She was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. She checked on us several times to make sure food was good, and if we needed refills on our drinks. The are always crisp but not overl cooked. They make the sauce fresh with every order and it's easy to tell that it doesn't come from a bottle like so many other restaurants use.
