The menu is a book. They have various dishes to please everyone. My personal favorite is their dirty Martini with blue cheese filled olives.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we've had at a Cheesecake Factory. We've been to many different locations before and have never experienced anything like this. Our waiter wouldn't allow us to add feta to the new shawarma dish because apparently feta could only be added to the new Mediterranean meal. We understood if it couldn't be added directly to the dish, but he also said he couldn't even provide a small amount of feta on the side, even though feta is included with some of the other dishes. Our drinks were never refilled, and the service took way too long. To make things worse, when our food was added to the check, our waiter somehow also added the table in front of us to our bill. When we pointed this out, he gave us a negative attitude. After the check was corrected, he literally tossed it onto the table instead of handing it to us normally. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the experience much worse. We've always had good experiences at other Cheesecake Factory locations, so this was extremely disappointing. read more

There's no way that could be true. this was a the Freehold Raceway Mall. We had to go inside the mall to use a clean bathroom. Very disappointed. read more

I've been coming to this cheesecake for years and have yet to have a bad experience. On busy nights their staff is on their A game unless they're understaffed which is understandable for any establishment but they still have very consistent service. Kind servers and all. The ambiance is what you would expect from any cheesecake but I find comfort in the fact it can be casual or not depending on the occasion. I love that there are endless options for food and somehow EVERYTHING is always delicious! My husband makes it a point to try something new every time we visit and he has no complaints as of now. The menu for this place is so THICK!! It's quite overwhelming. Went here with my Aunt. I haven't been to one of these places in probably 15 years. I ordered the steak frites thinking it was small, but it wasn't, which isn't bad. The French fries were definitely overcooked. The steak wasn't bad. I didn't have much room left, so I order a coconut creampie cheesecake. I think I put this place on a pedestal, because the cheesecake was not great. I feel like my family makes better cheesecakes. I was not impressed with this place. It was extremely cold inside as well and tables were left dirty. For the cost of items on the menu, this place did not uphold their end. We decided to come here for a quick dinner. It's been a while since we came back here. We were immediately seated after arriving. The restaurant was cold. We were hoping that the place warmed up as we sat there. We got the following: Bread and butter - we've had this in the past where it was nice and warm. But, this time, the bread was cold and hard. We couldn't spread the butter Spicy tuna, which is Ahi tuna on crispy sushi rice with ginger and green onion. This had crispy rice with it. This was Hubs' favorite item of the night. For the price, he said that it was high. Daughter liked the crispy rice and tuna and said that the texture was pretty nice. I thought it was ok but I prefer tuna with no rice on it. LOL. Daughter ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo, which is shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic simmered in a spicy cajun style broth with cream. It's topped with steamed white rice. She thought it was ok and that it was no big deal. Next, Hubs ordered California Omelette, which has avocado, mushrooms, green onion, tomato, jack, cheddar and Swiss cheese with sour cream. He didn't know what to get and wanted something light. He said that he didn't want a salad, so he got the omelette. Tomatoes looked ripe but it was just red and it wasn't ripe at all. The omelet wasn't fluffy. He said that he expected it better than a regular diner but it wasn't. Lastly, I had the Cobb Salad, which has chicken breast, avocado, blue cheese, bacon, tomato, egg and mixed greens tossed in vinaigrette. There was nothing spectacular about it. The chicken was overcooked. We took it home thinking that we would enjoy it but it wasn't going anywhere. Overall, we all thought the food was bland. The place was cold the entire time we were there and it never warmed up. The temperature in there cooled down our food by a lot. HORRIBLEEEEEE!!!! I got a Cobb Salad and it was the nastiest salad I have ever had. The chicken tasted old. The egg was minced instead of sliced or diced. When I went to add salt the salt shaker was clogged, when I opened it, it had this disgusting brown rim around and some bunched up old salt or something of the sort. $17.50 down the drain!!!! When I asked for a new salt shaker, it also had the buildup underneath the cap...SMH!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!! This place needs some serious new management! read more

