We love this melting pot location. They do a great job of making a chain feel like a special experience that locals can turn to again and again. Our family has gotten some of the best service here we have ever had with each meal feeling more exciting and better than the last. The melting pot is perfect for family celebrations, date night, or even just grabbing a special dessert and cocktail out with friends. The manager always makes sure guests are take care of. And the food is always amazing. Such a cool concept that is done super well by the melting pot. You can choose from a list of courses or à la carte. The courses are salad, cheese fondue style, then your cooking style for your meats, seafoods and entrees, and then the finale dessert. Delicious chocolate fondues for all tastes.
Our Valentine's Day experience today was more than we could have hoped for! We had reservations for 3 pm and purposely got there an hour early to have drinks at the bar. We started with Mai Tais - excellent as always. Next, I ordered a lemon blueberry martini (to die for!). My hubby got a Tipsy Turtle and loved it. The host, Natalie and our bartender, Jen were absolutely perfect and so much fun. We went to our curtained booth and - omg - there was the cutest strawberry squishmallow on the table to take home!!! I was in love. The shrimp cocktail, fiesta cheese, main course, and flaming turtle chocolate were amazing as always. The cappuccino and espresso were the perfect ending! They decked the whole place out in Valentine decor. We had the best time!
My friend and I go to the melting pot usually once a year. We do the four courses with cheese, salad, entree and dessert. The meal was great and the service, as per usual, was excellent. While the quality of the food has remained over the years, we did notice some changes. The vegetable portion for the entree part of the meal has gotten significantly smaller. For dessert, our favorite s'mores fondue was removed from the menu. We elected for the cookies and cream fondue, which just tasted like dark chocolate. We did, however, appreciate that for the dessert course, it was plated with an equal amount of dipping items for each of us. Overall, the service was great and we were happy with the food!
Our server brandon was so nice and very attentive. We usually always go for the classic alpine cheese fondue and a chocolate. Today we started with the classic Alpine cheese as usual- this was delicious and one of our favorite parts of the meal! But today in addition we also chose to have the classic meat entree which included chicken, pork, steak, and shrimp - unfortunately I can't say this is something we would ever try again. It was extremely peppery to the point that you couldn't really taste the meat, but luckily it was served with a whole tray of dips, which were helpful to cover up the flavor, but would have been nice if it was a standalone good dish on its own. Wouldn't recommend this. For dessert, we have the Ying Yang chocolate, fun too, which was a mixture of milk and dark chocolate. This was absolutely delicious and would recommend. There's a great drink selection and both my partner, and I opted for local beers we were impressed with both the funky Buddha heffeweisen and the monk amber ale.
Overall we ended having a good night. Upon arrival we were quickly sat (we had a reservation.) They sat us at the table by the bar with the window. We were not happy with the seat. I asked the hostess if we could have another table. I told her we were willing to wait. She was not happy. She asked me why I told her and she said. "Well I can shut the blinds for you." I stood up and walked over to the manger and asked for a new table. He was very accommodating. He apologized and told us we would be next when a table opened. We waited until a table paid. About 10-15 mins. Once we sat the manger came over and told us that if we needed anything to ask for him a that he would help. He told us that we cold have drinks on us, so that was very nice. (We ordered one drink.) The server was nice, helpful. No issues the rest of the night. So we were very relieved. Our check came and the manager took $25 off. That was very nice of him. It was great that the restaurant payed attention to what had happen. Thanks!
It's been some time since we were last at the Melting Pot. However, I am happy to say that this place is just as great as ever. We made a reservation, and I highly suggest making one at least several days in advance to get the time that you want. This is not a meal to be rushed and so they don't go through tables as quickly as regular restaurants. There's a full bar. I prefer the Boca location because it is very quaint inside. The restaurant is quiet and there's a curtain to provide some privacy during your meal. This restaurant is definitely the place for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or holidays and achievements. My family opted for the four-course meal. That meal comes with a cheese course, choice of one of four delicious salads, your main fondue course in which you can choose from meets, poultry, fish, seafood, and vegetable items. Of course, the last course is dessert and there are lots of options if you want to go beyond the basic chocolate fondue. Be sure to ask for extra mushrooms and fill them with the green goddess spread. Coat them in the batter and make delicious stuffed mushrooms. We did an oil base. Our waitress, Lorena, was very attentive and had lots of suggestions to improve our meal. All the staff were professional and courteous. The restaurant was nicely decorated and well maintained. There is plenty of parking in front and behind the restaurant. Give yourself at least 2 hours or more to enjoy your meal. It's quite the experience!
