So tonight I went to Texas roadhouse for dinner my service was OK nothing spectacular, but she was not that server that like to clear off dirty dishes off the table until the end so I have a table full of dirty dishes. The music was way too loud way too loud. I had a salad, but my meat was basically raw so I had to send it back but other than that it was all right. I just gotta figure out something with the music and how loud and the food make sure it's cooked. read more

Came in today for an early dinner and had the pleasure of meeting KALEB for our server. Service by KALEB was perfect and he greeted us perfectly and treated us like VIP. My wife order the chicken/vegetables/sweet potatoes... she loved it. I ordered the California chicken salad and that was also perfect. KALEB also brought this really sweet dressing for my salad, (can't remember the name) but that was the best ever... KALEB bringing that out sold me on this salad now every time I come in here now. This place is very hit or miss. Ive tried the porterhouse and bone-in ribeye (both so tough and chewy). The chicken fried steak tasted very baconey (not a fan). The hamburger is good and the ribs are basic. I've had pretty good luck with the 16 oz ribeye so I always order that now. The rattlesnake bites, chili and boneless wings are also my faves. read more

Tonight the catfish looked as if it was dropped on the floor and put in the box. The loaded sweet potato...the picture speaks for itself. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:30, I ended up getting it at 8pm becz they were, what I thought replacing the nasty fish but only one piece was replaced. After waiting an extra 30 mins. Now becz I had to wait for one piece of fish...the other food got cold and the fries were soggy. Tonight was not a pleasant experience. I'd prefer a full refund but I'm sure that will not happen. We checked in on the waitlist at 1:45, didn't get seated until 2:30, the quoted time was 5-15 minutes. We kept asking the host stand how long, they mentioned that we were "next" every time but would seat other guests. If there's an issue okay, just communicate that. Service was okay, food took a long time, overall just an okay experience. I usually go to a different Texas Roadhouse, but I was in the area and wanted to try this one. Our server, Tyler was great. We had a nice time, Mary had just got out of St. Rose Hospital and craved ribs, so we came here. Unfortunately, her ribs were really, really dry. I wondered why she only ate three ribs. She said she didn't tell our server because he was so nice. We will probably come back again, but we won't have ribs. read more

Great Birthday dinner for my mother as she requested-to go. Had an attentive positive server named Chris that kept the addicting bread and drinks flowing throughout the entire meal! Parents enjoyed the ribs & salads for sides along with a huge blooming onion as an appetizer. My daughter and I had Caesar salads & salmon that was very yummy and filling. The waitress was super rude. She threw the straws down on the table with attitude. When she took our order she seemed annoyed and bothered. She only offered refills to the guys and not the girls.Then she refused to bring us a to go box when I was trying to leave with my family and baby. The manager was checking on us throughout the night and I had to ask him for the box. We were planing to tip her but her attitude was uncalled for and her service ws horrible. When I was leaving with my boyfriend and baby she and a another server walked past my boyfriend and then walked passed me and she said. " thanks for nothing." What a rotten attitude. I will definitely never be coming back to this establishment. This was my first time and had been dying to try this place for over a year because we have none in LA but thank goodness we don't if this is the type of customer service they allow. Trying Texas Roadhouse again after a bit of a wait. We arrived around 4 pm and to our surprise it was that busy. We picked our steak and were seated within 5 minutes with no wait. We ordered our steak and sides and within 2 minutes or less we had out salads and drinks just the way we like them. The ambiance is the same as before very nice. The steak was supposed to be medium well but came medium. I didn't complain. However a vast improvement from the last experience we had when everything was wrong . Great job today read more

Omg what a fun place! My friends and I decided to stop in after hearing such great things about Texas Roadhouse. We put our names on the waitlist online, and were sat shortly after arriving. Our server was Berto and he was awesome!!! Super nice and funny and brought us everything we needed. He checked on us all throughout the night and made sure we were having a good time. The food was amazing. We started with the Cactus Blossom, Tater Skins and the Rattlesnake Bites. My favorite were the Tater skins, which is why I originally wanted to visit in the first place! So much bacon and cheese, it was so good. For my entree I got a 6oz Filet and I smothered it with mushrooms. I also got a side of veggies and loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes were delicious. Really creamy and topped with a generous amount of toppings. Also, the bread. I don't think there are words to adequately describe how good the bread is. You'll have to try for yourself. It's also always hot and fresh! The entire place is decorated with Texas artwork, but it also incorporates Vegas too, which is pretty cool!! I'll definitely be back. I've had so many people tell me I haaaave to try Texas Roadhouse. And honestly for me, it was eh. My biggest thing about this place is that Ican probably think of about 10 other better restaurants in the area that are local that you should hit up instead. Nothing against them, I just wans't overly impressed, and I was SHOCKED to see how many people were waiting for a table here. Now the real star really is the bread. Damn... it's good. It was REALLY good. I would literally only come here for the bread if I ever came back. I did also love the complimentary peanuts, too. I could literally eat peanuts all day long. That was tasty and I ended up taking the rest of the bag home with me haha. The service was also really really good, too. Our server was super attentive. The biggest miss for me really was just the food. I don't know, maybe I'm just getting older, but the fried food is a lot for me lately. We got the loaded potatoes and these jalapeno popper type of things as appetizers. I also ordered a giant margarita, too, which was pretty good. Added an extra shot in it, too. Not bad! I attended a Vegas Knight Hawk game. If the opposing team misses a field goal we were to receive a free cactus blossom. Instead they wanted to give us a $10.00 coupon. They told me that we had no proof that happened. WTF!!!!? That happened in the 1st minute of the game. Visited with my family on Friday night. It was busy so we had a decent wait. Not horrible. It's also super loud but that can be expected for a Friday night. As for the food and service that was a completely different beast. The server was horrible. Brought sides before the meals, forgot sides, forgot drinks as well as brought us that wrong drinks. Didn't ask if we needed anything else when she came to our table from time to time to fix the issues. It was a shit show to say the least. Finally we finished our dinner and the checks came. We were over charged for one of our meals. I questioned the server as it listed shrimp smother twice. The server said it's cheaper by 1 cent. My meal on the menu is listed as $30.99. The way they rang it up over charged me $1.98 as it was $3.99 rang up twice. The server also rang up the other part of our party the same way. Can only imagine how this must add up for the restaurant if they do this for many of the restaurant patrons. Either way we were over charged and it didn't save us anything. The "manager" Juan is absolutely horrible and so unprofessional. Had a minor issue which I wanted to address with the manager, assuming it would've been an easy thing to remedy but he stood, rolled his eyes and laughed. Dust fell into my food therefore contaminating my food. Pretty sure it's a health code violation for an establishment to be so dusty. For Juan to be a "manager" that is a slap in the face to your other employees. They should lead by example and treat both consumers and employees with respect. I've never had a manager laugh in my face and disrespect me so badly. The good thing is that our server Rebecca was great! The general manager Perry was also great. Perry did speak with us regarding Juan's behavior, and did take care of us. It's just really unfortunate that Juan's actions and attitude have created such a negative memory for me at a place I truly enjoy going to. read more
