I found termites in my own home and of course I began calling every Termite company! Termite Pro were the first to arrive, answered my call late at night, and scheduled me in three days later. They were not the only company that came and checked my home, but I felt comfortable with them as I could directly contact the owner at anytime and ask questions. Having had termite issues in our old building a while back, we knew the signs of wood termites. We noticed termite droppings on our window sill (a place that had been treated about 7 years ago) but couldn't tell if it was remnants from the original issue (because of a loose blind attachment to the frame) or a new swarm. Getting an appointment with Termite Pro by phone was fast and easy and Jose & Vlad arrived within the window promised (even calling ahead that day to narrow down the window.) The guys were great, very nice and respectful of my apartment. I explained the issue and they thoroughly inspected the area in question. They ended up confirming my original thoughts... that it appeared to be remnants from the old swarm, not a new one. They even took the time to look through the rest of the apartment to confirm their findings. Another company I got an estimate from was happy to offer an $850 treatment to ease my worries. But Jose & Vlad weren't pushing expensive unnecessary work. In fact, their recommendation was a $30 DIY remedy from Amazon. Love a company that's honest and helpful, even if it means no follow-up service! The caveat to this review has to be that, since we didn't end up needing the service, we can't speak to the results. That said, if there's ever an indication of live termites in the future, we will definitely be calling Termite Pro! read more
