For the longest time, the menu was stagnant and the chef would refused to make any changes to the menu items. BUT after heading there after a long break, the menu is changed and has a lot more vegan options and gluten free options which I appreciate. Praise to who ever changed that awful teff pudding on the menu for some good chia pudding. The lunch menu has great healthy options and bowls and burgers. Def worth trying for brunch as you can get both breakfast and lunch. The dinner menu leans more towards a Mediterranean vibe which is great. Hmm... How can I let a review slip by me? I just realized I forgot to review this restaurant when I was posting my pictures from DineLA Restaurant Week 2010. Wow... Has it been almost 5 months already? Well, I probably forgot to review this restaurant because it wasn't that memorable. So... 5 months later... and with the pictures in front of me, I can't remember much about this restaurant... except: 1) Parking is a pain at the Four Seasons Hotel (Yes, it was a chaos at the valet). 2) DineLA Menu was not given to us, and I had to wait for 10 minutes after requesting it from our server. 3) Band playing was way too loud, I can barely talk to my friend across the table. Can't remember what I had as appetizer in additional to my Fois Gras, the Sea Bass was overcooked and disappointing, but the The Blvd. Chocolate Lava Cake was absolutely delicious. After a disaster experience at a new bar/restaurant in Burbank where we waited over an hour for a table that we actually had reservations for, and ended with us leaving exhausted and frustrated, we found ourselves at this restaurant. We couldn't have been happier with our last minute reservations at the Blvd. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us with a warm welcome, she immediately sat us, and a waiter named Alex promptly came to take our drink order and brought us water. His attention and service was beyond our expectations, truly. And that goes for the other waiter that brought us a few things as well - so warm and thoughtful. The food was spectacular and was brought out quickly, but not quick enough to make us feel bombarded or anything. The vibe was very chill - there was live soft music inside, and the patio was fairly quiet. Alex checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Close to closing, he made sure we took our time and weren't being rushed to leave. All in all, could not be happier with our choice. They make sure their patrons have a lovely dining experience and you leave feeling happy to return. We ordered the sourdough bread, hamachi crudo, truffle fries, and ribeye steak to share, as well as a Moscow mule and cosmopolitan. I've eaten my fair share of hamachi and ribeye, and I've gotta tell you, it was nothing short of fantastic. Both melted in ur mouth like buttah. Fries were perfectly crisp w/o overpowering truffle taste - delicious. The sourdough was fried in olive oil (if I remember correctly) and was shmeered with garlic confit. Also, a great choice. I came here on a Saturday to meet a friend for brunch. The only parking option would be to valet it at the Four Season (where the restaurant is located in) for $14 with validation ($20 regular). The restaurant is quite lovely with a ceiling and large windows where natural lighting can come through. It's definitely a fine and fancy place to eat! Our server was exceptional and everyone there was super friendly. I asked our server (I feel bad I didn't get his name) for suggestions and I took them all! Here's what my friend and I had to share: BLVD BENEDICT - $28 parma ham, swiss chard, grilled country bread, lobster, hollandaise The parma ham reminded me of prosciutto; salty and thinly sliced. plenty of it in this dish! However I"m not used to an eggs benedict dish where it only comes with one egg....hmmm. The hollandaise sauce was lovely though! It was creamy. I was impressed with the swiss chard because it didn't taste bitter and it was cooked right: not too soggy. And the big deal part: lobster. This was placed right next to everything--3 pieces of yummy lobster not mixed into everything like I thought it would! More control to how I eat it, yay! NORWEGIAN - $26 smoked salmon, poached eggs, potato rosti, hollandaise, caviar This one came with 2 eggs, yay! The smoked salmon was delicious and didn't taste so fishy. Salty, but good. Laid out on top of that is a bed of arugula which paired very well with the salmon! As for the potato rosti....its pretty much hash browns. Yeah they tried to make this dish sound all fancy but its just hash browns that isn't so greasy. It's good don't get me wrong. As for the caviar...I don't recall what that tasted like unfortunately. Overall its a good dish. It's simple and didn't feel heavy. BACON (side of 4) - $7 When 4 slices of bacon was brought out on a plate it looked dry. Dont expect a shiny and greasy sizzling serving of side bacon to be presented. However, it was good. It was crispy in taste. Room temperature though...not the best, but pretty good enough. However...