Very disappointed! This place was a one-and-done for us. Nothing special. Chicken teriyaki bowl was very bland. The vegetables were soggy and the rice was dry. Over priced for what you get. Plus it would be nice for the employees to be a little friendly and maybe smile a little. Lots of luck! read more

This is absolutely the worst Asian food I have ever had in my entire life. The Teriyaki Chicken itself was good. The fried rice was absolutely awful and so gummy. I've never had fried rice like this. The noodles were just noodles, no flavor whatsoever. This was a to go delivery order. And if you wanted to get points for rewards, forget about it. They put a sticker over the barcode/number and it's provided in the knot of the bag so it's all crumbled up. No way to get the bar code information to receive reward points. Horrible experience. Might be worth it to try the chicken with regular white rice, but sooooo.....unimpressed with this order, not sure if I want to try again. Really disappointed, since it's so close to me, I really wanted to love it. read more

This was our first time here and I'm giving them a 2 star review for the fact that our order was not sent to the back kitchen and we waited around for 25 min before the front of house even registered that we were still there waiting. So now we waited an extra 15 min to get our food done. I understand that accidents happen but this is definitely pushing us to rethink whether we return or not. The food however was in fact really good. Not sure if it makes up for the 40 min wait but it was definitely delicious. I would recommend online ordering for this place. read more

Good food and fair value. Only criticism would be it took a good 17 minutes for the food and they weren't very busy. Place was clean. Got 2 bowls regular size one steak and one spicy chicken. Steak over brown rice chicken over white rice and both with veggies one soft drink one water cost was $32 ish. Steak is a strip steak but had good flavor and chicken was thighs and seasoning wasn't too hot it was just right only a little vinegary. Came to town to visit the Reagent library and it was a great option over the usual. Cashiers were friendly and I would recommend eating here and I would come back. read more

She made you feel like you are dealing directly with the owner. I wouldn't be surprised if she is the owner. She was so caring with each customer. Quick to sweep up a mess a baby had made while eating in. I got the chicken breast with fried rice and veggies. First time trying the fried rice and it wasn't my favorite. I shouldn't have deviated from my white rice. The fried rice felt a little bit mushy. But that doesn't mean to skip this place by any means, they still get the 5 stars. Egg roll was excellent. Ambiance was fun as the cooks and girl attending the counter were upbeat and joking. I got a good vibe sitting there. read more

The good: The food is actually better than most of the little Teriyaki joints around Simi and the SFV. The place is clean and the menu simple and easy to understand. The bad: There is not much indoor seating, yet there were a couple of Teriyaki Madness corporate/management guys with laptops taking up a prime table all through the lunch rush, as well as another person with a cup of water that didn't order anything and was just sitting there on their phone the whole time I was there. I ended up having to sit back in a corner by the bathroom, with the joys of the accompanying odors. Perhaps that's were they should have camped out. It's just a bad look and is part of customer service 101. I get that it's new, and that staff is still getting familiar with the systems, so I'm not dinging the staff, but the management guys should know and be better. I just got a large, basic chicken bowl with veggies, brown rice and a drink. It still came out to over $20, which is kinda pricey. read more

Great new place for a quick bite! It has indoor and outdoor siting, dog friendly (outside). The food is delicious, ordered two regular size portions, one was the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with veggies and brown rice the other order was Orange Chicken with veggies and noodles, we also ordered the edamame and potstickers (6). The food was yummy and didn't take to long. I will be returning soon. read more

I know they are new and kinks still have to he worked out. 1st of all DO NOT offer a coupon that you can use both in store and online and not have the means to honor the code or know how to handle the coupons YOU as a business put out They wasted sooooooooo much time trying to figure it out my order was done before they took care of it. I also had signed up with an account with my number and email and they could not find me - how weird. I was very much hyped up about this place opening from some people and thought I would give it a try. I for one say that if you are purchasing a Regular bowl which is $11.99 by the way then it better be worth it. The rice is straight up nasty and gross, the chicken was alright but you don't get much, the veggies were a complete joke and not sure how you constitute one zucchini, a few shredded carrots and a piece of cabbage much of anything and no flavor. The very runny sauce they call teryaki sauce was nasty. I took a few bites and threw the whole bowl away. I'm not sure but don't think this place will be around long. Was excited to try this place. Very disappointed. Food took a long time to be ready, yet when my wife got it home (5 min after pick up), food was luke warm. I order the steak terriyaki. Meat was tough. Meat was served in 3-4 inch very chewy straps. The food did not match their ad. Just wasn't worth it. Back to Panda Express I guess Too bad. I really wanted to like it.​ read more

I thought I would try this out a couple of days ago. I was very disappointed and even got sick. Something about the iced tea tasted metallic. I thought maybe it was me but it wasn't. So I went for lemonade instead after pouring out the iced tea. It too, had a cleaning fluid sort of taste to it. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and could not finish it. There was something wrong with it. I ended up getting sick. I'm sorry to have to say this but there's something wrong there and I don't know what it is but my body tells me not to go back. read more
