Great service, good steaks wonderful drinks. Had a great meal every time we come. Staff always very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

It's surprising to not see a 5 star revue for this place. I highly recommend it! The staff pays close attention to the clientele and makes it a fact to remember your name! I ordered the 14oz ribeye cooked medium. It was absolutely perfect. Tender and juicy. I was dinning by myself due to business and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were focused and warm. When my food arrived the owner came up to me and knew my name and asked if everything was to my liking. I wish her and her crew success. Don't pay to attention to that 3 rating. I've eaten at Texas roadhouse several times in different states. The food, service, and atmosphere is consistent in every location. Service is generally excellent and the food is good for the price point. I consider this to be a mid-level steakhouse with decent basic food options. read more

This is the second visit to this restaurant. The 3:00 opening seems to be a bit late even for a late lunch. There were numerous people waiting to get in when the doors were opened at a little after 3:00. The service was excellent but the music was too loud. Conversation was impossible. We both ordered the salmon and it was very tasty. The sides that came with it were plentiful as well. the peanuts and bucket were a great idea. Please turn down the music. read more

Went there for my birthday steak and they didn't disappoint it was pretty crowded for a Tuesday evening but it didn't take long to be seated the wait staff was working very hard for all the customers they had so far the best steak I've had in the Prescott area definitely recommend it for anyone that wants good food and service, they support our troops and veterans! read more

This was the third time I have been to Texas Roadhouse and it really changed my view of this restaurant. Our bartender (can't remember her name but she was blonde and her name started with a K) was super friendly and attentive. I had never had fried pickles before but am I huge fan now!! The salmon 5oz with the two sides was a perfect size dinner their rolls were amazing as usual. I also got a salad with her honey cilantro dressing which I am a huge fan of. Overall this last visit changed my perception of Texas Roadhouse and I am more likely to want to go in the future and come back! read more

Been to this restaurant many times and have always been happy with the food and service. Was there tonight 1/10/2024 and had another amazing meal. Our server was Demetria and she was a delight. Personable, quick service and checked on us often. As usual the food was delicious and the vibe was great. I don't want to put a damper on the review and I hope this was just a "one time thing". We arrived at the restaurant at 4:15 with seating in 15 minutes. Almost an hour later we were seated. Seems they decided to have a staff meeting during their regular hours and all servers were at the meeting. In the meantime we stood in a small alcove with other waiting patrons and wondered what the delay was. Many people left during this time and there were many disgruntled patrons. I still give Texas Roadhouse Prescott a five star rating and hope that never happens again. read more

Visited here on 3/25/21. There were about 20 of us. A wedding party. The servers were very pleasant and the place was very busy. I paid for the four of us at our table - Three prime ribs and some other steak I can't recall. I ordered my 16oz prime rib medium rare. It came rare. Not a big deal because I like mooing beef, but that was a pretty easy thing to screw up. The amount of fat on the beef was...Wow. Yeah. I'm guessing about 8oz of fat, cooked. My sister and I both ordered the loaded baked potatoes. They came with sour cream. No butter, no cheese, no bacon. Just sour cream. Because we figured we had enough with the appetizers (which were decent) and the beef, and because the servers were really busy (and we're not jerks), we let it go. I'm not a big Texas Roadhouse fan to begin with, but this one was pretty disappointing. read more

I ordered my husband and 8 ounce New York steak to go after enjoying a birthday dinner with some friends. Got home and found half of New York steak called the restaurant in Preskett and talk to the manager who said they don't state state cut from the 16 ounce New York I waited on a scale and it weighed 4 1/2 ounces and the manager said that they shrink when cooked after Meat Cutter for 15 years in the seafood department for another 15 years, I know what ain't New York State cooked looks like and this is not it very disappointed. It was loud and busy for 4 o'clock on a Saturday could barely hear our friends and get home to half a state that doesn't even weigh , 6 ounces after being the manager said she was going to send me a gift certificate for a free meal. very disappointing. read more