$7 for 4 slices of bacon!?!! I think I can order a full meal with leftovers from IHOP :P DOUGHNUTS - $12 strawberry jam, lemon cream, "nutella" sauce This comes with 4 itty bitty finger doughnuts that is has this floral aroma to it...perhaps rosewater? It's covered in sugar and I think a bit of cinnamon. The sauces that it comes with is fantastic: "Nutella", which is pretty much a thick chocolate sauce had a hint of bitterness which I assume was a dark chocolate. The strawberry Jam was clearly homemade and didn't taste too sweet...it was loose and tasty. The Lemon cream tasted like lemon curd--very sweet and citrusy. Did I mention you only get 4 tiny pieces? Yeah, there was plenty of sauce leftover, so I just ate it all with the tiny spoons it came with. I know, I'm very lady-like but hey, if I paid $12 for it I might as well finish it! Overall I had a wonderful time. The food I ate wasn't heavy which allowed me room for dessert! No leftovers though but its ok....I was happy with what I ordered. I just think everything is over priced. My friend's ice tea was $8....REALLY? Anywho, I guess what you pay for is the exceptional service and ambiance. Sadly, Los Angeles more than lives up to its reputation. The superficiality. The bullshit. The scene. Beverly Hills is notoriously ground zero for that reputation. Even the valets throw attitude when you pull up in any car that costs less than the average American home. While a number of their restaurants make the nauseating experience forgivable, The BLVD is certainly not one of them. Everything on their menu is extraordinarily average and egregiously overpriced. The salmon salad was perfectly fine, but for 30 bucks at lunch I want the chef to serenade me as I eat it. The pizza is better two blocks away at Mulberry Street where its served by the slice, not the dollar. Their pastas are homemade but the sauces with which they're paired prove it to be a wasted effort. Their fries are crispy but no better than ones I've enjoyed at The Cheesecake Factory. I've had fifteen dollar burgers that made me believe in God. Theirs is more than twice as expensive and didn't even make me believe in the power of positive thinking. The one saving grace was the desserts and the unique manner in which they're presented. Each is offered under individual glass domes that perfectly exhibit those little gems like a meticulously curated museum exhibit. The miniature baked Alaska and chocolate ganache cake were as delicious as they were alluring. Not the worst dining experience I've ever had, yet nowhere near the top 100. read more

The cocktail program here is out of this world! I most recently had their seasonal maple old fashion, and it truly made me think that the old fashion had its balance of flavors wrong from the start. Everything that I've drank from their martinis to a negroni has been on point. Beyond that though, their kitchen is able to maintain a similar caliber of quality. For brunch I had their salmon and ikura and was blown away. House cured lox and well seasoned cream cheese was on point. While there for dinner the stand out for me was gingerbread doughnuts on a bed of Carmel with a salted cream on top! For the price, come on! This restaurant should be better! The food lacked in a major way! I got their signature pasta dish and felt I was eating an upscale version of spaghetti-Os with meatballs. I believe it is what was promised and not something else, so I sucked it up and completed my meal without formal complaint (cost $28, the name of the dish on my recipe is Cavatli Carbonar). One of the friends I was dining with felt the same way about her burger (which was an off menu order) which she thought should be better quality than Red Robin for the price. The bar is fine but pricey (my Captain Strawberry Daiquiris were $18 each). There service we great for laid back dining without schedule. We had busy moms on a mission and our table became complicated when we had one extra person arrive. Then again when one person had to head out early and we couldn't locate the waiter to give us her check for 15+ minutes; we wonder if it was his break?!? I went here for a nice weekend brunch. The Blvd is located inside the Beverly Wilshire hotel. It's a beauty if you're looking for an upscale brunch. We didn't have to wait for a table and sat near the window. There was a wide menu selection, ranging from breakfast classics to sandwiches. I got the Norwegian (poached eggs over hash, arugula and smoked salmon, $32). It was delicious! The eggs were runny with caviar over them. The hash was crispy and the star of the dish was the salmon. It was fresh, oily, and definitely one of the best smoked salmons I've ever had. Service was good, although I wish they had larger water glasses (they're so tiny so I kept running out). A great LA brunch experience and there are public parking lots nearby (first 2 hrs free!). read more

