I visited Tengoku for lunch while my car was getting worked on across the street and there was only one other table dining. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was very calm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To my surprise the restaurant filled quickly for lunch, they do have a great lunch special. The sushi was my favorite part, it was soft, creamy and delicious. Service was quick and my server was very attentive, refiling my water often. I recommend visiting for lunch for sure.

I've been only here twice but want to make it our go to sushi spot! The rolls are sooo good. Everything comes out really quick too since it's a smaller place. Even the baked rolls! The service is really friendly too and everyone working is so sweet The beef and chicken skewers are also a must too!

I absolutely love Tengoku! It's my go-to in Vegas! I love cucumber wrapped sushi and it's hard to find good cucumber wrapped rolls. But Tengoku has two: The Johnny and the Rock and Roll! I also love their deep fried Oreo on vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for dessert. The Oreo batter is like a light tempura batter...so yum! I also usually get the miso soup, appetizer tempura and milk tea Boba drink. I've also started recently ordering it on the food apps and it comes package really well for transport. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lastly they are super nice and customer service oriented plus I love their intimate Japanese anime, collector item vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can't go wrong at Tengoku!

The consistency from this tiny place is spectacular! Hidden in an unexpected shopping center in vons... its my go to for takeout sushi on the Henderson side! The quality of the food is excellent! I have dined at this place - the service is great. When I recently placed my takeout order - you can feel the warmth of the welcome over the phone! Pro tip: Order the deep fried oreos!

I really enjoyed Tengoku. Even though I didn't take pictures of the food (because I was on a first date and that would've been awkward LOL), everything was presented nicely, and tasted so so good. The flavors were amazing, and everything was well-prepared. All of the fish tasted fresh and the amount of rice to accompany the nigiri was perfect, too. The baked green mussels were YUMMY, and usually I'm picky with mine. The servers were kind and very attentive. Change up! No cook Friday. I asked my husband to change things sip and we thought of this. It's close to home and fairly expeditious. Yes they were. Hidden AYCE sushi spot that's got lots of appetizer, nigiri, and roll options. We stopped by here for the lunch special and it was quite tasty. Great fish to rice ratio. This is the second time I've been to this place for the all you can eat menu. The first time I came in, I was running a little bit short on time so it wasn't as great of an experience as it could have been but that's on me. The second time I went with my sister and we happily both enjoyed much more time enjoying items off the all-you-can-eat menu. I am a sucker for agadashi tofu, so I ordered two of those as well as smattering of Nigiri. Yellow tail is almost always one of my go to and it was great. My sister was excited to be able to order softshell crab, however you're only allowed to order one of those. But since we both got all you can eat I was allowed to order one for myself and give it to her so she could have two! She absolutely loved it and said it was one of the best ones she's eaten. The stuffed mushroom cap was also delicious and I ordered two of those as well except my stomach was getting a bit annoyed with me after a while because I thought I could fit more in there lol I did not care for the kalbi short ribs surprisingly. I felt like they could've been cooked longer and with more flavor, but that's OK because I go there for sushi anyway so it was worth a try. The interior of this place is super cute, very cozy, and a place I would like to be a regular at. I love this as a spot to go hang out with my sister and unashamedly chow down like the hungry little caterpillar that I am. The murals were painted by one of the staff and she was so sweet to talk artwork with me for a little bit. I'll be back!

