Our server, who had a bun, walked past our table repeatedly, completely ignoring our empty glasses and never bothering to check if we needed anything. Apparently, acknowledging customers wasn't on their to-do list. To make things worse, the manager in green had no problem checking in on every other table--except ours. Maybe we were invisible? The only saving grace of the night was the food runner, who was the only person that actually checked on us (while just doing her job dropping off food). Texas Roadhouse, do better. They do offer a call ahead seating option in the app which I highly suggest cause it gets really busy around dinner time most days. It's always a nice vibe at this location. Nice bar area with plenty of TVs going. I know they do a performance for you if it's your birthday. As for the food it's always good. The bread they give you when you sit down is always hot and fresh. Steaks are cooked to your liking, and the ribs, the meat falls right off the bone. Nice size portions with very reasonable pricing. My mother's prime rib wasn't nearly as good as my rib eye -- it was dry and a bit over. Luckily there was au jus. The rolls were hot and fresh. Service was quick. The manager checked on our table as did our waitress. My main complaint is how loud the restaurant is! Crazy loud. So loud you can't hear across the table. We got online and secured a spot in line to be seated close to when we arrived. It worked out perfectly! We got there and were seated with hot biscuits in about five minutes. That's pretty slick! My wife very much enjoyed her chicken fried chicken And mashed potatoes. She's a country girl and she thought that it was excellent. I ordered the prime rib medium and it was fantastic! It's actually the second best prime rib I've had in Las Vegas and that is saying something! There was just a hint of smoke with it, which was lovely. What a great experience from beginning to end! My fiancée and went here for his bday. Our server Jeanie was all around so helpful considering this was our first time ever dining in here She was so knowledgeable of the menu and gave excellent recommendations. The rib eye steak combo with half rack of ribs and shrimp was amazing. The steak was tender and juicy and cooked exactly how we asked for it-- medium rare. The shrimp was delicious and the ribs were also so tender and flavorful. Jeanie was also so sweet to give ice cream to my fiancé for his bday. She really took care of us! Lastly, the ambience was so cheerful and upbeat, everyone was so alive and on the go making all the diners happy! Okay so, not the best experience on this visit and no fault to our waiter, Tiny, who did a good job...the place, as is usually the case, was very busy at about 4:30 pm...our large party was seated in about ten minutes so the wait wasn't bad...the bread was tasty as usual...the Caesar salad was also good...the NY strip, 12 oz. Was requested to be medium but was definitely closer to medium well...the baked potato was okay but I didn't realize the upcharge to have it served "loaded"....my son never received his French fries with his dinner either...the pork chop dinner was over cooked and the accompanying sauce was extremely salty...the margaritas were okay but seemed pretty watered down to me....not much of a selection on tap as far as beers are concerned either...the pay process is the biggest fault, I had gift cards for over a hundred dollars and when scanning on the kiosk it wouldn't allow you to do multiples as after every time it took you to the tip portion of bill...We alerted Tiny and he did the best that he could to resolve the issue in a timely manner....the kiosk payment methods are an issue, not only here but everywhere that utilizes them...the ambiance is that of a Texas steakhouse, wood furnishings and Texas themed memorabilia throughout...maybe an off day today, not sure, but there are plenty of restaurants around town to patronize, 50/50 on any type of return in future.... read more

We will request her area next time we go in. Rolls are so good I could eat them until I turn into one. Snake bites appetizer is always good and a little spicy. It comes with a Cajun sauce, good pairing. Sirloin was great cooked perfectly no sauce needed. Country fried chicken was ok, I wouldn't get it again though. I asked for the grilled onions on top but it didn't pair well, they are better to go on a steak. House salad, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes are always good and never a let down. It was busy on a Monday early evening and most probably because of the games. We opted to seat at the bar and got lucky we got the huge screen in front of us. Our server was Carter and also Tasha and they were both so quick and pleasant. The famous bread arrived and we devoured it easily asking for more. It's that good. The rest of the bread was breakfast the next day. My hubby ordered his favorite catfish and I had the 6oz steak. We both had corn for sides. I had the Caesar salad and he had rice which he didn't like so he settled with my salad. The place is quite noisy but it's expected and everyone is cheering for their own teams. The routine dance the servers do is such a wonderful treat. Meanwhile, the whole time Tasha and Carter were continuously helping out everyone at the bar. If we didn't chose to seat there, the wait for a table was at least 30 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that the ladies restroom didn't have any disposable seat covers so I almost didn't make it. I do know it's not that expensive. They took orders, made drinks, followed up on orders, refilled drinks, cleaned their station, and asked and remembered customers names- and all while carrying a