I went here with 2 friends last night and it was wonderful! Free valet off Rodeo was a great start. We were greeted by a lovely lady who shows us to the restaurant. Every single staff member was wonderful and couldn't have been happier to assist. Our server educated us in table settings and etiquette which was fun and made great suggestions for the meal. He even split the food onto separate plates for us. We got the sourdough bread which was insane, the vegetable salad, the couscous, squash and the cauliflower steak. I can't express how amazing each dish was. So fresh and flavorful! We also had 2 pink women cocktails and a glass of wine. They sent over a surprise chocolate dessert for my friends birthday and we even got gift bags on the way out. The restaurant is outside right now due to Covid but they did it all so cute with fairy lights. What a great elegant place to dine with exceptional food and service. So you gotta stop at the BW if you're brining the family to Rodeo for the first time, right? We had already eaten lunch but stopped in for dessert and some java. All of us had different dishes. I went with a raspberry tart, mom with a apricot cheesecake and son #2 with a pina colada concoction. I sampled the cheesecake and it was yummy. Not your traditional New York style but lovely flavor and spectacular presentation. My dish was fantastic with uber fresh fruit. All in all, it was worth it but if your coming here, bring your wallet. Three desserts, 2 coffees were 75 bucks. Great service. Next time, the visitor's pay. :-) read more

Came to have a celebratory Sunday dinner here. Got the Dine LA menu as it was our first time there and figured a pre-fixed menu would do. We got the lobster bisque and the lettuce gem salad, the capellini carbonara, and the garlic chicken. Bisque was whatever, pasta had no seasoning, and the chicken needed pepper. We only enjoyed the dessert which was a strawberry tart of some kind and a chocolate dessert. Super disappointing that this dinner cost $200 and the food sucked. The hostess and waiter however were incredibly polite and were always available to us and refilling our drinks. Valet for the restaurant is $16. First and last time that I'll be here. Went here for a girls Birthday dinner last night. The place is so cute! We orders the hamachi, chicken sticks, and sourdough for appetizer. Wow! The Hamachi was amazing ! Everything was so good! I ordered the chicken plate and it was so flavorful and juicy. They also didn't cheap out on the alcohol for our drinks which was a huge plus. Most places in Beverly are so expensive but make their drinks with poor quality or not with the right proportions. I also loved all of our servers. Everyone was super amazing and helpful. This is the review I have been looking forward to posting upon returning home from our All-Star Week in LA. I wanted to try The Blvd as a treat for my wife since it was the hotel in "Pretty Woman." We thought it would be a great LA experience, well, it wasn't. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Let's say it was so enjoyable the first night, we cancelled the next night's plans and decided to come back again... even with the fear it may not be as great a time. The staff, from valet to the bar and the restaurant exceeded expectations the second night and made it an even more memorable evening! So here's the kudos part. First off, The Blvd's host Thibault was absolutely the man. He's got a bright future in Hospitality. He was attentive to details and made us feel absolutely welcome. He was predominantly the reason we rolled the dice on a second visit. Funny thing, the staff has longevity and they call themselves "Jurassic Park." That longevity and keeping a good crew together is the key to F&B success, not to mention the high quality food. Our server the first night was Gunawan, or "Pistola" as he is affectionately called. Super friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to have at one's table. It was like being a server wasn't even a job to be done, it was something to do to pass the time and enjoy people. His attitude was outstanding and positive, and made our first visit one we would not forget. The second visit, our server was Jesse, and not that "Pistola" could be outdone, but it's like it was a competition. Jesse saw I was having trouble deciding between a couple items and went as far as to have the chef put together a somewhat custom dish, and it turned out exactly what I was craving and was completely on point. The rest of the evening stayed at the same level of positive and enjoyment that one again my wife and I would not forget. Not to shortchange kudos to the bar, we only enjoyed beverages while waiting for our table, but the folks at the bar made for great conversation and the bartender was very kind and pleasant. Lastly, valet. The same gentleman as the first night recognized our car and us, and both he and the sweet lady working the cashier even had an overwhelming positive and upbeat attitude I have not seen in a valet team in ages. I thought it was fun, the photo looks nice. I could live with it. I asked for more dressing because they tried to make the presentation nice, and the salad was short of a little more dressing. Not perfect, but I can live with it. Second, we had a Mediterranean pizza. The crust of the pizza was good, as far as toppings go, it was very bland. I did not enjoy it all, I asked for more marinara sauce to try to give the pizza little more flavor. The waiter was attentive and brought it immediately. SO IMMEDIATELY HE FORGOT TO HEAT UP THE SAUCE. I'm now eating a bland pizza with ice cold marinara sauce. Okay, I'm super over my appetizers at this point, hoping my main dish will be better. My god mom get the special, a NYC steak. My opinion, you can't ruin a steak unless you over cook it. I was wrong they drench it in this sauce that does not compliment the steak. I'm