I was so excited to go and eat a Yummy steak, I had been waiting for months. But was Sooo very disappointed. My rib eye steak came to well done, after asking for medium and it was a top sirloin not rib eye. And by the time they brought me the medium cooked rib steak 15 minutes later, I was done eating my salad, bread and baked potato. They server acted like it was no big deal. I had used a gift card that I received at Christmas for $50...what a waisted of my gift card and they money that was used to purchase it for me. Sooooo Disappointed, will never go again! read more

We had a party of 9 tonight. The bad experience started with the possible manager who said that she was "somewhat running it" she was very rude to my 81 year old father. Once we finally got seated, our server Jeremy came and got our drinks. He was very nice but seemed like he needed help. The "manager" proceeded to talk with different people at the bar (Our table was by the bar) She never once came over to see if we were good. An hour later our food came and it was cold. Also was missing side orders. Took 20 mins for a second round of drink before our cold food came. They gave us 2 vouchers for our bad experience for $30 each. But we won't be going back. read more

Very disappointed today. Arrived shortly after they opened. We were taken to other side of restaurant and seated at the end table next to restrooms. Leaned on table and put my elbow in smeared food. Had to use an eyeglass wipe to clean my area. Ordered a caesar salad and a chicken Caesar for (hubby). My salad was dropped off 15 minutes before my husband's meal arrived. I waited for his meal and when I went to eat my salad, it was limp from sitting in dressing so long. Pushed it aside untouched. What a waste of money, and left hungry. We were a party of ten and I understand it takes a little time to get everything together but we waited an hour and a half for a table the was empty the entire time. We had three Iraqi war vets at our table two with PTSD. There were a few birthdays in the restaurant in which the staff screamed, and I'm not exaggerating, screamed happy birthday and yeehaw. One of the only few decent steak houses in the area. Food is always good quality here. The atmosphere is well rounded for all types. Can be romantic or casual. I usually get the sirloins. Great for families. On the weekends there may be a wait but usually seated quickly. I would recommend to give them a try. read more

Nobody ever returned so had to get up and track her (K.D.) our waitress after never receiving potatoes or even a follow-up visit to our table. Not even to refill our drinks. Asked for manager and told, ya they bring out the steaks right away regardless if potatoes aren't ready. Apparently having a dedicated waitress to your table means nothing as ours said everyone runs food to tables and not sure what to say. Will be going back to Leftys Steakhouse... This place some serious kitchen staff management that can coordinate the potatoes be done and ready BEFORE throwing a $30 steak on the grill. Kitchen staff clearly not communicating as a team. Loaded mashed potatoes were buried in sour cream.. had to dig for the potatoes... very little flavor but the prime rib was the most disappointing. There was no seasoning and the meat was very bland. Texas Roadhouse does it right. Their food is always consistently good. It's a cool environment. The servers are on top of it. They have an early menu with affordable specials on it. The steaks are always cooked perfectly. The side dishes are delicious. Get the beans! The only negative is this particular Texas Roadhouse gets very busy as soon as they open. I suggest getting here right at open or having dinner later than normal. Good overall! read more

Idk who's on the grill back there but they need to look up what the different cooks of steak are. I love a red steak as much as the next guy, but when I ordered a medium rare steak, it came out literally just seared. Like fully raw after a millimeter into cutting it. Same with my other friends I ate with. My coworker even warned me that they don't really cook to specs. Guess they were right. They forgot those delicious rolls too. Bummer. Went there 9/9/23 for dinner, there were 4 of us. Arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and it was already jumping, the ladies (very friendly) when I went in to put my name on the list was told that it would e about a 15-20 minute wait. They took my number and I was told they would text. I don't even think it was 15 min wait. Sheldon was our server very friendly as well and attentive to our needs not that we were needy. Made sure our drinks were refilled and food was to our liking. Maggie the manager came by and also checked on us, did let her that our food was terrific. 1.