Came here for a childless date night and it was the perfect spot. We made a reservation and when we got there, the lady at the hostess stand politely informed us that a few tables were running behind and directed us to have a seat at the bar. I am pregnant, and indulged in a watermelon smash mocktail which was refreshing. The young guy manning the bar was friendly and engaging. There was a peculiar group of three at a table behind us at the bar, having a family talk with their son, which was super strange as it was loud and kind of awkward. But, it's Boca, so I guess they expected everyone else to give them privacy in a public space. But, the service from every employee we encountered was great, and we were seated at a nice private little booth with curtains and a window. The first course was cheese fondue with fruits, veggies and breads. Then came salads. The salads are premade and not incredibly impressive but still tasty. Then came the proteins with a small skillet. The portions aren't huge but we found everything to be quite enough and liked that we left feeling full but not uncomfortably stuffed. The dessert came last and was incredibly delicious. The time between courses was decent, having walked in just before 8:30, we didn't leave until about 10:40. But all in all, we really enjoyed the experience, the food, and the intimate ambiance. It's really nice to have an evening dining out and not feel like you're dining with the rest of the restaurant. Can't wait to return.
Decided to celebrate my wife's birthday at this location and we're not disappointed! Outstanding service. I booked a few birthday related experiences online to include a dozen roses, chocolate covered strawberries, a balloon, and a special birthday bundt cake for dessert. I also alerted them that we were traveling with our son who is in a wheelchair. We arrived on time and were brought to our table where everything was awaiting perfectly including a chair having been removed to accommodate our wheelchair. Service and our meal were exceptional with the manager coming over several times to make sure everything was going perfectly. About the only criticism I'll give is that the property isn't very wheelchair accessible. There is apparently wheelchair access to the second floor somewhere on the property but it's not well marked. I ended up carrying our son and his chair up the stairs. But it was still a wonderful evening!
Amazing. Had the most wonderful experience with my boyfriend here. Our server was Colton, he was phenomenal. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible he was, he truly went above and beyond for us and made our experience an 11/10 time. We went with the four course option and had the pacific rim & created our own pick with filet mignon, garlic pepper steak, and pork. Every single one of the meats we ate was so flavorful, tender, and delicious. For the cheese we had the fiesta. It was so delicious and such a fun experience to see it made infront of us. We opted for the cast iron pan to cook our own meat, recommend this option! Dessert was amazing. I can't stress enough how good all of the food was. The service here is incredible and so is the food. Will definitely be coming again.
We had a lovely girls night at the Melting Pot in Boca. My friend and I had been talking about going forever and she received an email offer that prompted us to give it a try. We had a reservation and showed up with the email offer which turned out to be for another location, however they were kind enough to honor it. We were seated quickly in a nice booth. We didn't realize it was such a romantic setting, very low lighting and there were curtains to close the booth if you wish. We ordered delicious mocktails, watermelon and mojito aka a nojito Our server Wendy gave us all kinds of choices to make - salads - cheese fondues and entree cooking styles & seasonings and not to forget desserts! As the courses arrived, she explained what she was doing and what we needed to do at the table to enjoy our food. She did most of the work and every course was fun and delicious We had the Alpine Cheese fondue, with bread squares,pretzel bites and veggies, Caribbean flavor and cooking style fondue for the steak, chicken, pork and shrimp entree also with veggies and chocolate caramel pecan dessert fondue with fruit and cake bites!! All of it was amazing! The parking was easy, prices very fair for the amount and quality of the food we had and the service was excellent. I will be back with my boyfriend and other friends for sure.
We had the best time tonight. We've always loved the pot and the food has always been consistent and ambiance with the private booths are great. But the service was just top notch with Spencer who just made the night that much more magical. Just so attentive and his personality to make the meal that much more fun. The manager Natalie was so nice and stopped by to thank us for coming in. They just made our night. Can't wait to come back.