honestly questioning the chef at this point. Now my dish, that I was absolutely excited about, is the porcini mushroom ravioli. I love mushrooms and raviolis. It looks super appetizing, I tried a bite, it tasted like vomit. I couldn't eat another bite. I was like WTF is this... They do a porcini mushroom with a BBQ red sauce? Seriously questioned if the chef even went to culinary school. He couldn't have done a white sauce? He had to ruin my two favorite combinations and make it taste like vomit. I had to send this dish back, I couldn't even force feed myself a second bite. Luckily the waiter was very nice about it, took back the dish and I ordered the burger. The burger was okay, typical burger, you could tell the patty was a higher quality patty with some blue cheese and some greens. Maybe not my favorite burger, but I'll live with it after my taste buds went to hell and back. Anyways, I won't be coming here for lunch or dinner again. It was a very unsuccessful lunch. I asked myself a question: When I want to celebrate someone's birthday, and when I want to make it special, which restaurant should I choose, especially when the person is a selective eater? My answer was "THE Blvd". There are many romantic and cozy restaurants in the Beverly Hills and WeHo areas. One of the factors I came to this decision while I had so many options was that the prompt response from the management. Their quick responses and the tight communications made me feel that I could rely on them to proceed my plan. All the dishes were brought to our table as planned. The food was great and the presentation was very pretty. The only thing I wish that didn't happen was that when we ordered wheat free bread, it didn't come to our table more than 20 minutes, and when my guest asked what's going on, we were told that it's still frozen and needed to thaw out. I probably wouldn't want to know that the slices of bread served for my guest was coming from frozen loaf. I also requested an inscription as they've done beautifully for my birthday last year. For this occasion, not sure what happened but the inscription looked like child's handwriting that upper cases and lower cases were mixed and it's also written in print; it was written like "Happy BIRTHDaY". It really made me wonder who did this inscription, and maybe I shouldn't have requested it, as the chocolate dessert probably would have looked prettier without it. Their service was great, and the food was very good as usual. I still like this restaurant. I will just have to make my request more precisely in the future. Overall, we enjoyed the night. Coming to The Blvd is like coming to one of those 1920s gentlemen's clubs for men you read about in a John Dos Passos novel, except there are women everywhere, dinner jackets aren't a requirement, and, unlike other so-called gentlemen's clubs, The Blvd doesn't have any naked girls dancing on top of tables. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, The Blvd isn't a club, and the only reason why I mentioned John Dos Passos is because I want to sound well-read. Oh--and also because the restaurant has a subdued, dreary-but-richly-atmospheric vibe prevalent in expressive literature of that time period. And money--coming inside The Blvd is like reading a novel narrating the scenery in prewar Upper East Side Manhattan, or Los Angeles during a colorized film noir. Lots of people are in suits, but you don't need to wear one: your jeans and Sperry Topsiders or knockoff DVF dress you got at Zara are just fine, honey. The Blvd is fortunate in that, despite its location, it avoids being touristy, mostly because I suppose all those gawkers in the TMZ buses are saving their cash for Hollywood-sign shotglasses and "I Love LA" tee-shirts when they get back to the depot. The inner decor is like the old-fashioned, "I went to community college then transferred to Yale" furniture you see at a middle-aged doctor's office, where the contemporary pieces are just one-shade below the finery you'd keep at home, because they bought them for heavy use by an assortment of the monied elderly, middle-aged and young professionals, spoiled trust-funders, tourists with great credit card limits, and really beautiful boys (ahem) who write Yelp reviews and go to places like this wearing sleeveless tanktops and sweatpants (and STILL look hawt). Sitting on the patio is great during the early evening, after traffic and street noise have died down, but if you're on a date or don't want to slather sun block all over your face just to drink a lunchtime mimosa, then inside the small-but-cute-in-an-old-man way dining room is the way to go, loverface. Despite the somewhat intimidating aura of this place, service is bright, cheery, and friendly whether you're wearing a ten-thousand dollar suit, or if you look like you make only ten thousand dollars a year. It's assumed you're toting some serious greenery (not THAT kind) if you even cross the threshold to The Blvd from Wilshire, so unless it looks like you're insane or just there to use the restroom, you'll be treated like you own a steamship company or that your father is the governor of Stupidlyrich Island. Anysnob, the food is good--and it ought to be. Good for lunch, better for dinner, as in, don't waste a trip to The Blvd for