I've also noticed that Touchstone is often doing a number of beer collaborations with other breweries which raises my excitement when thinking about going. Good beer needs good food, right? I think El Jefe assumed what my perspective was on something because of my job and slightly put his foot in his mouth, but we just talked through it.