We went to celebrate and we were very pleased with the holiday menu. $55/per adult. The steak was great on the requested cast iron pan instead of cooked in oils and there was plenty to eat. Grateful to avoided spices and the staff was friendly too. Flowers were a nice gift surprise on the way out the door. The chocolate and separate Swiss cheese fondues with items to dip and cook were so yummy. Great way to share a holiday. I want more and more locations. Thank you. read more

Melting Pot Boca does it again!!!! I needed chocolate covered strawberries to bring to my families house and I wanted to support our local community. I called Melting Pot Boca and confirmed that the chocolate did not have soy... and, proceeded to order the most amazing treat. The service is still the best, with Bill, Chris, and Natalie all being super attentive, patient, and gracious, especially with these unprecedented times we are all facing. The chocolate covered strawberries were absolutely to die for... we actually took grand marnier and injected each berry... the berries were scrumptious and fresh and the dark chocolate mixes were right on point. This restaurant is always supporting local community events... has specials each week and now even does take out. I've been to this Melting Pot location previously for Yelp events but haven't made it for an actual dine-in experience until now. I made a reservation ahead of time for a Sunday right when they opened at 4pm. I was hoping it would be less busy around that time to avoid coming into contact with the least amount of people as possible! Thankfully I was correct. You are required to wear a mask everywhere (yes, even to the bathroom) unless you're sitting at your table. We felt comfortable in our little booth pods. Pre-COVID I always thought it was kind of weird and almost too private that the tables were so secluded but now it makes me feel super comfortable. We ordered the complete fondue experience for two. Everything about this late lunch/early dinner was so relaxing. Our server was super nice and wore a mask the entire time. The food was amazing as usual. We chose the Quattro Formaggio for our cheese, California salad, Pacific Rim for my entree and the raspberry chocolate fondue for dessert. Quality and consistency is always top notch. Everything from the service to the food was seriously 5 star. We haven't been out too much to dine in at restaurants but it felt good to get out and support some local spots. If you're looking for a safe and clean restaurant with delicious food, Melting Pot Boca is the way to go. Can't wait to go back again! read more

The first time here was for a Yelp event and boy was I floored with how GREAT everything was! I went back on my own one day to celebrate something and ordered the veggie fondue dinner. It was superb! They also offered some faux meatballs and other dippers. The cheeses and dips were all superb!! I'd love to go back again. Staff is always friendly and helpful, prompt to provide service. Granted the place is a bit on the "pricey" side for hearing and prepping your own food, but it's also part of the experience indeed! Super decadent and delicious, will not leave here with any kind of hunger whatsoever..yums!! read more

