The place is extremely clean, and the ladies that were working were so nice, answering all of our questions and recommending good deals they were offering. My brother, cousin and I all ordered burritos, and those burritos were absolutely delicious. My brother and cousin got carne asada and they noticed it wasn't as hot as mine which was grilled chicken but they said it was still warm and full of flavor. Highlyyyyy recommend, the place is right beside the tunnel on Stockton and very small but it was absolutely smashing!

This place is a family owned, hole on the wall, with authentic taste. A true hidden GEM of downtown SF. You can feel the love and care they put into their business. Super clean, simple and tasty. What more would you want. I get the baby burrito special during my lunch sometimes and it's a goood regular size burrito that comes with a drink and chips for $13. Can't beat that price around here.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly comforting. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and authentic flavors! The fresh carrot juice was a super plus! Gracias!

The food was absolutely amazing! Chilaquiles and Chorizo plates were delicious! I love Family owned businesses especially when they are so welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant.

From all the Burrito joints that, I have been to in the San Francisco Mission district area... Taqueria Mana is the one place that I have not been to... I have passed this place so many times and never went inside to order the food that I like eating until now!!! Last time I ordered myself a Super Burrito & Mana Burger w/ Bacon Swiss Cheese, & Grilled Mushrooms on different days... Those two items were really very tasty & yummy!!! If your here just strolling around Union Square & If you're craving for a Super Burrito or a Hamburger... Go to the Taqueria Mana of the San Francisco Downtown Area they make really good Burritos & Burgers!!!

Good food and reasonable prices for the area. They also have much more reasonable tip suggestions when they flip the screen around 5,10,15%.

Super cute authentic Mexican spot. This was our first stop in San Fran after our flight and it held us down. Service was fast & the food was great. Must try!

The food was amazing and it was super easy to order and the staff there made sure that all my needs were met so it was awesome and i definitely recommend.

Super friendly and funny staff. Came here for a quick lunch with a friend. Definitely will be coming back, it's super quick, authentic and affordable. The Horchata is so good I haven't had something like this downtown in years!!

For once in my life, I was forced to eat like a civilized man. On the outside, everything looked normal, but in the inside it was anything but normal: I had to open my third eye center so that I could ascend my primal instinct of going to town on this burrito. Equipped with a knife, I sawed thru that behemoth methodically - too fast and she would burst open, too slow & she would give me the cold side eye. I am the burrito slayer. Cash only, was very very well priced for the size (about $13. Receipt didn't make it out alive).

I have dined here many times in the past, and this is a cash-only restaurant. I ordered the Regular Burrito with Beef Steak ($10.25). The regular burrito comes with a flour tortilla, rice, beans, salsa, onions, and cilantro, plus your choice of meat or vegetarian. Meat choices listed on the menu: * Al Pastor - Marinated Pork * Carnitas - Deep Fried Pork * Chile Verde - Pork Green Sauce * Chorizo - Mexican Sausage * Carne Asada - Steak * Lengua - Beef Tongue * Pollo - Chicken * Cabeza - Beef Head * Tripas - Intestines I asked the cashier which meat was most popular, and he recommended the beef steak, which had a slight hint of spiciness. The burrito came with pinto beans and rice. I forgot to ask if I could substitute black beans. The burrito wasn't too salty, and the beef steak was just okay. I also think the $10.25 Carne Asada burrito is a good deal. At other taquerias, carne asada is often an additional charge or the burrito costs more when you choose steak. I usually ask for a receipt even when paying cash. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged an additional $0.25 for "Bolsa To Go" (bag) even though I was dining in and didn't receive a to-go bag. It's not about the $0.25, but I think it's important for a business to have integrity and charge customers only for what they actually receive. I hope this isn't something being charged to other dine-in customers as well. Overall, I would come back to try a different meat, but next time I'll make sure to clearly say dine-in and check my receipt to make sure I wasn't charged for a to-go bag.

I got my food about 10 mins after ordering. I went with what was popular. The Dorada (toasted) super carne asada burrito was great, but I wish it was more toasty. It was softer than it looked and I assumed that was because they are frying it in lard ? But overall solid and great burrito. I thought the tacos are slept on here. Both asada and lengua tacos were incredible. Tortillas were really fresh and yummy, and they stuff it with a lot of meat (). We came here on a random Thursday at 3 pm and surprisingly, the line still almost reached the end of the block. Luckily, the line moves pretty quickly and the food is solid, but be prepared to wait for a bit. My favorite meats here are the cabeza and the lengua. The cabeza is super fatty and tender and has the amazing shreddy quality of a slow cooked meat. It had the soft melty texture of collagen and was super delicious. The lengua is also really good. It was super tender and soft and had the distinct taste of beef tongue but wasn't too overpowering. The carne asada and carnitas had a good flavor but were a little bit dry for me. I think they would be better in a super taco or burrito where you have the extra fat from the cheese and avocado. My only complaint about this place is the price. I realize that everything in SF is expensive, but over $5 for a single taco and almost $9 for a single super taco is pretty egregious. There's food trucks all over the Bay Area offering cheaper (and almost, if not, just as good) tacos in my opinion.

Fortunately, this location is conveniently located a block away from a train station. We entered the small storefront and joined the line of other hungry patrons. There is a man in the back who takes your order and cooks it himself. He had a helper and they were very efficient! I received my food only a few minutes after placing the order. My friends opted for the burritos and I tried a quesadilla with al pastor meat. The food came out hot and fresh and there were different salsas and pico available to customize it. I needed a good amount of salsa for my quesadilla, which wasn't too flavored but the meat was delicious and I enjoyed the warm, crispy tortilla. I tried a little of my friend's burrito and it was delicious!! I will definitely get that if I stop by again.
