Saw the place has lengua. Came in and got the taco combo plate. Fast service and staff is friendly. Disappointed with the lengua. No taste at all. So bland like it's just boiled in water. Even with the salsa, the meat is still bland. The beans and rice are tasteful. The store is clean and there's ample parking.

The various meats were flavorful, asada was smokey. Probably liked the adobada the best, but I am partial to al pastor. The torta bread was nice, but I wished it had a refried bean spread. Nice that they have an outside, which was dog friendly. It did take 3 entries between the 2 of us, plus elote to satisfy our hunger, though.

A coworker recommended Tacomasa, so I decided to give it a try. Boyfriend and I went and as soon as we walked in, Jacob greeted us. He asked if it was our first time and we said yes. He immediately offered samples of their meat and we opted to try their chicken and asada. I prefer the asada but both were seasoned well. After, he went above and beyond and handed us a cup so we could try all of their drinks! The service alone is 5 stars! Angel took our order, and my boyfriend ordered the carne asada burrito and I ordered the carne asada taco plate. Both meals were good. We tried the medium salsa which was a little too spicy so we will try a different one next time. Overall, good service and food. We will definitely return.

Got catering from this restaurant for work and let me tell, all the food was amazing, I was the one to pitch the ideia because I found this place on Yelp and was super close to work, so my boss got the food, the elites are soft and delicious! Solid taco spot! It was a short walk from my hotel and I'm glad I made the walk. It's a good size restaurant with large tv screens and plenty of seating. Decor-open kitchen, large TV screens, and cool cultural pictures on the wall. It's bright and clean inside. Service-very friendly staff. They flexed on me couple times and they seem very happy to work there. Food-large tacos. I ordered the Quesataco Trio. Two of Al Pastor and one of Tripa. They were big tacos packed with meat and loaded with gooey cheese. The chips were freshly fried and the guacamole was very creamy. I enjoyed my early dinner and didn't need to eat the rest of the evening.

Great mexican food that tastes freshly made. Tortillas were even made fresh in house too. Meat portions were great and tacos were well put together with guacamole. Carne asada fries tasted good and were not greasy and soggy like most places. Service was great all around. I got asked if i needed anything about 5 times during the 20 minutes i was eating. Honestly may be too much because every time I took a bite I hade to stop to talk which isnt ideal hahaha. Ambiance is good, the whole place looks super new and clean. Bright with good music playing and enough seating around. Kitchen is see through and looks super clean and fresh. 5 stars all around with the only very very minimal feedback being to check in a bit less on people while eating. Definitely awesome service but if someone checks in every 2 minutes its hard to focus on your conversation or the food but I do appreciate the effort they're putting into service. read more

This is my fourth time at Tacomasa. Don't usually write reviews but I had to compliment the wonderful service provided today by Julissa she was attentive, kind, and quick. She saw we wanted to keep ordering and due to the nature of our larger party, offered to take our order at the table and then brought out our delicious drinks quickly. The food was tasty and fresh. New place on the block!! Tonight I ate the asada taco plate and one adobada Mulita. The tacos were beyond delicious- yellow corn tortillas, big chunks of asada, the perfect sauce, and to top it off a generous amount of guac. The mulita was also to very good- two corn tortillas, inside you will find cheese, adobada, sauce of choice and guac if requested. Drink: Mango Habanero michelada- one of th best tasting michelada i have ever tasted. Everything you want in a michi and more. 10/10 Comig back again to try other meñu items read more

Great Mexican food! When I come I get the quesadilla and tacos with pork or lengua and it's pretty good. Service is great they are always asking if you want any extra condiments or napkins. They stay open late on weekends so it is a great place to stop by with your friends after a late hangout. read more

After the wife said we had to try this place we decided to stop by, and I'm glad we did the tacos and mulitas were delicious. We both got adobada and the meat was so tender and juicy. The tacos and mulita were a little bigger then "street" size tacos but I'm not complaining. I've been coming here since it was originally named Alberto's...The outside seating has not changed. It's still the same round table bench with the red umbrella. Service is the same, they're pretty quick at getting your food prepped. Now I said that their carne asada has always been reliable, but my last two times I've ordered a carne asada burrito (sour cream and cheese only) or a CA burrito, IYKYK, their meat has tasted different. It taste like it's some carne asada and then like some other mystery meat, sometimes liver... Either way I stop eating it when I have tasted it being weird. Maybe it's the other meats they serve that get mixed in. I don't dig that. So for that I would rate them down to a 3 star. I'm rating their 3 rolled tacos as 4 stars! It's the best around. It has the crunch and enough meat inside. It's not all tortilla like some places. We always order it with sour cream and cheese only, with carrots on the side. Yesterday, May 17,2026, I drove out here again for my brother's birthday request to do takeout for our entire family. Ordered 2 orders of their rolled tacos, finally got home to see that we only received 1 order of the rolled tacos, not 2 (we also ordered more things). Yes, you'd obviously like for everything that you paid for to be handed to you, but a lesson learned to check your bags!!! If something is missing, kindly let them know and receive everything you paid for. Not the end of the world, we love this place as this is one of our childhood comfort foods/go-to places.. we moved away and miss this place all the time, and to make our birthdays feel like home/childhood, we drive out here to show our loved one some extra love with Albertaco's BOMB food, but yeah, it's a bummer when you're missing things that you paid for & is shown on the receipt (will post receipt photo shortly).

Where do I even begin?!?! I have been waiting for this place to open for months! I work 5 minutes away, so I love how convenient the location is. I've visited their location in Long Beach but this one seems to have new menu items. I ordered what they called a Takis Cerillito which is apparently a can of beer with candied rim and chips. That's right.., CHIPS! Never had anything like this, but my husband and I loved it. To eat we ordered the Adobada Tacos and omg they were to die for. I usually never order pork or Al pastor cause not a lot of places actually cook it to my liking, but here it is literally perfect. The server did say I should ask for handmade tortillas next time. The crazy thing is is that they took the alcohol out of a Mexican restaurant. There's no core there. If it's a Mexican rand family owned Pl. then they would've had alcohol but it's not.