Where do you go for a special celebration that's special, entertaining and delicious? I would vote for The Melting Pot. Call ahead and get a booth with curtains, it makes the evening very intimate and private, yet that doesn't prevent your wait staff from paying full attention. Our server, Wendy, was both essential to our enjoying the evening because the menu is difficult to understand and that's truly the only part of the experience I would change. But Wendy explained everything and made the process easy. She guided us by explaining how we can order without overdoing it. Now, get ready for a unique experience and set aside at least 90 minutes for your dinner, because you will want to take your time and enjoy the evening. There are four courses, all of which are wonderful. The evening starts with cheese, melted cheese so you can dip the fresh fruit or bread and eat it directly off your fork. We had the bacon swiss cheese and it was incredible. The second course was a salad, which was fresh and tasty. The dressing was not overbearing and there was a nice assortment of ingredients. The third course is a tray of raw meat, fish, and shellfish. We were instructed to be careful and given different forks for handling the raw vs. cooked food. You can cook your raw ingredients in either broth or oil. We chose broth and it was very tasty and I thought perfect. We were careful not to overcook the ingredients and all came out fantastic. And the final course is melted chocolate mixed with something yummy, there are several choices, we chose the marshmallow and oreo cookies. Y U M !~! that was AmazeMaze! We laughed, we took photos, we celebrated my sweetheart's birthday with her daughter, we enjoyed some wonderful house wine and left with big smiles all around. Had a great time with friends enjoying fondue! Our Servers name was Steve and he was very attentive. We enjoyed cheese, salad, steaks and chocolate fondue! To cook the meat we used the broth and skillet option! The Lychee Martini and Grapefruit Paloma was super refreshing and paired perfectly with our selections. The restaurant was intimately lighted and we relaxed in our comfortable private booth. It is reasonably priced for the amount and food and the experience you receive. This is my 12th year that I have been going to The Melting Pot, And as always it does not disappoint. Yes it is a little pricey but always a fun time! Each year I go with another family and we all get lots of different items and eat it all. Today was no exception. The Classic is my favorite as I can always get a little taste of everything Steak, chicken, pork, shrimp...(why it's my fav) and the house salad to start is very tasty. and for dessert move the Chocolate Turtle to dip all the yummy cut up fruit and cakes. Liked Boca as much as I like PGA. Great staff and amazing service. Make your way to one of your Melting Pot for a special occasion. Great service and atmosphere! The Melting Pot is a great place to come for a "fun" dinner. Neither my husband nor I eat cheese, so we skipped that course (which I do understand is a bit sacrilegious here). I can imagine coming here for just the cheese course, in fact! We built our own entree, which was comprised of steak, pork, and duck. All were delicious. However, for me, the dessert is really the best part. We chose the Turtle chocolate, which is milk chocolate with caramel and candied pecans. So yummy! We polished off the entire plate of fruit, brownie and cookie bites, rice crispy treats, marshmallows, and pound cake. We'll definitely be back...maybe just for dessert! read more

My wife and I love this place. We usually try to come for the unlimited food deals they have every once in a while. The bartender is excellent and friendly , the food is always great, and the staff are very helpful. I've tried almost everything and you can't go wrong if you tried to . Went there for a daughter' birthday. Had the dinner for two to share, enough for three.. Includes your choice of cheese fondue, salad, entrée and chocolate fondue. You sit in an enclosed booth with curtains and your own hot plate to cook your own fondue. Started with Bacon & Brie cheese fondue, Baby Brie, Gruyere, Raclette, Fontina, White Wine, Bacon, Lemon, and Scallions. For salads, we got the Apple Bacon Spinach Salad, Fresh Spinach, Crimini mushrooms, Egg, Spicy Pecans, Granny Smith Apples, and House made Apple Bacon Vinaigrette. Also the California salad, .Mixed Greens, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola, Tomatoes, and House made Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette. For entrees, we had the Pacific Rim includes Shrimp, Teriyaki-Marinated Sirloin, Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna, and Honey Orange Duck Breast. If your into finger foods and getting liquored UP, this establishment is most definitely the place to go. However , if it's a culinary experience you seek, this is not the place,. Let me suggest an Asian hotpot establishment rather then this, you get a better bang for the buck and more choices of foods & sauces. Bon Appetite. read more

Haven't been in like two years and boy have I missed it. Dinner started with the best bar tender, Jen, making the most amazing blueberry lemon drop martini. It was absolutely one of the best drinks I've ever had. I will definitely be back to see you Jen! The entire dining experience was full of flavor, freshness and fun. We went here for my daughter's birthday. When I asked for the strawberries (covered with chocolate- I had an email), they told me they didn't have it and next time I should have said something a day before. No big deal. So they said we could have balloons instead-which would have been fine (with mints). Then they ended up bringing us the strawberries anyway - which was nice. Everything here was covid ready- they were ready for Covid before Covid! They have booths and curtains so perfectly spaced naturally! We loved the celebration- the salads were delicious. Had mixed seafoods, steak and chicken! So delicious! My kids loved the dessert-fruit with chocolate- so happy! and the restaurant took a picture of all of us which was nice! read more