I was craving sushi while in Vegas and came across this spot, safe to say I'm glad I did. This spot offers a variety of sushi, sashimi, tempura, etc. Coming here with my friend, we got so much food and left with a food coma. Date night- this is not our regular sushi spot but we were in the area and they had great reviews! We got there and they weren't busy but we did notice they had a lot of pick up orders so they were "busy". The gentleman helping us was welcoming and it was a chill vibe vs a crazy busy place which I enjoyed. The food was great- most the food we ordered was a hit! My favorite here was the Yuzu yellowtail and the Spicy Tuna Crunch rice and Spicy Crab Crunch rice. Their Super white tuna was a hit for me also- not so much for the husband. This is our locale sushi spot, been going here for years and how excellent the service with the staff and the owner Yen. Our copious amounts of nigiri never changes every time we order that its funny, as soon as we sat down in the room....our usual order is already being prepped and they ask how much quantity. I was very excited to try this place out as it replaced a previous favorite of mine in the same location. The buzz surrounding it grew my eagerness to stop by as well. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see the complete restyling inside and it made me feel very much like I was at a fun little shop in Tokyo. The stuff greeted us immediately and was very friendly. There was no wait time as well. After a quick glance over the menu, we dove in with a fairly large order of mixed rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Everything came out super fast and fresh. The fish to rice ratio was great and the staff stayed on top of service. We had a great experience and can't wait to return again.

This sushi all you can eat is great! The individual pieces are about twice as big/diameter as you would normally think. We found out after we had ordered you can ask for half orders. I'd highly recommend doing half orders if you're looking at more than two rolls. There's appetizers, rolls, speciality rolls, and dessert all part of one price. The 'rolls gone wild' was flavorful and huge. read more

First off, walking in felt very unwelcoming, then our server was not accommodating or nice. Rolled her eyes many times. Food wasn't even good! I ordered one thing and it took over AN HOUR LONG. Bathroom was absolutely horrendous! How is that even up to code??And to top it off the server (Desi) BLAMED US for their mistake! Overall disgusting, worst customer service I've ever received. Came here to celebrate my best friends birthday and it was trash. AVOID COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The manager Yenni, was super rude walked away while we were trying to explain what happened and made EVERYTHING worse. Probably pay for good reviews. Disgrace, Wish I could put ZERO stars. read more

Found these guys on Door Dash... order was prepared pretty quick (as for the delivery, the driver took a weird 30 minute detour but that's not Tengoku's fault). Love how all the included sauces were set aside next to their respective rolls to make sure you didn't have soaked food at arrival. It's the little attention to details that truly stand out. Even the thank you note on the styrofoam box felt genuine. Orange blossom was ammmmazing... the tangy sauce was a little different but I loved every bite of it. Fish quality was very fresh and seemed better than most. They even threw in an extra roll for free! During a time where all restaurants are dealing with limited capacities, challenging supplier costs, added expenses for extra safety and health measures... and to do something like this. You've certainly earned yourself a new customer :) read more

I was hungry for sushi looked on Yelp found this little hole-in-the-wall that just opened up and gave it a try. We started off with the spicy hand tuna rolls were spot-on very good and full of tuna and very little rice. The different names of the rolls make it very interesting on what you want to order but all of the ingredients for very fresh and the wife and I left very full and very happy that we stopped in. read more

I'm not sure why people below have given them 1 star, but we went here today and we were more than satisfied!!!!! We have gone to sooooo many all you can eat sushi places out here in Vegas, and I saw this place on my Instagram and have been wanting to try it. We went today and we will be coming here ALL the time! The sushi was AMAZING!! They were full rolls, amazing quality not cheap small sushi rolls like the other all you can eat places. The lobster roll actually had chunks of lobster on top! The sushi was actually cold and fresh not warm as if it's been sitting out like the many places we have experienced. The sushi roll selection was super unique and had so many different rolls that we tried that were delicious!! The service was excellent!! And the price was perfect!! It's a small Japanese restaurant compared to other places but the server and the chef were really friendly. My veggie roll was full of veggies and I got an orange as dessert on the house because they just opened! Also got free soda for checking-in in Yelp. I was not "into" sushi but I love seafood so when my son suggested we try Tengoku for lunch. He loves sushi so I agreed. WOW! I now love sushi. My son and I now stop by here couple times a month for our get together lunch. We try different rolls each time and have loved every one we tried. The food is very reasonably priced considering the amazing quality. I have their menu bookmarked and peruse their menu drooling over what I want to try next! read more