a hamburger, if you're only going to come once. There's a joke in that sentence somewhere, but I'm too dense to stroke it out of my imagination. There is a fantastic assortment of sandwiches, salads, and sit-down dinner style dishes (steaks, chicken, fish, etc.), and vegetarians won't feel out of place, unless there's a geriatric Don Juan spitting game to a girl young enough to be his granddaughter at the next table and you can't avoid seeing them--where in which case, omnivores might want to hurl, too. There's also a full bar and extensive battery of wines so valuable it might as well be Fort Knox for connoisseurs of the fermented grape. For the record, I came to get hammered and they hammered me right. All in all, The Blvd is quite pricey, really, for what it is--it can be a primary date destination, or place for casual eating, and everything inbetween, but if you're in the area anyway and want to take your date to a formal dinner, perhaps Wolfgang's Steakhouse or Spago or any number of other restaurants nearby are a cut above, and not much more expensive--and have more convenient parking options, to boot. As a sidewalk cafe, it has its uses, but again, you might find other choices nearby just as good, and cheaper too--maybe even on Melrose Avenue. It all depends on what you're looking for. The Blvd is good, no doubt, but really, for many people, the sole reason for going there is to say you went there, and to gawk like a tourist before getting back on the TMZ bus to find George Clooney's house and see if he might get his morning newspaper without his shirt on. read more

In the heart of Beverly Hills, overlooking Rodeo Drive, sits The BLVD., a restaurant, lounge and bar, located on the lobby level of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The ambiance of The BLVD. is chic, colorful pop art meets classic, yet contemporary with sophistication. I was immediately drawn to the wine display design which was absolutely dazzeling with back-lit ivory-colored panels illuminating the restaurant's 1,000-bottle wine collection. Whenever I stay at the B.W. I always stroll down for a leisure breakfast. Seating is always comfortable, service I've always found to be extra attentive and the food is delectable! My favorite breakfast is The BLVD. Omelet, made with wild mushrooms, black truffle and parmesan, comes with a side of sausage or bacon and toast, it's so good! My Second favorite is the beautiful, light and fluffy Squash Blossom Frittata, served with the simplest of ingredients of egg whites, veggies and herb ricotta all cooked to perfection. It took me a while to try The Blvd because I'm skeptical of hotel restaurants. The food tends to be overpriced and often the menu sounds better than the food actually tastes. The Blvd is located in the Beverly Wilshire. The decor of the dining room is very much luxurious hotel. Everything from the high ceilings to the chandeliers to the lounge-like booths to the traditional carpet screams 4-star hotel. Though there are some formal and traditional touches (the chandeliers, wood pillars and the wait staff attire), the decor still feels contemporary. While the dining room is fine, the outside dining area really shines. The refined outdoor patio has the perfect location because it sits where Rodeo Dr. and Wilshire meet, which provides a bustling scene during the day. Once you throw in the elegant but simple table settings and the imposing, nice exterior of the Beverly Wilshire, dining outside at The Blvd for lunch feels like you have one of the best tables in town. The assorted complimentary bread features a piece that is a cross between a bread stick and a baguette. There was a lot of crunch to it; I would have preferred it a little softer. There was a hearty roll that had some dried fruits and nuts in it. That was pretty good. There was also a flat crisp. The menu featured several starters, a casual menu and an elegant menu. Several of the options on the casual menu though were just as pricey as the elegant menu. The fish and chips entree on the casual menu was pretty expensive. I started with the ahi tuna tataki, which was served with warm California sweet cherries, a sundried tomato confit and a balsamic and cherry reduction. On the menu, the dish sounded fresh and light and sweet and vibrant and it was exactly that. The tuna was served two ways--raw and slightly seared. Both ways tasted good and fresh. The warm cherries were very nice and sweet and went well with the tuna. The sundried tomato confit base provided a nice tanginess to the dish. The sauce was both a little bit savory and a little bit sweet. The dish was garnished with chives, mint and some candied orange rind that provided a sharp contrast to the rest of the flavors. While the ahi tuna excited me on the menu, the entrees were a lot of stuff I've had before. I finally settled on the grilled hanger steak, which was a good and well executed dish even if it was not unique. The hanger steak was grilled and served medium rare over a bed of warm heirloom tomatoes. Hanger steak is a cheaper cut, but it can be really good, which this one was. It was flavorful and tender--quite similar to a good rib-eye cut. The heirloom tomatoes were really good--fresh and vibrant. The steak was accompanied by a lightly dressed