I have been here only once before, and that was for a Yelp event. I got some coupons during that event and decided to use them for my anniversary with my boyfriend. When we made the reservation, they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, so of course we said yes! We had no idea that they would be doing such nice things for us once we arrived! We got to our table and were surprised by all the things we found. We were excited to see an anniversary card, a vase of roses (which we got to take home and keep!), and we even had our picture taken by the staff (which we received in a paper frame by the end of the night). And on top of all this, each of us got half a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for signing up for their email list! For our meal, we ordered the Spinach Artichoke cheese fondue, California and Cesar salads, the Classic entrees cooked Coq Au Vin, and finished it off with a Raspberry Chocolate fondue. The flavors were nice and blended well and our waiter was very attentive, checking on us often, and was very personable at our table side when preparing our fondue. We were very pleased with the service and the food, and we would definitely come back to celebrate more special occasions! read more

Came here with my wife to have a romantic private dinner with some melting potties everywhere and the experience was super satisfying. I made an appointment at 7 pm, arrived there on time got my table setup and it was easy and fast. Bryann the manager, sitted us in private and as well gave me the yelp discount as well. 15 less to my bill (incredible). We had Keagan as server, he was fast, quick and very reliable. Explained every detail and every question being honest and prepared. We had the big night out with some lobstair tail included, it was a total blast. First you choose the cheese pot (we had the borboun cheddar cheese, it was good, not the best but we are going back!, althought was creamy and super good tasting Then you get a salad (i chose the california) and i might say, this particular salad was one of the best i ever had in my life. Spring mix, caramelized pecans and blue cheese with a raspberry vinagrette. It was like a baby jesus prepared salad. After the salad, you get the meats. Plenty of cooking styles. Be advised to get the cooking style that you like, we got a mojo which was boiling soup made with a latino touch, garlic and some cilantro. You boil basically everything, new but it was delicious. You get free sauces, plenty and awesome. For the final act, you get a sweet pot. Sweet lord baby Jesus, this was the best. We got a combination of dulce de leche and white chocolate we decided to pull out the bananas, it comes with some dipping fruits, waffles and rice crispies which are all for free (you can order more limitless i suppose). Blasting sweetnes flavors and yeah it was totally delicious, delightful and deserved. Place was crowded, clean and sharp. You get courtains with privacy, thought the only thing i could say was bad, it was a bit loud. But it isnt the restaurant fault, big parties are here. We got a discount for the next melting potty, 25 off by the manager. I dont have to explain how good was the customer service. We paid 89.99 for an excellent, exceptional and grateful dinner. Suit yourselves with the pic, ill be back for more trying! Also, the lobstair tail is a must, 12 dolars more but believe me this is something you dont come everyday. Worthy! read more

If you like dipping food , Fondue it's a very nice place . You can also have private sitting (you close the curtains) Choice of meet, fish or veggie. The chocolate fondue is perfect for the desert . Just 1 thing , don't forget your jacket it's cold inside. And it's not bright enough. But we will come back. read more

Love love love this place! I try to make any and all excuses to come and celebrate here lol! Service is ALWAYS amazing and the servers are always so attentive to our every need! The ambiance is always quiet and romantic, but even my young kids enjoy the booths with the curtains! They always beg to join us on our dates here! The food experience is something like you've experienced anywhere else. The cheese course has so many flavors, and dipping into it is cheesy fun! I love being able to cook our own entrees at the table, and chocolate fondue... This place is really more of an experience than just dinner, plan to spend at least a couple hours here! read more

