The food is so good! i really enjoyed it. But... When I ordered my edamame, they had some blobs of who knows what it was. I asked the employee in the register what those blobs were, and he wasn't sure himself. I had to throw the edamame away, because it didn't feel safe eating them. The customer service is probably one of the worst, maybe it was just my experience but I didn't feel comfortable there. They need to be trained more. But the food was a 10/10 other than those edamame. Ambiance was good. read more

Awful awful awful My husband got steak teriyaki meat was fatty and had no flavor , asked for all broccoli and wow there were 2 pieces and that was it for the veggies ! I had teriyaki tofu which was so over cooked that the inside was practically hallow asked for all veggies and had 1 piece of broccoli and a few slices of zucchini!!! Unfortunately as much as we wanted to like this meal we ended up tossing it in the trash !! Total waste of money Not sure why this place is so popular but we for sure will never come back read more

The app worked quite well, the portion was generous and everything was fresh. I also had the crab rangoons which I didn't take a pic as they were so good that I ate them before realizing that I missed to capture a pic...they are a nice size and delicious. Tried Teriyaki Madness today for an early lunch. Picked up my food, drove about 7 minutes home. I paid $16+ for the large 2 protein bowl. I'm satisfied with the meat...Chicken was fine although I ordered spicy and it was merely drizzled with a little sauce. Beef was a little tough but it's what I expect from fast food teriyaki. (about 12 ounces of meat after I took a big bite of each...so maybe 15 ounces or so) My low rating is for the nearly 2 POUNDS of rice that they sent with it. It was soo mushy it was almost unrecognizable as steamed rice. Very disappointing when steamed rice is ruined. It's inedible unfortunately, no flavor and no texture. This was supposed to be 3 days of lunch. I threw away the rice and just ate all the meat and veggies today instead. read more

This is absolutely the worst Asian food I have ever had in my entire life. The Teriyaki Chicken itself was good. The fried rice was absolutely awful and so gummy. I've never had fried rice like this. The noodles were just noodles, no flavor whatsoever. This was a to go delivery order. And if you wanted to get points for rewards, forget about it. They put a sticker over the barcode/number and it's provided in the knot of the bag so it's all crumbled up. No way to get the bar code information to receive reward points. Horrible experience. Might be worth it to try the chicken with regular white rice, but sooooo.....unimpressed with this order, not sure if I want to try again. This was our first time here and I'm giving them a 2 star review for the fact that our order was not sent to the back kitchen and we waited around for 25 min before the front of house even registered that we were still there waiting. So now we waited an extra 15 min to get our food done. I understand that accidents happen but this is definitely pushing us to rethink whether we return or not. Good food and fair value. Only criticism would be it took a good 17 minutes for the food and they weren't very busy. Place was clean. Got 2 bowls regular size one steak and one spicy chicken. Steak over brown rice chicken over white rice and both with veggies one soft drink one water cost was $32 ish. Steak is a strip steak but had good flavor and chicken was thighs and seasoning wasn't too hot it was just right only a little vinegary. Came to town to visit the Reagent library and it was a great option over the usual. Cashiers were friendly and I would recommend eating here and I would come back. read more

The good: The food is actually better than most of the little Teriyaki joints around Simi and the SFV. The place is clean and the menu simple and easy to understand. The bad: There is not much indoor seating, yet there were a couple of Teriyaki Madness corporate/management guys with laptops taking up a prime table all through the lunch rush, as well as another person with a cup of water that didn't order anything and was just sitting there on their phone the whole time I was there. I ended up having to sit back in a corner by the bathroom, with the joys of the accompanying odors. Perhaps that's were they should have camped out. It's just a bad look and is part of customer service 101. I get that it's new, and that staff is still getting familiar with the systems, so I'm not dinging the staff, but the management guys should know and be better. I just got a large, basic chicken bowl with veggies, brown rice and a drink. It still came out to over $20, which is kinda pricey. read more

Great new place for a quick bite! It has indoor and outdoor siting, dog friendly (outside). The food is delicious, ordered two regular size portions, one was the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with veggies and brown rice the other order was Orange Chicken with veggies and noodles, we also ordered the edamame and potstickers (6). I for one say that if you are purchasing a Regular bowl which is $11.99 by the way then it better be worth it. The rice is straight up nasty and gross, the chicken was alright but you don't get much, the veggies were a complete joke and not sure how you constitute one zucchini, a few shredded carrots and a piece of cabbage much of anything and no flavor. The very runny sauce they call teryaki sauce was nasty. I took a few bites and threw the whole bowl away. I'm not sure but don't think this place will be around long.
