The steak was herbed and marinated, then grilled and served with a fried egg and sauteed onioins and peppers. At dinner, they make a peanut butter and plaintain sauce to go with shrimp or fish for dinner - which sounded really good but wasn't available when I was there for lunch.. Cloth table cloths - nice.
