A cool restaurant in a very cool hotel. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly. The food was fantastic and served on festive holiday plates. Great selections for brunch along with a variety of coffees, teas, cocktails and fresh pressed organic juices.

Came here durning a work conference with some coworkers. The food was good. I enjoyed the breakfast drinks. The prices were high, but the issue over all was the service. The waitress seemed super annoyed that we were there. Over all people in Nashville mostly came off as rude, so many this is normal? Being from Texas the southern hospitality here was lacking. Ambiance was fine. It was a cute little place. Over all I enjoyed the meal, but probably wouldn't be back. They are also only open until 2pm so keep that in mind.

Cute little spot inside our hotel. The menu had a nice variety and they offer some boozy morning options as well. The coffee was good and a decent strength, which is always important. I definitely recommend the cinnamon rolls and the egg sandwich with potatoes. Those potatoes were really tasty. Definitely worth a visit! The service was a little glitchy, there seemed to be some disconnect between employees themselves and customers, but since the food was good, I only felt it deserved a 1 star deduction. Hopefully, it was just an off morning. Still worth a visit! Update: went a 2nd morning, food consistently good, but the service is just not good unfortunately. Not busy, but still fail to follow up or check in on us, and on their phone/distracted while we sat there waiting to order and for our check. Food honestly is 4-5 stars, but service got worse maybe 2 stars. Would we eat there again next time in Nashville, possibly, but only if staying at Holston House.

TENN located in the Hyatt hotel which is walking distance from all downtown hotels. Love that this is a brunch spot so my husband and I decided to check it out. We walked over and waited for a good amount of time before we were acknowledged to get a seat. I was surprised since a handful of employees walked by us. We finally got seated and it took awhile for a server to come and greet us. Once we were greeted, we got our waters, ordered coffee, and food. There was a wait for our coffee. We were right by the coffee bar so I watched when our order would be up. The baristas were hanging out so I figured our waitress didn't put in our order yet. Once we saw our waitress hanging out she noticed we didn't have our coffees and started making them. Not sure why the service was so slow all around except with the food. Overall, everyone was really nice but didn't understand the lack of acknowledgment and slower service when the restaurant wasn't busy. For brunch, my husband ordered the loaded bowl with steak. It was great! Steak was cooked medium and came out just right. The bowl was topped with a paprika aioli. Diner vibes. Loved the colors. Would come back for the food but not the service.

The staff was extremely helpful and engaging. The drip coffee was great. I sat at the bar so getting great service was convenient. The Sammy I ordered was not good and $16. I don't know if it was due to how Smokey the bacon was but it took over the whole sandwich so I didn't come close to finishing it. I definitely would not order it again. I am sure there are other items on the menu that may be worth going again for.

This is connected to the Holston House so it was an easy breakfast location since they are connected. We had a sampling of everything with the our choice. Everything was great except the biscuits. They were quite dry and there wasn't enough gravy to counteract the dryness. Overall, a good experience. We would be back.

Visited July 22, 2023. Honestly food taste is about a 4/5. The Avocado toast is 5/5, absolutely recommend. Also ordered the chicken biscuit. The chicken was flavored beautifully but the biscuit and potatoes was dry. The price was 50% more expensive than other places in the area with the same items and portion. TENN's ambiance is scaled nicer so I wouldn't mind paying the price if the food was perfect and service was better. Arguably my table asked for more time with the menu when I was ready to order but our server disappeared for 15 minutes before coming back to take our orders. I was getting impatient because I brought my toddler & worried she'd be hangry. I'm not sure if there's a pooled tipping system, but when our food arrived none of the staff came to refill our water and there were a lot of servers before they slowed for their mid-day staff meeting. The manager was so kind to let us know that they are about to have a staff meetings so we weren't feeling some type of way when everyone disappeared. There is a parking lot across the street BUT they validate Valet Parking so please use the service! It's much more convenience and will save you the stress of finding cheaper alternatives!

Not great! Food is very average. Service was slow because there wasn't enough staff. The staff that was there was working very hard.

Cute huh? Our table of 7 women ordered a variety of brunch sandwiches and biscuits. While everyone enjoyed their meals, I can only give specifics on what I ordered. I had the Mr. Croissant with home fries, and because I wanted to try the biscuits, I also added a biscuit with honey and butter to my order. The croissant and biscuit were great. Next time, I'd give a miss to the included home fries and opt for the fruit instead. My vanilla bean latte was very good and my friend loved her mocha. To celebrate the Birthday Girl, we ordered two bottles of champagne and two flights of juices to make mimosas. We all took homemade strawberry pop tarts to go. We loved the vibe, service, and food and will happily return the next time we are in Nashville!