We never noticed that there are curtains @ every booth seats until our server asked if we wanted privacy. Our server Haley M was very welcoming & engaging, asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. We were so happy & excited to inform her that we are celebrating our friend's promotion; ordered 4 course dinner for 2. We chose Cesar salad, spinach artichoke cheese dip, variety of meats with both entrée, fruits & desserts with white chocolate dip. We were pleasantly surprised that Melting Pot decorated congratulation message on our guest of honor's dessert plate. Thank you for personalizing our dinner experience. This is definitely not your average dinner. You get your own little room, with a curtain for privacy. Come hungry because you will be eating a lot! The dinner for 2 starts out with your choice of cheese fondue. We picked spinach and artichoke. It's all hot and gooey and sits in a pot on the table. They give you tons of small pieces of bread, fruits and vegetables to dip into it. It was delicious! Next course is salad. We had a Caesar salad and another salad with Gorgonzola cheese. They were both pretty tasty. Next course is the meat. We ordered one steak platter, and one combination of meats an fish. You can also choose how you want to cook them. Either in a pot of broth (also a few flavors to choose from) or on a cast iron grill. We grilled, and everything was also delicious. Last course is the chocolate fondue and you can pick the type of chocolate you prefer. We choose bananas foster. It was served with fruit, brownies, rice crispy treats, pound cake, and it was absolutely yummy. Also had a butterscotch coffee which has alcohol in it. Also very nice. All in all, a really yummy, if tremendously unhealthy meal. But I will absolutely be back! read more
Absolutely wonderful Yelp event! Met so many great people, even before the doors opened d, everyone is so friendly talking introducing them selves. I sat at a very spirit d table with Jennifer, Alexis L, Robert, Natalie and Jasmine. We had a great time!! We tast d many superb wines (thanks Alexis), and dipped our pitch forks in many delectable foods and fondues. Our first course was Quattro formaggio , a fondue made of fun MTL makes, mozzarella, Parmesan and fontina. It was excellent! We were then served a most delightful salad of greens, cheese, strawberries and great cheese! Our well appointed waiter then started to get some even better food to our table. He got the pots hot and dump d some great looking veggies into the broth and serv d is up righteously with some serious entree dippable bit s! Flirt mignon, tuna , shrimp , salmon , chicken.. and more.. then came the wine. The magic of the fondue ensued and Alexis went about collecting name tags for our newbies Jasmine and Natalie! The food was awesome and the company even better. I love Yelp! The dessert came and it was as an amazing chocolate and raspberry fondue with all the best things to dip into. I attended the CYE Yelp event and met some new yelpers and enjoyed great food. We had a four course meal that started off with a cheese fondue with assorted vegetables, fruit, and breads. Being a cheese lover I was in glee! I thought it couldn't get better... but it did! Next up was a strawberry salad, assorted meat and seafood, and assorted dessert with chocolate fondue. The salad was fresh and tasty. There were 2 types of steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp, tuna, and mushroom dumplings. The teriyaki steak was tasty and flavorful, so was the chicken. Everything else was just as good but those two stood out the most. Dessert consisted of pound cake, rice crispy treats, strawberries, cookies, brownies, bananas, and pineapples with a chocolate fondue. This was a great way to top off the night. Everything was amazing! The waiter was very accommodating and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, he was very attentive, and had a great energy. I wish I could remember his name however the last Whiskey Thistle did me in . Everything was awesome. If you haven't tried the melting pot it is definitely something to bookmark. My fiancé and I wanted to do something fun and different for date night. We'd both been to Melting Pot, but it had been several years. We were seated promptly. I have to admit from outside of the restaurant I found it to be in a strange location (on the second floor of a plaza). I will say, however, I absolutely love the layout of this location! It's very cozy, has dim lighting and has an intimate feel. Our waitress, Meike made this such a fun experience. She was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful throughout our time there. She is the kind of person you hope you will have helping you when going to any sort of establishment. The food was awesome. I was under the impression we'd still be hungry afterwards, but we were stuffed. The Wisconsin cheddar is absolutely stunning and a great selection to start dinner off with! It came with bread, apples and veggies. It was so good we ordered a second round. For the protein part: we got shrimp, lobster, chicken and meat. It came with a variety of sauces and they were delicious! There are also some veggies - broccoli and potatoes, if I remember correctly. The dessert was an amazing way to end the meal. We chose the chocolate peanut butter dip and it was so rich and yummy! It came with different types of fruit, cake, cookies and Rice Krispies treat to dip it into. KRISTEN WAS AMAZING! I came with my grandma and her 2 friends to experience fondue(none of us have done). Words can't describe how friendly, patient and kind she was. Not only did she take the time to go over EVERYTHING with us and give recommendations, but she kept bringing extra's of our favorite sides Always with a smile one her face. Kristen even gave us recommendations again for the next time we come since we had so much food to take home. Overall a phanominal employee who deserves all the credit she can get!