Recently left a good review for this Cheesecake Factory, however I have to drop stars for this past experience. We were seated outside and a waiter did not come up to us for at least 20 minutes. Keep in mind, it was over 80 degrees- no waters or anything brought to the table! We actually did not end up eating here due to the complete lack of service. Happy Tuesday Adventurers! I'm a huge fan of cheesecake--first legal drink was at my local one. I enjoy the atmosphere and the food even though it's a chain I like consistency. I've been choosing to sit more at the bar than any table in general and this was no different. Parking was a bit of a hassle but it's in a mall parking lot, so that's to be expected. Usually I'll order the 4 cheese pasta or a salad because the've never failed with being the same each time. All the portions are huge which makes a great takeaway for next day leftovers for me. My husband ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta which was tasty. Our only gripe was that it was very buttery, which some may like. The chicken was fried to a crisp and paired well with the pasta. Of course, had to save room for cheesecake but we ended up taking it to go so we could slowly savor it at home. This place does get extremely busy on the weekends with quite a long wait time. Best time to go is during an off hour or on a weekday. It's a great place for date night as the lighting at night is dim and every table is very cozy. We haven't been to this place in years and went to use a gift card we have been sitting on. First warning is be prepared to scroll through one of the longest dinner menus you can imagine. There is a 16 page meal menu and 2 pages of desserts. It's very long and spans everything you can think of: apps, salads, lite meals, Italian, Chinese, fish, Italian and beef/Pork. Picking one was tough. The service started w three different home made breads and butter. The bread was warm and a great start. I chose Cajun Jambalaya over rice. It said linguine on the menu but I ordered it w brown rice that I prefer. In a tomato sauce with tomato, onions and peppers were shrimp and chicken. The shrimp could have been done a bit less in my mind, but the chicken was fine. This was an enormous portion and most is going home with me. The taste was wonderful and really was a great choice. And while the menu indicated this was a Spicy dish it was definitely middle of the road in my mind. The only reason I am not giving a 5 was the over cooked shrimp, and the chicken to shrimp ratio was heavily in favor of the chicken. The service was top shelf and this is really a great place to bring a date or family. It's a bit loud in here but I'm sure during the week it will be much quieter. read more

Highly recommend their chicken piccata! Angel hair pasta with chicken covered in a thin coat of bread crust. It's simply delicious and Cheesecake Factory is known for their generous portion sizes, so be prepared to be full! Their bread appetizer is also delicious, especially when it comes out freshly baked and warm wrapped in the towel. The chicken Marsala is another great chicken dish I recommend that comes with thinly sliced seasoned chicken with angel hair pasta on the side. Portions for this is also fairly big and I always barely end up finishing it. Besides the standard menu offered among all cheesecake factories, the freehold location is better than most. They are well organized, staff are efficient, and facilities are kept pretty clean. Great family restaurant to get a meal in where it's a little noisy, but great atmosphere to converse and enjoy a solid meal. I loved everything I ordered and now find myself counting down the days to go back ! I stopped into this location while shopping at Freehold Mall and was sat immediately. To start I ordered a skinny margarita and it was perfect . For appetizer my family and I got the Thai lettuce wraps with chicken- yum! For entree I got the spicy rigatoni vodka and woah it is the perfect kind of spicy- it was so so good ! My mom got the miso Salmon and my sister got the fettuccine Alfredo, we were all very happy with our choice. I loved the spicy rigatoni so much , I ordered some to take home for my fiancé to try. Very nicely located within freehold mall. Convenient and easy access .. we just sat in the bar as it was a quick drink/food . Service in bar was good . There were happy hour specials and it worked out cheap for us . Cost wise it was amazing .. but the drink that comes with happy hour wasn't that good . Almost like a less alcohol version of the margarita/or whatever they gave us . It almost tasted like juice... beer was ok. Cant complain blue moon but I wish they had tall glasses . Very disappointed. We ordered 2 pasta dishes with chicken and Asian chicken wrap. For $30 for each pasta dish when you add chicken you aspect a solid piece of chicken breast not 1 slice of chicken tender size for the whole meal. The Asian chicken wrap had maybe 2 bites of chicken on each wrap and was full of bean sprouts pretty much nothing else. Def not worth the money for something so small. ​we never Eben got any of the good brown bread we got crappy white one. Although the pasta dishes were still tasty the protein portion was not with it. The food is interesting and tastes pretty good, but not worth the cost when the