experienced. The staff at this location are incompetent, extremely rude, and could not give a shit at all about any customers. We went through the drive thru at 9:23 PM and it took 20 minutes to take the orders from just 2 cars ahead of us. Once we placed our order it took almost 10 more minutes of waiting to get to the window to get our food. As we were driving away from the window we realized our order was incorrect so we parked and went inside the lobby. The employee confirmed right away that we received the wrong burrito and the tacos had lettuce even though they weren't supposed to. Only three of our 16 items were correct. They remade the incorrect items, but forgot to give us back the two tacos that were correct. I realized that before I even got back to the car which was parked right in front of the door that I just walked out of. So basically right as the lobby door was closing I was trying to re-open it to walk back inside and get the two tacos that were still sitting in a box on the counter. They told us they had closed the lobby and they refused to give me my two other tacos that were left right there on the counter next to the register. They told us we needed to get back in the drive thru line which was now longer than ever and wrapped completely around the entire building. It was now minutes from being 1 hour later from when we arrived to place our order. We walked up to the drive thru window, because it's completely ridiculous to send us back through a line that takes an hour when our tacos were sitting right inside. The customer that was at the window said, "That's not right and completely ridiculous to do to those people. The two tacos that were the only correct ones on our order originally were our 7 year old daughter's tacos and those were the ones that were left in the box with the 12 incorrect party pack tacos and not placed in the new box of remade tacos. The customer at the window said there's no reason to make us get back at the end of the drive thru line and told the employee to put our daughter's two tacos on his bill if that's what it takes to get the child her food. Remember, these tacos were already paid for by us and sitting inside the lobby. There were 7 employees standing looking at us and refusing to open the door and hand us the tacos that had gotten left right there on the counter by the register. They could hear what we were saying through the door and we could hear them, but they just didn't give a shit. One employee walked up to the door and told me that he'd bring them out once he was done cleaning the lobby and had clocked out. At this time, we had already been there over an hour. Even our remade food was completely cold, soggy, and falling apart once we got to eat it after having to wait for our tacos that were the only correct ones originally. This is our neighborhood Taco Bell so we come 2 times a month at least. After today's visit we will make the drive to a different Taco Bell. Katrina R was our cashier. She was being very friendly with the people in front of us but when it was our turn she just looked at us. No hello how are you or what can we make for you. NOTHING just a dead look on her face. We ordered 3 different slushees she did walk over to make sure it was working. But 2 minutes after ordering the machine is "broken" so we paid 2 bucks a pop for slushees we didn't even get.
