It has been years since my last visit to one of these stores but, we have my 19-month old and need some kid-friendly places lately. After visiting the Christmas Market nearby - we stopped in for dinner and had to wait about 40 minutes and the staff were exceptionally understanding about my adventurous daughter who doesn't like to sit still. When they seated us, we were in a quiet back room area and our waitress was prompt and took excellent care of us. I didn't realize everything was a 3-course meal and the prices were very fair for the portion size and amount of food. I chose the meatballs with meat-sauce and angel hair pasta, a ceasar salad, and spumoni ice cream. The bread was delicious and the portions were huge. The salad was out quickly and served on a chilled plate and was a huge portion. The meat sauce was delicious and hot with two large meatballs. I couldn't finish it all but I sure did try! My daughter enjoyed herself and the pace and meal was exactly what we needed! Love the location near in the Carmel City Center. Plenty of nearby free parking and lots to see and do.

My wife and I were craving some solid pasta and thought let's go to The Old spaghetti Factory. We arrived and were greeted after a short wait and then seated immediately. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean and forgot how nice the atmosphere was here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter Lashon came around shortly after being settled in. He took our orders and we got our drinks quickly and soon after our bread, salad and soup. Our entrees came next my wife got fettuccine Alfredo and I got the dish they are know for the Mitzhra brown butter pasta. Both of our meals were cooked well and very fresh. After our meal we got our ice cream and both agreed that this is just as good as we had remembered. The value here is great for the servings and overall great quality and service at this Carmel, IN location.

Visited for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Interior dining room was very fancy looking and well decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a busy lunch service and some people in my party had to leave before ordering. Food was delicious. Ordered the pot pourri with four different sauces. Loved the different flavors in one plate. Spumoni ice cream was refreshing.

It feels weird giving a chain 5 stars. But I can't lie. I've never had a bad meal at this location. The food is always great, the staff are always friendly, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the dinning room is always clean and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This has been one of our go-to dinning out options for years.

Had a server spill a tray of drinks down my back as soon as I sat down. Accidents happen. But surprised I didn't get offered or comp'd anything.

Visited Old Spaghetti Factory on Rangeline Road. It is a chain sitdown restaurant. They have a full bar I got the Meat Lovers Treat for $20.99. It is spaghetti with a Sicilian meatballs, Italian sausage and meat sauce. My wife got the. Manager's Favorite. You could pair any two of the Pasta Classics for $18.99. She got the mushroom sauce and the cheese and brown butter. Both meals came with hot bread, choice of soup, or salad, and ice cream. I really liked the sausage and meat sauce. Of the two pastas my wife got, she preferred the mushroom sauce. It was a red sauce with mushrooms. The cheese and brown butter was more a white sauce, and a little rich for her taste. However, our server said that it was one of the customer favorites. So, give it a try, you may like it! We sat in the bar area. Our server was friendly and prompt. Our food was quick to be delivered and was hot. We find it funny, every time we visit, that their Parmesan is the stuff out of the green can. We always wish they served fresh shaved Parmesan cheese, similar to Olive Garden. As mentioned, this is a chain restaurant. Do not come here expecting fresh handmade or unique pasta dishes. But if you are looking for something quick and easy, and the price reflecting the quality, give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is nice, and kids would enjoy eating inside the trolly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is fantastic and the ambience is just beyond fabulous... love the train car that you can eat in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and staff is always exceptional. Unfortunately, we've eaten here five times and have just never loved the food. And the prices are just way too high to not love it. Maybe it's one of those try-for-yourself places because it's worth it to say you've been here Atleast once. Just not somewhere we'll go back to.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]First of all, the place is absolutely beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food came out quickly and it was well-seasoned and hot.The server: Katherine was great! She was friendly and great with our two kids. Will definitely come back! It brought back amazing memories of field trips when I was young. Thank you for continuing the excellent service.

It's been quite a spell since I last ate at one of the links in the Old Spaghetti Factory chain, but we throughly enjoyed the food at this one :-) Tip: I had a draft pale ale to pair with my meal; it was nice, delicious, and icy cold - just the way the hops gods intended [[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue and the restrooms were clean; the entire place was very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The prices were reasonable given the quality and quantity of food - I'd be happy to come back for another meal.

The menu as of mid July 2024.

