When we got in the service was casual but good, and the food was great! I definitely recommend the whole shebang sauce and their fries. The shrimp wasn't as expensive as i thought it would be, listed as market price it was about $18 a pound currently and while i though $8 was a little expensive for a sausage link at first it was well enough sausage for 2 people to share. Solid place for cajun crawfish! We ordered the fried scallop basket, crabber fries, and the fried catfish basket. All were terrific. The scallops were fried nicely and very soft. The crabber fries had a good portion of crab! The fried catfish was really tender and went really well with their tartar sauce. For the seafood bags, we got the 1 lb shrimp whole shabang mild with potatoes. Honestly, it was a solid bag of seafood. Always get the whole shabang. It only makes sense to get that with the seafood. The service was good as they kept checking on us but it was a little hard for us to hear him because the music was sooo loud. It gets pretty rowdy inside. Make sure to come early or put your name on the yelp waitlist and come when closer to your time. Parking does get packed during peak hours on weekends so plan ahead! read more

You can't go wrong with their seasonings, and the sausage added an extra kick of flavor. We returned yesterday and ordered shrimp potatoes, corn, sausage, mixed in there garlic butter sauce. We also ordered the Cajun fries and Calamari. Oh my it was so good. I ordered a side of rice which comes in a small bowl and put some of the garlic butter sauce with a little potatoes sausage and corn inside the cup mixed it and made a chowder. You guys will love it. I came here for the first time in a very long time and I was surprised to see they made some changes. One of the great surprises is that they have now added lobster rolls to the menu! I normally order a lb of crawfish but this immediately drew my attention. When you order the lobster rolls they give you the option to add spice to it, and I chose mild. The lobster roll truly surprised me! It was packed to the brim with lobster and the Hawaiian rolls were perfectly buttery. For the price it's a little smaller than I'd like. I have the option of going to the Orange County boiling crab or the one in Rowland Heights. It's about a 45 minute drive for me and I always choose a Rowland Heights one it's just a lot bigger and there's more room to move around in which means there's more tables and quicker seating. Before there was an option for yelp the wait time was about an hour obviously if your party is bigger, it'll be a little bit longer because you have to wait for more people to finish eating but now they have the option on yelp when you could check in before getting there, which is the greatest option they have ever had I believe Don't do walk-ins if there's that option. Whole Shaband Med or Mild is my order. From Shrimp, Lobster, Craw Fish and Crab legs. Everything just melds together perfectly in the sauce. To add a little extra try the corn, sausage and potato it adds a nice touch to your meal. They also have an epic band washing station outside of the bathrooms which are so much required as you will get a little greasy with the food it comes to you in a bag and you have to dig in with your hands. Hello Aaron, I just want to say as much as I do love Boiling Crab I've become very disappointed with the lack of consistency we've received. We love your drinks and understand prices have gone up everywhere. My issue is that this last time we went to your restaurant I noticed that the margarita had way more ice than normal, leaving me with little to drink and enjoy. After addressing it with the server, we were told that the amount of ice is measured and the same all the time which we do not believe to be true, we've been there far too often to notice the difference. After asking for less ice, we received our drink looking like the picture that appears to me to be missing half the drink, disappointing. If I'm paying a good amount of money for a drink I expect the quality to match the price and I honestly feel like I got ripped off. In addition to that, I really don't appreciate sitting at my table and being pointed at and watched to see how much food I have left, to sit the next group. Being that it was later in the evening, we understood that we were placed on the wait list with a possibility that we wouldn't be seated before closing. Around 9:30, we decided it would be best to order take out to ensure we had a meal. I ordered, the catfish basket, mild spice on the fries 1.5 pounds of shrimp, mild, sha bang. I ate approximately 3-4 shrimp last night, and saved the remaining for this evening. WHY DO I HAVE 1/4 FULL SHRIMP IN MY BAG?? THE REST ARE SHRIMP HEADS!!!!!! I fully understand that I ordered late in the evening, but does that mean I pay FULL PRICE for less than half of the meal??? I'm soooo mad right now!!!
