3.1 average rating....you must be kidding me! This is my second time eating here and this place never disappoints!! The food is amazing!! The service was outstanding!! Thank you Kevin! The ambiance is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the bay!! If you are hungry give this place a try!!

Food was okay. 4% Service charge was a surprise. Not on the menu. Not mentioned in advance. No printed check or bill. When we asked for the bill, server comes over and verbally tells us what he's charging us for and we gave him a credit card and then he tells us the total. He fails to mention that they're also charging a 4% service charge for seafood up charge at a seafood restaurant. Manager can't explain why they're charging it. Says they've been doing it since he started. No idea why. Yikes. Seems like a deceptive money grab from tourists. Not the employees' fault but creepy. They agreed to remove the charge after we mentioned you need to put any additional fees on the menu or post them somewhere. Ick.

My family and I were visiting Seattle before a cruise and were hungry when visiting Seattle's waterfront. Naturally, you would think to yourself this must be the place to eat seafood (hence the name and location next to the water). I normally don't write bad reviews but my first impressions wasn't a good one. First the dishes weren't cleaned properly. I saw food particles still on glasses and cutlery. Second, we asked for an outside table. But they put my dad (who is in a wheelchair) directly in the sun. When we asked to switch, it wasn't still in a good spot. Our server wasn't also very helpful. We needed refills on this hot day and we saw only two tables in his section. But we saw other parties (particularly of a certain privileged race) getting served properly and quickly than our table. To top it off, the food wasn't what you would expect next to a waterfront with such a high price tag. So to sum it up; If you're a tourist. This is a tourist trap. You're better off finding quality food at pikes Market. To the managers please check your staff. I didn't want to complain since i was already tired and the heat would've not made my suggestions received properly.

Staff: The staff were friendly and hospitable. Our server was Chelsea who was nice and took good care of us. Overall, they had good service. Quality/Quantity: I grew up eating at the location in San Clemente, CA so was very excited to find it here. The food has always been good in my experience in CA. The same was the case today. We got the halibut and chips and Claim chowder. The fish and chips were delicious, fresh, flaky, and flavorful. The claim chowder was tasty with a nice sourdough bowl. Value: This is subjective but can say that 4 people ate lunch for $75 without tip. Overall: The food is good, service good, and view amazing!!! We sat outside with a view of the water and the Giant wheel.

This place might have a bad reputation as a tourist trap considering it's location at the end of the pier right under the ferris wheel. However, the food and service were excellent. The chowder was one of the best I've had in a long time. And of course the views are amazing.

I headed over to Fisherman's for a date night dinner. We shared a bowl of clam chowder, and the seafood boil. The food was absolutely incredible! Their clam chowder has to be one of the best in the city! It's so creamy and makes the best dip for the bread! As for the crab boil, the crab tasted incredibly fresh, and the potatoes and corn were great!

My son and I just stopped for cocktails on a beautiful Sunday afternoon on the pier. We were served cocktails at the upstairs bar and seated on the outdoor deck below the great wheel, which offers views of the bay. Seattle pier prices. The bartender was friendly, and the drinks were refreshing. It was quiet because I was there between lunch and dinner, and our seating area was secluded.

Shrimp pasta-pasta was overcooked. Sauce delicious. Steamed clams-overcooked and not throughly cleaned. Still had crunchy sand in it. It was also bland and flavorless. I sat on the second floor patio. Beautiful ocean view and view of the wheel. Nice ambiance with soft music. It took 20 minutes after being seated for someone to greet me and take my order. Is it bc I was dining solo? Or maybe my skin color? Or maybe my unique hair color? The older white couple next to me was greeted right away and the server was attentive to them. I should've just gone to a hotdog stand lol

View can't be beat. I had the cioppino..saffron infused tomato base...a bit of a bite..but delicious. 5-6 small crab legs and alot of mussels/clams in the shell. Julie had the shrimp skewer.. delicious...cooked just right. I recommend

We got here right before a huge rush and they have so much outside seating with lovely views of the water right by the Great Wheel. Our server was friendly and our water glasses were never empty. I didn't get a picture of the food but the halibut and chips were breaded and not greasy! So delicious! The salmon BLT however, the bread was so greasy it became soggy in the middle and the crust was tough to bite through. The cocktails were refreshing on a warm summer afternoon. We'd definitely come back for lunch during a trip up to the Seattle Waterfront.

Wow, very impressive. We had a party of 6 and had no wait time. It became busy after we arrived. The server was great and engaging. We ordered appetizers and each of us had a different entree. The flavor and seasoning on the food was perfect. Very flavorful and delicious. We all enjoyed the food. The dessert needs a little extra attention. (Mud pie/strawberry shortcake) Not what we expected at all. It was a great afternoon. Ambiance was great. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic view, tasty food, good variety of options to choose from. I only wish the main seafood boil meals had a solo-diner option. I ordered the swordfish it was delicious.

