Never had issues with service. One time a steak was over cooked and they replaced it ASAP. The waitstaff is always helpful, nice, and informative. Those rolls! Love the country homey atmosphere. Also love the TVs, even if you're not directly in the bar you can still see TV screens if you wanted to. Always a favorite spot. It's Texas Roadhouse. I'm not sure that I can say too much more about this restaurant. The bread is very tasty. Everything else seems to be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the steaks are on point, other times, not so much. When ordering here, I usually allow the meat to be slightly under or slight over cooked; I'm sure cooking an order to medium rare is hard. This time, one of our steaks was over, the other was under. No point in complaining, as it would just make the meal take longer. Previously, we've tried the ribs, the chicken, even the pork chops. Personally, I'd stick with the steak. We came here on a very busy night, so I'm trying to be understanding, but service really didn't seem to have a clue. No bread? Nope. No side plates? Absolutely no way. No utensils? Not a chance. Not even any straws? Never. Why did someone just hand me a bag with a to-go-order inside? Come on now... As I mentioned, this was a busy night, so it was very loud. I would not recommend this place for date night. Unless your date doesn't stop talking. Then it would probably be fine. You wouldn't be able to hear them. When our bread did show up, it all showed up. I think we left with almost a dozen rolls, which is fine. We ate them the next day. We gave the other leftovers to the dogs the next day. They thought it was delicious. If I was to base my review solely on the rolls and the quantity of rolls we were served, Texas Roadhouse would get 5 stars. If I was reviewing bread however, we'd be at a bakery. I literally, and this is no exaggeration went to this location three times in a row for a steak order and each and every single time it was wrong. Either under cooked or overcooked. I mean really, what are the odds??? This is beyond tiresome and unacceptable. Hire cooks that know what they are doing. Yep... I'm just here for the rolls! Haha! Seriously though, I've heard so much about them that they've been on my must try list forever and ever and I finally made it here!! And I must say the rest of the food was just as great as the rolls!! They came out hot and fresh with that cinnamon butter people can't get enough of. They reminded me of a Hawaiian sweet roll on their own but slathered with the butter more like a yummy breakfast pastry! I ordered the beef tips because it seemed the most comforting on a chilly night and they were amazing. Huge flavorful mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and chucks of tender meat all for a price that shocked me $13.99!! And that included an equally delicious house salad that I loved... it impressively included eggs and grape tomatoes. Next time I may try the Caesar... and there will definitely be a next time!! Service was prompt and efficient and we loved the kiosk to pay your check where you can easily split it. My friend had the prime rib and adored it. I housed my entire meal and it was the first time ever I think I didn't take a to go box and not because the portion sizes weren't generous but because it was just that good! The manager even came by to check on us and even though it was a super crowded Saturday night we were able to use their online waitlist button and secured a table within five minutes! Well let's start with the drinks- the soft drinks and sweet tea were so bad. If you know that taste of sink water that's what it tastes like. Even the ice!! (Slime in the ice machine!!) My husband had to get a beer after switching the drinks so much , I just chose to get no drink. The Caesar salad was horrible. The lettuce taste so old like it's been in fridge for weeks or something. The salmon still tasted like the water it came from and if I had to guess it came from Galveston water. Ok, today I got out to Texas Roadhouse hoping for some good filling food with my family, we have a party of 8 with a reservation at 1 pm. Mind you I am a single mom with 3 little kids and my sister and her kids are with us. BUT her husband had to come separately because of work complications and he hit traffic so was coming in late. Its super busy but we had set a reservation at least 30 minutes before. Everyone is there but my sisters husband by the time of the reservation but the waiters refuse to get us table because we are missing 1 person and as we wait for another 30 minutes while the other person shows up, another party of 8 guests are seated. We then wait for 40 more minutes for a table when there are plenty of extra tables that we can clearly see. When we are finally sat and order it takes over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. IN ADDITION, the service was awful with the rude waiters AND after the food had finally arrived we found hair in almost every dish. Overall a 0/10 experience. read more

I'm sure there's a covid related reason but it was disappointing. Our orders were taken and the only issue I had was when the waitress brought our drinks, she couldn't tell which was sweet tea and which was raspberry tea so she pulled down her mask, leaned in, and sniffed at my drink! Went there to celebrate my husband's birthday tonight. Left disappointed. The main reason for the review is that my baked potato came out undercooked, and by the time I was able to flag the waitress down to tell her, I had already finished my other food, so when they offered to replace it I declined. She came back and told me that she asked her manager to comp the baked potato and he refused and told her to just bring us another baked potato. Not that I asked for a refund, but truthfully since it was inedible it was the right thing to do. That was the last straw for us. We won't be back. It was a busy night and I had a $25 gift card. Hubby and I decided to go on our vacation week at the end of December.
