First time here. This is a small restaurant, perhaps with a capacity of 50 diners. It has the feel of a family run restaurant. The service is warm and friendly, The food was really good. We were a group of 5. We had Pad See Ew Beef, Pad Thai Shrimps, Khao Mon Gai, Garlic Duck and Pineapple Fried Rice. The portions were ample and all the flavors were authentic. Nothing fancy here, just really good food. We wanted to try dessert, but we were just full. I would go back here on a heartbeat.

Such a cute and delightful spot! Came here right after the opened and got greatly immediately. The staff was friendly, helpful and checked in on us quite a few times. We got the lunch specials and the were super filling. The flavors were great and everything was made with care. Will definitely be back again!

In a strip mall area, simple and basic. If you just want some classic Thai food, this will be good, but basic. The moon crab puffs are tasty, but just basic. I will say the curry was delicious. Vibes from staff were great! I saw a lot of pickup/togo orders. That's the move!

A cute little place with simple decor. The food is delicious. The duck noodles was like noodles from Thai street food. Today one of their specials was a braised pork leg in a special sweet soy sauce. And mango sticky rice was spot on. Very yummy Definitely will be back again soon.

Phenomenal thai food! I really liked the crab fried rice, khao sói, drunken noodles, shumai, mango sticky rice, and thai iced tea. Probably the best thai iced tea & crab fried rice I've had outside of Thailand. The service is amazing and the owner (who also serves & cooks) is super sweet. Thai Wok Kitchen like a little piece of Thailand and temporarily transported me out of Vancouver strip mall suburbia for a little while with the modern decor and contemporary music. We had a feast and I left stuffed! Portions are decent. Definitely coming back to try more dishes.

Delicious food and friendly service. Smaller space but they have made it feel elegant and airy. Our server was super friendly and made our lunch experience enjoyable. I got the chicken red curry which was tasty and my dad got the chicken pad Thai. I'll come back for sure!

We tried this restaurant after watching it featured on Connect Clark County. What a treat this place was! We ordered take out and didn't wait long for the food. We had Pad Thai, basil fried rice and the peanut curry. The Pad Thai was well prepared full of flavor. Ordered the basil fried rice "medium" and it was perfect amount of heat without killing the flavors. Our favorite was the peanut curry. Loved all the vegetables with plenty of chicken swimming on a delicious peanut curry. Yum! Was our first time trying this place and we weren't disappointed. Highly recommend this place for some authentic, tasty Thai food.

Mango Sticky Rice and Coconut Sticky Rice was amazing great flavor and texture

Great service, the food was amazing the service was great. We only came here for one thing and ended up with the whole menu.

    Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle)

Polly was warm and welcoming. Along with her hospitality, the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Mango sticky rice, and Pad Kee Mao.

As it turns out, the potatoes are better then the corn. We opted for the popular mix of spices, butter and garlic with lemon. But it doesn't matter since I can't condone the amount of plastic used for one meal: plastic bag for the boil, gloves, bibs, tablecloth. It's just too selfish. But we did enjoy ourselves as BF never had crab before. We still enjoy shrimp more but crab was not over cooked. We just won't be back until that protocol changes.

Super kind and attentive. Loved the robot bringing you your tools. The headless shrimp tasted like frozen pre cooked shrimp devoid of flavor. I had to confirm we were given the Cajun flavor because it was that lacking for me. Honestly a hell of a lot of potential - figure out your recipe and quality. Took our out of town friends with a short layover at PDX to make a reservation. And, especially on a hot day, just lovely to be in this place with big windows looking at the river. The staff was great- busy with dinner service but still providing plenty of attention. We had a table of six upstairs which I recommend for a nice view even if you aren't seated at a window table. Noise level is near perfect- buzzy but no one needed to shout for normal conversation and that's with a pretty much full house. We may have skipped this place for years but clearly many people don't- crowded and we used valet parking because their parking lot was full. They don't charge but as downtown city people we tip. And, of course the food- perfectly fine, ample menu with lots of choice, fish forward but a couple of meat choices for silly people who avoid fish, shell fish. Everyone cleaned their plates except me, the remains of my crab/ shrimp salad, under $40.00, loaded with crab and shrimp came home for in a box for a more than ample lunch. And, boy do I love a restaurant that boxes up the food rather than dumps a take-out container for me to do it. Really nice classy touch. I rate the food as well executed with a full range of standard choices, nothing ground breaking but good solid plates. This is certainly the place for entertaining a party- everyone will find a sweet spot on the menu in a casual but still feels like a treat meal out. So there is clearly a reason that people love this place.