Such a great magical place for an afternoon in the sunny sunshine of Seattle. If you have a gorgeous day on the gorgeous waterfront ask for a table on the patio and you will be dining right underneath the ferris wheel and on the waterfront. It is so sweet. I loved the fish tacos. SO DELISH, 3 out of 4 people in my party got them. Kenny was our server and he was fantastic - a pro with legacy I hear. He's been there for awhile and has the whole entire thing down pat. He's good at timing and customer service. The hostesses were over the top kind. My 87 year old dad, who struggles walking was so welcomed and well taken care of. These people really care about the 'taking care of people and making memories' business they are in. I loved their wine selections, there location, food and kindness. THANK YOU for making our day so special. It means the world to us and we will keep these memories in our hearts forever.

The tapatio champagne mignotte was the perfect additional topper. The rest of the menu was also super tasty. We had the scallop agua chile, fries with the same mignotte made into a mayo, and the dirty gin martini dip. I wanted to order more dip to take home it was that good. The agua Chile was also super fresh and light and perfect for a hot summer day. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Really well decorated restaurant in a great location.

It wasn't too hard to get a weekday reservation for 4 and it's located right on the waterfront of Pike's Place, but it was pretty easy to find street parking nearby. Overall, the food was a little inconsistent in quality across the board, but the vibes are excellent for a nicer night out. Oysters (4/5): Super fresh and they have a rotating set of local options. We went with the waiter's recommendation, which were super sweet and a bit salty. One of my friend's had never had oysters before and they were pleasantly surprised by the way it wasn't too fishy! Clam Chowder (4.25/5): Clam chowder was actually probably one of the best bites of the night. Super creamy and luxurious with a good amount of clams. Shrimp Cocktail (2.5/5): Unfortunately, the shrimp were overcooked and too chewy. A real shame because the shrimp are huge! Surf N Turf (2.75/5): Mixed feelings on this one. The scallops were really small, but delicious, fresh, and sweet. The beef cut was some sort of awful hangar steak that didn't feel fresh. A bit small for a main and roasted potatoes were just okay. Lobster Roll (4/5): The bread was warm and nicely toasted with butter. I wish there was a bit more lobster to improve the ratio, but the quality of the lobster was nice! Atlantic Beach Pie (4/5): Very very tart, but I loved it especially with the fresh whipped cream. The saltine crust brought a good amount of salt as well.

Our incredible server Trey soon came over and helped us decide on some drinks, as we were debating between a few. The menu has so many options, it was hard to just choose one! We soon put our appetizer orders in, as well as our entrees. The calamari tasted fresh and crispy, what's not to like? The oysters I was recommended, tasted sooo fresh! The smoked salmon deviled egg was something I've never thought would work, but it tasted amazing. You can never go wrong with fish and chips, which tasted great! Our server was so sweet and was very attentive throughout the whole night. Dessert time came around and Trey recommended this Washington berry pie, we were sold! It came out deliciously warm with some ice cream on top, which was the cherry on top for our night!! Can't say enough great things about this restaurant, great staff, solid menu, we will definitely be back!!

Have to admit at being disappointed in my latest experience at Dukes…read more It was about three weeks ago, the last Sunday in May. Went with my husband and met some family for lunch. We got there first, as the rest of the family went to the wrong location. So my husband and I were just there drinking water and waiting for them for a while. -I asked our waiter to please. "keep the water coming". Anyway, everyone finally arrived and we got things ordered. The food arrived in a timely way. Unfortunately, I have to report that their prices have gone quite high. I know most restaurants have had to raise their prices, but considering the food, both my husband, and myself felt that their prices were prohibitive, and with that in mind, we probably will not be back for quite a while. My hubbs had their lobster mac & cheese, which he gave a 7 out of 10. I had their lobster roll, which frankly, I could only give a 5 out of 10. It wasn't very flavorful, and definitely needed the dipping sauces that were served with it. Rather awkwardly put together as well, which made it kind of messy. Just kind of hard to eat. I did really enjoy their sweet potato fries though. Everyone else had various seafood dishes, which looked good, and one had a burger, which looked absolutely delicious. (I was kind of jealous once I saw it.) The service was good to begin with, but we had to flag down the waiter for water more than once. And towards the end of the meal, I was having some of that dipping sauce with the last of my sandwich; it was on the spicy side and I was out of water. Tried several times to get the waiter's attention, but it didn't work, and I had to literally yell at him to bring me some water. It was a little embarrassing, but I really needed it, & I was getting kind of mad! I mean, after all, I had made a point early on of asking him to refill the water. So that really kind of pissed me off. Because neither myself nor my husband had ordered any other beverage, & we really needed that water something fierce!! So obviously, I have mixed feelings on Dukes at this point. If money is no object, I'd say sure, go here and enjoy something tasty. But make sure you order some beverages so you don't have to count on the waiters for water!!!

The Dutch baby was the real winner: chewy, and puffy golden edges, blackberries, candied nuts, and a fruit drizzle. That was the most memorable thing on the table. The fish sandwich was fine but a little underwhelming. Crispy bacon and a generous salmon fillet, but the bun came out cold, which threw off the whole bite. At around $25, that detail matters. The most disappointing thing were the Fries, which were on the harder side. Tables are tight, so plan for elbow-to-elbow seating. Worth it for the Dutch baby. I'd order differently next time.