smile. Max, I believe is a manager, came and asked how everything went. Well Max let me tell you that the food was beyond delicious and every employee I came across was very courteous. Great ambience. I just want to say that I'm docking a star due to the kitchen staff messing up my order twice. I really try not to be that person when dining, especially because I've worked years in customer service and have even worked in a restaurant to understand how difficult hangry people can be. Well, I think it's also important to note that I am currently dealing with a bad case of TMJ, so the only meat I can chew right now has to be extremely tender. So, I ordered a filet, medium-rare, with mushrooms. The first one that came out was smothered in onions (and I'm not the biggest fan of onions), so I politely informed the food runner that it wasn't what I had ordered. The server quickly brought out another steak only for it to be almost well-done (and too tough for my current jaw situation). At that point, I actually felt defeated, and like I was just going to have to spend more time chewing than actually enjoying my food, but my friend flagged down the server again and told her the doneness was wrong. The server, Kira, was very kind and handled it immediately. I'd also like to note that, when I had ordered, there was someone singing happy birthday behind us, and I was at the far end of a booth, so I was worried it was hard to hear, but I did double check that I ordered medium-rare, so that was why I felt defeated; it was the one thing I double-checked so that I could feel comfort that I could enjoy my food and the conversation with friends. I'd like to really give a shoutout to Kira for putting up with me, and I really hope I wasn't too much trouble. The food was delicious, though. I finally got to try the famous Rattlesnake Bites and they were yummy, but the star appetizer were the fried pickles! The steak itself was very tender (for anyone else dealing with TMJ), and they even threw in an extra side for the trouble (which was very kind of the staff as I really didn't expect or even ask for anything free). One thing that didn't disappoint me, was their rolls and cinnamon butter! They recently opened and it was our first time visiting this location. I like that you can get on the waitlist before heading there, very convenient for us spontaneous people. The wait was about 15min. We arrived a little before and when we pulled in the parking lot, it let us know when it was time for us to head into the lobby. We were greeted right away and was seated just a couple minutes after checking in. The restaurant was packed. Our waitress came and took our drink orders within a few minutes. She came back with drinks and we weren't quite ready to order just yet so we asked for just a couple more minutes. It ended up being much longer the next time she came back to check on us, to the point we were looking around for her so we could order. The wait time for our dinner was longer than normal. After she took our orders (2 entrées and a kids meal), some time had passed and in that time a table across us had paid their bill, left, and the table had been reseated with another couple. At some point she came to let us know that our food would be coming up shortly. At this point, the waiting was not a big deal. It was only after I noticed the table across us who were sat after and ordered after us, had received their food before our meals came out. Only the kids entrée had came out, but our dinners had not yet been brought out. When our waitress was back in her section, we asked about our food, she said she would check on it. The next time she came back, our dinners were finally brought out. The steak and shrimp combo was very disappointing. It was barely a handful of fries so the plate looked very empty, and the presentation was messy. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it was closer to medium well. My boyfriend choose not to say anything because he was just glad the food was finally out and wanted to eat. I also ordered my steak medium rare but it was more medium. I added mushrooms and onion on it and that had good flavor to it. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. At the end of our dinner, we asked for some rolls to go along with the cinnamon butter. Our waitress was kind enough to bring some that just came out of the oven. If I'm in the area and their wait time isn't long, I may pop in for something small, just for their rolls, and probably sit at the bar instead and hopefully get faster service. read more

Opening at 4 pm on weekdays, this place gets packed and poppin' real quick. Before 5:30p (Mon-Thurs) select entrees are only $11.99, with two sides included. The decor is rockin' and the servers be boppin' (to some hourly line dancing) Overall, an energetic and fun atmosphere with affordable food. To start, their famous fresh ROLLS with a side of cinnamon butter are doled out as you take your seats. On our first visit our server was J-Sin, who gave us the low-down and personal suggestions. As I've come more frequently, I've learned that my favorite sides are the SWEET POTATO (with marshmallows and caramel) and both their side salads, HOUSE and CAESAR. I typically get their smallest SIRLOIN, which is just enough for me, since I'm not a big steak eater. Make sure to try their FRIED PICKLES appetizer, so good! Customer service was phenomenal. Our server refilled our bread which was my favorite thing especially right out the oven. Ordered a hot dog Off the kids meal and a full stack of bbq ribs. Both were alright... I say alright because my choice or bbq sauce is sweet baby rays and their home made bbq sauce is a hit or miss with people.
