The parking lot can fit about 15-20 cars (I am not sure if it is a shared lot with surrounding businesses), but there is also street parking. There are about 3 tables, and some high chairs facing outside for seating. The menu has about 12 different meals, appetizers, and about 12 different boba / tea options - with almost everything being under $12. Since they're still new, they did have some deals. We ordered 2 small taro milk tea with tapioca, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and fries, all for $24. After about 10-15 minutes we got our order. All of it was nice and hot. I liked that they wrap their sandwiches half way so you can hold it. I noticed the cheese on the chicken sandwich was not melted, and it had jalapeños to make it spicy. It would have been better if the cheese was melted and if the jalapeños were infused into the sauce. I wish there was more of the sauce it did have because it was delicious. The bun was nice and soft, and the chicken was perfectly crispy and moist. The fries were delicious and had just the right amount of salt. I did not realize until after that they have sauces on the menu (I would have ordered some for the fries). I have never liked tapioca but these were so good. They were soft and actually had a good flavor. I am used to tough and flavorless. The taro was sweet but not anything overwhelming. I would definitely come back for more.

You have to request the reservation and then they email you later to confirm it. Would be much more convenient if they did Open Table or Resy. Limited parking too. Their lot is small and we had to park on a side road, which was not a big deal as the road seems to be in an industrial area and was not busy.