Had a great experience right before shutdown happened. Stopped by a while ago to get the same thing I ordered before which was Chirashi. Price went up by a dollar I believe but the amount of fish is about the same as before just no shrimp and fish eggs :( Overall still a great bowl of Chirashi. Everything was fresh. i was really hoping to like this place and make it a new go to place but I was disappointed. the food itself was alright. it was nothing exceptional. some rolls were better than others but overall just okay. the service kind of lacked. we had to repeatedly keep asking for water or napkins because they kept forgetting. the server hardly came around to our table and rushed when we were trying to figure out which rolls to order. the place is fairly small. gets fills up quickly and you're packed in there like sardines. im certain you're able to get better sushi elsewhere read more

The ginger they supply was so fresh we had 4 servings of it. The restaurant is a 50s style diner, but it doesn't matter what the place looked like with this incredible food. We've NEVER had sushi like this. It's expensive, but you are paying for Japan quality sushi. With all the sushi spots and AYCE places I see why it was so slow. I asked if it gets busy, and was given a few jokingly sarcastic answers from I think owner, which was ok cause I joked back and he got it. If you want the experience of going to a master sushi chef restaurant in Japan, go to Tokyo Boys. You'll pay for a great experience. We hope when we come back to Henderson to return!

It's one of those restaurants that has become a tradition for our family, and every time we visit we're reminded why it's always packed. There has been a recent change in ownership, and they now offer an all-you-can-eat menu. I'll admit I was hesitant at first because sometimes AYCE sushi can mean sacrificing quality. Thankfully that is not the case here at all. The quality is just as good as it's always been. We started with the garlic edamame, which is always a great way to kick things off. From there we ordered steamed gyoza, yellowtail, yuzu salmon sushi, and then took advantage of one of the best parts of the all-you-can-eat menu... you can order half rolls. This makes it so easy to try a variety of different rolls without committing to full ones. That said, the one roll I will never order as a half is the Flower Roll. It's been my favorite here for years and is an absolute must every time we visit. Our waitress also recommended trying the Irish Roll, which was new to us and ended up being excellent. We'll definitely be ordering that again. We also tried a half Candy Cane Roll, which was another great option. One of the reasons we keep coming back, beyond the food, is the service. Because we've been coming here for so long, the staff recognizes us and they are always incredibly kind and welcoming. It really adds to the experience. This restaurant is almost always packed, and there's a very good reason for that. The food is consistently great and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. A couple other menu items worth mentioning: The Joe Special is fantastic (even though we didn't order it this visit), and my daughter always loves the Niku Udon noodles. After 15+ years, I Love Sushi is still a five-star experience for us, and it's a place we always look forward to visiting with family and friends.

I understand that the restaurant is not responsible for the behavior of every person who walks through its doors. But it is responsible for managing its space and paying attention when a customer is being harassed or assaulted directly in front of staff. Please improve how you manage the pickup/line area and train employees to recognize when something is clearly wrong. If you see two men unnecessarily crowding a woman who is by herself while she is loudly confronting them, take 30 seconds to ask, "Are you okay?" I shouldn't have been sexually assaulted while picking up lunch and then left feeling as though nobody in the room cared enough to even ask what happened.

The salmon skin hand roll was very crispy and plentiful. I ordered yuzu salmon, garlic salmon, and regular salmon nigiri. All seemed fresh and the rice was soft and tasty as well. This is the Great old Sushi Bay spot that I miss dearly. Oh how I wish. We seen an ad on FB and the sushi that was displayed look very good. WE WERE WRONG! The rice seems under cooked and crunchy. Some of the worst tasting Garlic Tuna I've ever had. SERIOUSLY!!! On and on. We went in late as we know they close at 10pm we tried to order our second round and the waitress said she had told us it was last call and cannot order anymore. I ALWAYS LEAVE GOOD TIP!