arugula salad. The salad was topped with thinly shaved manchego cheese--nice thin texture and good taste (similar to parmesan but smoother flavor). The desserts sounded good and they offered a dessert sampler (the ability to pick 3), which I ordered. The desserts were not as good as the starter and the entree. With each of the little dessert samples, there were great components, but as a whole, they were nothing special. The chocolate lava cake had a nice chocolate taste and went well with the very tasty strawberry yuzu sauce. Unfortunately, there was no lava to it. It was just a moist chocolate cake. The cake came with a scoop of good Tahitian vanilla ice cream (good flavor and nice consistency). The ice cream was served on cookie crumbs and garnished with a thin chocolate sheet. The s'mores cheesecake was a chocolate cheesecake with a graham crust that was topped with toasted housemade marshmallow. The toasted marshmallow was good and would be a nice addition to many desserts, but the chocolate cheesecake and graham crust were boring (the cheesecake was a little dry). The grilled polenta cake with cherry ice cream in a cherry soup base did not look that great, but it actually tasted pretty good. While the ice cream melted a little too much, I did like it (as well as the cherry soup). The polenta cake was a just a little piece of cake. It tasted fine, but I was expecting something better. The desserts were garnished with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Service was good and what you would expect from a place like this--polished, professional and polite. The service was not stuffy either. I really liked my experience at The Blvd and wish I would have tried it sooner. The Blvd is open for weekends and it is a great Rodeo Dr. lunch spot if you don't mind spending a little bit on your lunch. While The Blvd's lunch menu is kind of on the pricey side, you could end up paying just as much at nearby La Scala or The Grill. And the food at The Blvd, at least on my visit, was significantly better than those two places. There are several nearby parking structures. Ohhhh what an interesting place. Different strokes for different folks or something like that so I'm not gonna blast a hole in the side of this place review wise just because it was SO NOT MY KINDA PLACE. What would make this your kind of place? If you're a 50-70 year old man with what I presume to be piles of cash, looking for a place to parade around your 20 year old lady friends then fuck yea, you should party here all the time. I'm telling you, maybe six or seven sets of those couples; young girls with amazing bodies and sexy clothes (even one in pigtails and a school girl skirt with fishnets if that's your thing) hanging all over guys who could easily be their grandpa's friends. I walked in and as the youngest guy in the place I got thoroughly scoped out by about five girlies, I'm sure they were thinking "If he's here he must have cash, and he's not wrinkly, ohemgeeeeee!!" Sorry ladies, I was merely meeting a friend for drinks who was staying in the area and this bar was the only place open late, attention back on your current dates please. Stepped outside to use my phone, stood by the stretch hummer and the Ferrari. Got frowned at by a robust man in what I can only assume was a $34,487,347,284 suit for how self important he was acting. Came back in to some band doing terrible cover songs, not that they sounded terrible just that they were picking "Why would anyone want to play this song?" type shit. Not to be a complete downer I will say the gin and tonics did the trick even if they were priced a bit high, but not for Beverly Hills I guess. The bartender was a bit stiff but did his job well, including making a very specific drink for my friend on the fly. The venue itself is very upscale and elegant, it's a gorgeous location but it is the Four Seasons so I suppose that's to be expected. Will I ever return? Yeaaaaaa, no. Maybe, who knows. Maybe in 30 years I'll hit the lotto and decide it's my goddamn turn to prance around with 20 year old girls. Today, was by far the worst experience I've had! I've been here maybe 4-5 times never once had an issue dining here. came in here for lunch today, ordered a glass of ice tea for $8 which I then realized after getting the bill that my glass of ice tea was covered in some kind of tiny gnats insects inside and outside of my glass! the whole time I've been swallowing insects, I was so occupied w eating my salmon and talking to my friend, but I did noticed the insects hitting my forehead while I was dining. when I complained to my waiter, he was not apologetic whats so ever, all he said was "well, that's why many customers chose to sit inside". if they knew, why was I not informed this information prior sitting down outside? there was 2 other parties sitting outside w us, were they informed about the insect situation? I've been here like I said 4-5 times, and have sat outside all those times, never once had a problem w insects, I should've at least been informed! from now on, I will not recommend this place to anyone, horrible customer service & way overpriced for a glass of ice tea covered in bugs! 208 rodeo is right across the street, should've never chose this place over my go to spot! read more
