So glad to have an awesome Thai food sit down restaurant with a great lunch special in south Tampa! They have a special self ordering system, which makes service very fast and smooth. You pick a seat grab your utensils and food comes out to you pretty quickly. It is the only lunch special that comes with a free Thai tea, which I love! Would definitely recommend food was delicious. Great new place! I have been meaning to try this place for a couple of months now! My chicken pad thai (medium spice) was absolutely the perfect amount of spice! The temperature of the food was still piping hot when I picked it up to go, I added broccoli to my dish too! So delicious! I was greeted with a friendly smile in this nice and clean restaurant! Easy parking and will definitely be back soon! The only thing is I wish they served this piping hot food in something other than plastic. With how hot the food is when they put it in, I hate to think about the piping hot food and the plastic combo (not good from a health perspective). read more

I love their lunch special. I got shrimp Pad se-ew and shrimp spicy rice noodle(this is the same as drunken noodle) . The Thai tea was very delicious. The stir-fry noodle was so good with good amount of vegetable, flavorful, good texture and the potion was big enough for me. The big fire wok flavor shown the chef didn't cut corner. Incredibly clean, generous service, and family owned. Authentic flavor, good portions. Thai tea and green tea were so refreshing and flavorful. Very simple place, not many seats inside so if it's busy I'd highly recommend getting it to go. They have a little kiosk inside where you can quickly order your meal to go. Great place for lunch! I ordered a lunch special (panang curry with chicken, Thai iced tea), and it was ready in 15 minutes. The food was good. The serving size was just about right for a lunch. I checked out the new Thai restaurant nearby and was really impressed. I ordered the Thai basil chicken, drunken noodles, red curry chicken, and tom yum soup. Everything had great flavor and tasted really fresh. Made to order and you can watch them make it. The basil chicken had a nice kick, the drunken noodles were super satisfying, and the red curry was rich without being too heavy. The tom yum soup was bright and perfectly spicy. You can pick your spice level. Super clean and you can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in their restaurant. Overall, a solid addition to the neighborhood--I'll definitely be back! read more

I was at the plaza where the restaurant was located for work and, being hungry, decided to try the place after reading positive reviews. I had the Green Curry with chicken and a Ginger salad. It is clear that sustainability and care for the environment are not part of this place's culture. Water is available in styrofoam cups, the salad was served in a to-go plastic container, even though I was eating there, as was the blazing hot curry dish. I immediately thought about BPA compounds leeching out from the plastic into the food. The salad was pre-made and had some wilted lettuce leaves. The final price of the curry dish was $2 over what the menu said, even though I ordered it with plain white rice. Overall not worth the $30 I spent. read more

The owner and his wife (Chef) do it all. Probably best to get it to go but the place is super clean and has 5 tables. First time Take Away Order: papaya salad, curry puff and green curry chicken (hot). All were great. Green curry is a light broth not heavy coconut cream but delicious. Veggies were abundant and fresh. Second time Dine in Order: lunch special - Basil Chicken (hot). When did I win for lunch one day recently. They have a phenomenal $12 lunch special. When you get to choose the main menu and you get two dumplings and a tea. I got the amazing chicken. It was more than enough to feed me. And you could tell the amazing sauce was homemade simply delicious. The two dumplings are also handmade and tasted excellent. Also came with a 16 ounce either chai tea or green tea. Both of which you could tell our homemade also. Everything here seems to be made by hand and is out of this world. I've been looking for a good Thai restaurants since the one closest to me shut down. It definitely back here soon sooner rather than later. read more

We came here for lunch. It is exceptionally clean inside. Portion size and food is excellent, especially for the cost. I ordered the basil chicken and my daughter ordered the shrimp pad Thai. It came out quick, fresh, and full of flavor. There was so much we had leftovers. It is run by the sweetest couple, and they routinely check to ensure you're enjoying your meal. I had the Thai basil as the Thai hot and it very good, spicy, and filling but the restaurant is using plastic dishes. This restaurant is not environmentally friendly and I hope they consider using traditional plates or paper as plastic has a low flash point and the food is very hot. Also, plastic in our oceans has created the great Pacific Trash Patch, but is prevalent in all of our oceans. In the absence of mandatory recycling programs, floating plastic likely is the cause of global warming and oceanic rise. The plastic floats, algae grows on it, and the sun heats it up and causes the water temperature to rise. Global oceanic currents then take this warmed water and melt oceanic and shore ice at the north and south poles. The combination of this plastic trash and the burning of fossil fuels is permanently altering global weather patterns and to the extreme in polar environments, but also globally. Also, the potential health concerns of ingesting burning plastic from the heated food cannot be overlooked. read more