For starters, the city's natural party scene requires two things: fatty food and hangover remedies. Biscuit love serves both in one package, from buttery dishes to gravies that sooth that hangover better than any detox juice ever could. The second thing that firmly embeds Biscuit Love into its location is the biscuit. Coming to the south and not trying this phenomenal delicacy should be borderline illegal. And, Biscuit Love, perhaps, just perhaps, makes the best biscuits to be had out there. That is a dangerous thing to admit, but their unique texture of borderline croissant-ish layering of dough makes these biscuits dangerously delicate. They aren't those classic crumbly dry ones one many southerners are used to, but rather a revolution into what a biscuit should be. Lastly, Nashville's love for fried chicken and hot chicken is the other reason to come here. Well brined, perfectly crispy chicken at Biscuit Love is spectacular in every way that it should be and will wipe off that hangover from the face of the earth in minutes.

We ordered the Bonuts (fried biscuit dough, tossed in sugar and topped with lemon mascarpone and served over blueberry compote). For our entree we split the East Nasty (buttermilk biscuit, topped with chicken tenders, buttermilk white cheddar cheese, bear creek sausage gravy and we added an egg). The biscuit was good but needed a little more gravy. I also used hot sauce as I wanted a bit more of a kick with my biscuit. I tried to swing by around ten minutes to noon, but it was a disaster. There were heaps of people waiting outside, and it didn't look promising. I went to the hostess stand and asked the guy if I could get a table for one, and he said, "Oh, you can sit at the bar; it's open seating. There's one open seat right there!" So, I walked through and was approached by another worker who asked me what I was doing. I told her the guy said I could sit at the bar, and there was an open seat, even though I never saw one. I did see open seats outside at the bar, though. The bar has two sides, one outside and one inside. It seemed alright; it wasn't too hot or humid, so I went. There were dirty dishes all over the place, and I sat down. Another worker asked me, "Are these dishes yours?" Which seemed a bit strange because the guy works the bar and wouldn't he have known the person sitting there before me left them? Anyway, I said no, and he cleared them. I then waited about 5 minutes before another worker skillfully wiped the bar of debris and then got three menus and three sets of silverware (two more guys sat down next to me) and asked me if I wanted water. I said, "Yes, please." She went off, and then shortly after, I saw the same guy come with a menu and a set of silverware and a water. Thumbs up for the water but thumb down for the slowness. I saw the menu and was torn between pancakes and biscuits. I didn't really want anything heavy, so I got the biscuits and gravy but added an egg. I also got a coffee. The wait time for the food was super quick, and the food was really good. The biscuits are small, and they're okay. The egg was good, but it's kinda hard to mess up an egg. I saw the food the people sitting next to me got, and it looked amazing! Pancakes, etc. Overall, the service was pretty bad, but the food was good. I saw no sense of urgency in the workers when they were obviously swamped. I might come when it's not so busy next time. Side note, maybe I'm showing my age, but the price of regular drip coffee was a bit steep. ($4).

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the sweetest hosts, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We had made a reservation, and our table was ready immediately, making for a smooth and stress-free start to our meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance--two days if you're visiting on a weekend or during peak travel times. It was clear this place is popular, and for good reason. Our server, Cody, truly made the experience unforgettable. Hands down, he is the best server I've ever had anywhere. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the menu, explain the daily specials, answer all of our questions, and offer recommendations based on what we were looking for. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. We ordered the pancakes, omelets, and of course, the famous biscuits. The biscuits absolutely deserve the hype! They were warm, buttery, fluffy, and practically melted in your mouth. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious, and the omelets were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that while Loveless Cafe offers a supper menu in the evenings, breakfast is served all day. That's perfect for anyone like me who believes breakfast tastes good no matter what time it is! It's easy to see why Loveless Cafe has become such a Nashville staple. Between the warm Southern hospitality, outstanding service, and incredible food, this was an experience we'll be talking about long after breakfast. Sadly, we didn't have coffee this morning because we had a long scenic drive and didn't want to make any more stops than necessary. But I bet he would've been right on the ball with those refills.