We love this Old Spaghetti Factory location. We always asked to sit in the chairs by the far windows - large wing backed chairs away from larger groups. My usual order is the Managers Favorite, pairing the white clam sauce with brown butter with Mizithra cheese. The chef will probably hate me, but I immediately stir the two together and eat them in combination. Delicious! This combination, along with the house salad with creamy pesto dressing, and spumoni for dessert, makes for a lovely meal. Oh, and I always include a piece or two of their freshly baked, crusty soft bread. My husband usually gets either the baked lasagna, or the spaghetti with meat sauce. You can't go wrong with either of these. Very solid classics. This time, though, he deviated and tried the crab ravioli, and said it was very good. The cocktail menu changes periodically, so we always see what's new and try different things. The prices are good, and the drinks substantial.

Chicken Parmigiana and spaghetti is excellent!

They take a whole pineapple and let it infuse for 7 days to a bottle of Woodford. I've never had a bourbon cocktail so sweet and yet balanced. I could have these all night....i barely taste the bourbon but I'm sure it will sneak up on you. The wife had a huge spritz which was enormous. I tried it and it's definitely elderflower forward and she loved it. It took her so long to get through it I had time for a neat pour of buzzards roost. The bartenders were Emma and Steven. They were patient and even made recommendations for the food menu for when we go back.

One glass and it would be best for a Cabernet or a Zin. Huge glass is not how white wine should be served. Simple fix. After I ordered my food I sat and noticed the bartender running out into the restaurant to assist elsewhere. Why? Finally my food comes and the person delivering it doesn't have silverware or the normal napkin wrapped set of silverware. When I asked the person delivering the food he looked confused and lost. The bartender steps forward and lays a fork on the bar, walks back and looks for a knife. She drops that on the bar and the goes to search for a napkin. What is happening at this point? Finally the person who delivered the food returns with a nicely wrapped silverware napkin ensemble for me. I sat and enjoyed the scallops dish. As I was eating I watched the couple to my left be served food with no napkin wrapped utensils just as I was. So this stuff is simple, small but HUGE. The bartender needs to be on point for silverware and focused on the customers at the bar...in addition to the drinks for customers. The manager shouldn't be schlepping plates to the kitchen. Good servers should either be bringing utensils or the staff gives it to you immediately once they know you're eating. Simple things and so easy to fix. It is however a huge impact to the experience. These are absolutes that when missed changes peoples experiences. Decent good, poor service. Own the experience for your customers.

It's not much to look at from the outside - in small strip mall off Fall Creek about 2 miles north of 96th, but the inside is both luxe and comfortably cozy. At just 12 tables, you get your table for the night, so there is no rush and your evening can be as long as you want to make it. They also have a gorgeous little side wine room that you can rent for parties of 6-8 for dinner. And there's a little bar area that seats maybe 4-6. We had reservations for 6pm, so there were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied when we got there, but they filled throughout the night (& we left close to 8pm). Our server Shaunda was delightful, and the owner Dan came around and checked on all the tables a few times as well. We were presented with a cous cous amuse bouche, a nice refreshing bite to start the evening. Hubs had an Italian Old Fashioned and I asked our server to pair wine for me, so it was a Decoy Sauv Blanc with our first course - the mussels. We asked for extra crostinis in order to soak up more of the delicious sauce they came in. Next was the beet arugula salad, so good! For entrees, hubs had the pappardelle bolognaise and got an iced T, and I had the short ribs with risotto, paired with a glass of cab franc. Dessert was coffee (americano) for each of us, and we split the tiramisu (see all my pics). We ate and enjoyed everything! Total with tax was right at 200 before gratuity. So this is more of a splurge place for us, (of course would be less without the beverages we did) but we will be back. It was a really pleasant evening and another big win for me picking birthday places! #yum #ReviewsByRL

Once parked (plenty of parking right outside their door), walking in it is a very intimate, maybe no more than 12 tables or so. We did have reservations, I would suggest making them to be on the safe side since it is so small. As soon as we sat down, our server came right over and explained how the menu is laid out and how the courses are brought out. I will say, this is not a place to go when you are rush. It is meant to be slow, so you can settle in and enjoy your food, enjoy the company and just be in the moment. We were probably there just over 2 hours for just the two of us. Chef Dan came out many times to chat with us and really made us feel welcome. Telling us different stories, walking us through what we were eating, and just made us feel like we were special. While everything was amazing, a few standout things I would like to mention: The Mussels were amazing, such good flavor so if you are fan, make sure you order them. The caesar salad comes disassembled, and the anchovies are sold separately, (I didn't realize it when I ordered it), we ordered a few desserts and they were all amazing. Can't go wrong there.