preparation is half assed so bad. Can only imagine what the kitchen looked like if it was run that way. My favorite dish of all time is chicken Madeira and I am recently gluten free. I spoke to our waiter who in turn went back to the kitchen to ask my options. He came back and said I can have sautéed or grilled chicken with the same sauce. I am so happy and grateful. My server EJ (I think Ethan) is my hero! Went for an early dinner. Ordered a cocktail with my skinny burger. I asked if it was happy hour & waitress said only on the bar area. The front desk hostess did not tell me that only certain areas in the restaurant have Happy Hour. The waitress Alex should have suggested that I change tables to be in the bar area & get the Happy Hour price cocktail. When I got home I called & spoke with the Manager on duty & he again said only in the Bar Area was Happy Hour. I think that is ridiculous. He did not try to make amends for an obvious error on the part oh his staff. Is this an intentional omission to jack up the check? Oh wow . You clever people on how to pad the bill. First soda is almost 5.00 a glass. You would be better off just being honest and charging a service fee to attend your restaurant. Next, one person in my party ordered pasta but you added in chicken with an $8.00 up charge. Very clever again. I was in a large party and we had multiple bills and I guess that can be annoying, so thanks for charging me for my friend's cheesecake. No worries she gave me the $10.50 and I didn't pay a tip on something I didn't order so you screwed yourself. The service was beyond belief nonexistent and we were there well over two hours. The food was slapped down with no one coming to make sure everything was ok or if we needed a thing.. which actually I did... Had the day off so after some shopping we stopped in for lunch. Glad we had the forethought to make a reservation and were seated promptly. . Shout out to Deitric, our server who promptly brought us water and bread (surprisingly good!). On such a busy day his service was attentive and he got our meals ordered perfectly. Even though the place was really busy, we weren't rushed. The cheesecake factory has sooo many choices on the menu. It's always good reliable food. Our lunches were Santa Fe salad, Thai chicken salad, Chicken Madeira and Renee's chicken salad sandwich. The salads are huge. Everyone enjoyed their food, no complaints at all. And because, why not, after eating we shared a piece of cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream,beautifully presented. Very enjoyable lunch. Basically ending 30+ years of eating at different Cheesecake Factory's in the USA- celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, girls night out, lunches with Mini-Me, shopping events for proms and formals, pre wedding dinners and just date nights with my hubby- Redondo Beach Ca, Beverly Hills Ca, Santa Monica Ca, Marina Del Rey Ca, Dulles Va, Fairfax Va and Freehold Nj, just to name a few. What was the deciding factor?! 1 person. Make no mistake, never let anyone say to you. "One person cannot make a difference." They can and they do. In this instance, it was our server, Deitric M. He alone made the difference between my never stepping foot into another Cheesecake Factory again and enjoying a wonderful dinner with my husband and re-thinking my break-up with my top of the list favorite restaurant. He had a smile that made you feel that he was greeting you like an old friend he hadn't seen in a while. He cared about what you were thinking about ordering- and we all know the Cheesecake Factory menu is above all others in being extensive and decisions are hard to make, because, lets face it, we all want dessert, but you have to eat first, before you can enjoy the sweet dessert delights of the Cheesecake Factory. There is so much more- but at the end of the day, we never said a word to him about our previous disappointments at CF or the hostess that night, before being seated. It all simply boiled down to this, his attitude and decision to smile and staying positive through his shift. Being a server is truly a thankless profession at times, where I am pretty sure people skimp on tips, run servers around for BS and just don't appreciate what servers like him go through, each and every shift, to make a meal an enjoyable and positive experience. Now for our meal: I really wanted the artichoke appetizer and Deitric checked, but they were all out, so hubby ordered the mushrooms. I ordered the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane combo, which is basically two of my favorites on one plate yumm. Hubby finally decided on the Stuffed Cheddar Burger- which looked amazing, it was cooked perfectly. As for dessert- it had to be the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake for me- I love love this dessert, it's so refreshing and light- I eat 1/2 right then and the other 1/2 after we are home, sitting on the couch watching TV. Hubby was torn he wanted chocolate and couldn't decide but Deitric suggested both the Linda's Fudge Cake & Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake- I am pretty my husband was in heaven with his Truffle cake LOL.
