This is a great place to come to if you have meat eaters and vegetarians in your group, since they have meat and tofu bowl options. I ordered the Mad Spicy Tofu Bowl, and it was very spicy and a good portion. The tofu was nice and crispy, but it was so salty I could not finish it, and I am someone who loves salt. I probably just came on an off day, and I would love to return to see if my experience is different next time. I went with two friends and they both said their food was not overly salty. I tried this place for the first time for National Chicken Teriyaki Day! They advertised on the app that they were offering BOGO on bowls, but unfortunately mine didn't show that. The food was decent but the sauce was too flavorful for me, less sauce or even the sauce on the side would of been betterfor me . Came in looking for both regular and vegetarian options. We were greeted by a nice man that seems to be the owner. He saw we were 1st time customers and spoke to us about the menu. My son and GF got the spicy chicken with rice and mine was a tofu bowl with veggies and noodles. It was made to order so we had a bit of wait time. My tofu was super flavorful and the noodles. Teriyaki Madness is an up and coming chain that has delicious food and friendly service. I seek them out when I travel. I am a member of their MAD Rewards loyalty program. I was recently in Florida and happened to be in the Orlando area on Sunday, October 27, 2024. I took a detour to Oviedo to visit this establishment. My experience was not at all what I would have expected from this company. A promotion had been offered to MAD Rewards members to get $2 off the cost of a medium or large bowl. Despite my displaying it on my phone, the person at the counter was unable to locate and thus honor this discount. Furthermore, she was also unable to accept my membership in order to earn points for my purchase. This is usually accomplished by either scanning the bar code on my phone, entering my phone number, or providing me with a receipt that contains a bar code that I could later scan. None of these options was possible. In fact, she was never able to provide a receipt either for my purchase, so I have no proof the transaction even took place. The soda machine was out of diet soda, and after my experience with the previous no-can-do service, I just took non-diet soda and suffered with it. The teriyaki chicken was good, even if I paid full price, earned no points, and couldn't prove I purchased it. I will return to other branches of Teriyaki Madness, but never this one again. read more

The teriyaki bowl was pretty good, but was 90% rice and there were almost no veggies (I specifically asked for vegetables) and very little chicken. I got a junior bowl- but was disappointed that there was more rice than chicken or veggies. The chicken pot stickers were absolutely fantastic and I would eat them every single day for the rest of my life. Cream cheese puffs- barely any cream cheese. I was very disappointed in these because I was looking forward to them so much. But hardly any sauce to dip them in, so it was pretty dry and I ended up throwing the majority of them away. I'm on travel- so I don't have extra s sauces with. The amount of sauces were disappointing because there was as almost nothing..... but what I did get was very good.... That's truly my favorite part. Flavors could have been there if you had anything to put on it. They also didn't add utensils (I specified that in my order), they didn't even add napkins or soy sauce. Have been meaning to come here and try out the new teriyaki spot since I saw it being built months ago. I was super excited. I got teriyaki chicken with veggies and brown rice to go and it was a very good experience. The staff was super nice and attentive and the wait wasn't too long. (it's made fresh to order so don't expect to cash out and go immediately) The sauce used on the meat is very tasty but I could have used a bit more on mine... maybe next time I will ask for extra sauce? This spot just opened up at our back door and I was super hyped to try! I have to say it was really good and I would eat it again. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl with veggies and noodles. I tried my fiancé's fried rice and I do have to say I think the noodles are better. Keep in mind they do have up charges of one dollar if you get anything other than white rice. We both got regular bowls and both had left overs for later so they do give you a food amount of food. We noticed the staff seemed a little flustered with some of the questions we were asking but I think that will get better with time. Drink and a side item for $14.00. Here it cost just over $24.00.(2 proteins, noodles and vegetables, drink and a side of edamame.) they call this a "combo" deal. The food is decent so it doesn't justify the price in my opinion. Portions are decent. This price point is too high and it also took 20 minutes for me to get my food after ordering at the counter. If counter service takes this long consider going to full table service especially for this price point. I can go to a higher quality Asian restaurant get table service and be out in 30 minutes for the same price. I would recommend dropping the prices for this to stick around. We were heading to chipotle but saw the amazing sign so we had to stop by. The restaurant was nice and clean. The service was fantastic. This was our first time here and the staff was very helpful. The menu prices seems very reasonable. However, the food was a let down. We ordered teriyaki spicy chicken, beef, and salmon. The teriyaki sauce was on the side. We tried the food before adding the sauce, and all three was dry. We added the sauce and it was a little better (hence the three stars). The salmon was over cooked and so small. The egg roll was your typical American egg roll. The side veggies and rice was good. This place open last Nov 2021, so I am hoping and crossing my fingers this restaurant will improve soon. read more

I would say this place is amazing when it comes to portion size and freshness! Not bad. It's an assemble your own bowl kind of thing. It had a nice assortment of options. We triesd the crazy hot chicken, katsu, yakisoba style noodles, and some edamame. There was a very cheerful and nice young lady working the register. Staff seemed nice. Atmosphere is fast food chic. It was comfortable. The food was ok. On the downside: What they're calling yakisoba is just lo mien. It wasn't bad, but if you're familiar with real yakisoba it's not what you'd expect. The white rice overshot the runway, in other words it was overcooked, couldn't see individual grains, it was pretty mushy. On the highside: the veggies were fresh, looked good, and were cooked well. The spicy chicken was nicely spicy and tasty. Seemed like it had a nice hit of Sriracha. I'd suggest they toss the edamame in salt vs dropping it on the top. It concentrates on the top of the small container. Katsu was crispy and nice. Wish they would become a little more clear about their gluten situation. My wife has celiac. Staff really wasn't super knowledgeable. Folks with celiac have it rough finding trustworthy asian places to eat. There's a big difference between gluten free preference and folks who actually have a wheat allergy. It's important restaurants understand and can be clear and confident about the gluten situation. They have a good crew there so I suspect it's just a training gap. We rolled the dice and my Wife had the spicy chicken and white rice with veggies. No celiac flare ups, so that's cool.