Fair warning, it fills up even with a pretty good sized lot. Friends had arrived before me but the host and staff were super nice in helping me locate them. They also let us rearrange the outside table a bit so we could all sit closer/hear/talk more easily. Nooow, the food l o l if you scan the lunch menu, there are literally only a handful of vegetarian friendly items; most of which are apps/salads with a single vegetarian entree, the impossible burger. I opted to grab the burrata salad (6 oz per the starter size) and though it was good, I wish I had been able to get a more substantial entree or main. My friends got a variety of bowls, rolls, and pastas. They also grabbed the strawberry shortcake at the end which ended up being more like an ice cream sandwich with shortbread, surrounded by strawberries. This was good, but not great, and certainly not what I think about when I think strawberry shortcake. This place is fine overall and honestly deserves kudos for the view and the staff; but sadly not a spot I would take vegetarian friends.

I am disabled and had a hard time fighting somewhere to park. Once we got in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. We were sat almost immediately, which was fantastic. The place was pretty full. I ordered Arnold Palmer to drink. It may not seem that big a deal but these were the most delicious I've ever had. For me the lemonade usually has a taste of a dirty mop bucket. But this was so clean and fresh. We started with an order of calamari. Very delicious. It was not chewy or Oil soaked. Very clean very tasty. We also ordered a cup of clam chowder, which was good. For dinner I had the shrimp and grits. It came with a sausage, pasty type stuff, but I had it delivered on the side. This was my best decision of the night. I wasn't crazy about the flavor. But the shrimp and grits were fantastic. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the grits were very flavorful. My wife had the Parmesan crusted Sole. It was so good. The outsides were crispy with the cheese, but the insides were moist and flaky. Absolutely delicious. It also came on a bed of rice. It was perfect. The only drawback to my evening was the fact the bus boys kept trying to take our food off the table before we were done eating. I had to stop one guy from taking a plate. They was still half full of food. The place is very loud if you're looking for a quiet evenings, probably is not a good choice. Very hard edge noisy. If you're in the area, this is probably an OK choice. The food service were good.

Their generous portions of crab boil--complete with potatoes, corn, sausage, and egg--have always made it feel like a great value, especially compared to other crab boil restaurants. Their Cajun butter sauce remains outstanding and is still one of my favorites. Previously located at the Happy Valley food carts, The Kracked Crab has since moved to a new location. Unfortunately, it's not immediately obvious they're in a food court setting, as the building signage only says "Sunny Sides," which made it a bit difficult to find. This was my first visit to their new location, and while I was genuinely excited to return with my daughter for a pre-movie dinner, the experience fell short of expectations. We already knew what we wanted to order--two #3 Legilicious meals--but upon arrival, there seemed to be confusion at the counter with the two groups ahead of us. The ordering process felt disorganized and lacked a sense of urgency. It appeared that the main staff member was working alone, possibly being trained by a manager or owner who was intermittently present. Our food took over 45 minutes to be prepared, which was surprising given the limited number of customers. This delay caused us to rush through our meal in order to make our movie on time. When the food finally arrived, the presentation and quality were noticeably different from past visits. The crab appeared less fresh, with some pieces looking freezer-burnt, and while the portion seemed large at first glance, much of it consisted of thinner crab legs, and a little watery. That said, the Cajun butter sauce was still excellent--rich, flavorful, and as memorable as always. A small bright spot was the care taken in packing our leftovers. The owner kindly ensured everything was sealed well so the buttery sauce wouldn't spill in the car. I especially appreciate this because I enjoy repurposing the potatoes and sausage the next morning for breakfast. Despite this less-than-stellar experience, The Kracked Crab is still my favorite seafood spot. I sincerely hope they're able to return to their previous standards in both crab quality and service speed. I'll definitely be giving them another chance.
