I'll be completely honest and say my first impression was that I wasn't sure I was going to be happy with this place. We walked in and although employees saw us, no one greeted us at first (1-2 minutes went by) until Lexi, who was at the bar looked up and asked if we had been helped. Lexi was truly amazing from start to finish. Talk about great customer service! Ok, let's talk about the food. Oh. My. Gosh talk about delicious. The quality of everything was so fresh and the prices are extremely reasonable. They really have it dialed in when it comes to keeping great food and portion without scrimping on the quality. We ordered the chicken n Mac waffle. It has the Mac n cheese in the batter. It has a slight amount of heat from jalapeño bacon jam but not enough of a kick to make your mouth feel like it's on fire. Next was a crème brûlée French toast. It was the perfect level of sweetness without making you feel sick. We opted not to use syrup to really enjoy the flavor and honestly, you don't need it. It would take away the special taste of this dish and make it just like any other French toast. We also got the crouque monsieur, which is my personal favorite. The ham, which is a thick slab, is in between 2 big slices of bread. The cream sauce is truly one of the best I've ever had. At first I thought it could be too heavy but I found it to be just right. We got the cookie butter latte, which also I was concerned about how sugary sweet it would be, but like everything we tried, they really found out to have just enough flavor without it being too overpowering. We also got the syphons coffee, which I'm not a black coffee drinker at all, but this was good. Its bitter taste was so toned down that I could have had a full cup and been fine. This review is based on a single visit on 3/11/25. I popped by for a lunch with a friend, and was in the mood to indulge so ordered a smash burger with fries, a picture of which is included in this review. The burger was great - fully scratched my smash burger itch, but the fries were for me the real star of the plate. They felt like a hybrid of a traditional hand-cut fry and a chip. The Parlour has such a bizarre hodge podge vibe yet the food was actually pretty good. Was definitely confused by the Le Cirque plates my meal got served on, seems off brand. The leg lamp from "The Christmas Story", random other artifacts on the shelving inside the restaurant, photos of who knows who? Maybe I'm missing something but was oddly pretty distracted by the overall ambiance which felt a bit chaotic for me, including the flow of the menu which was all over. I ordered the Farmhouse which is about the most basic meal you could get here, but the potatoes, eggs, ham and portion size was perfect overall. My friend got the chilaquiles and she enjoyed them as well. I also got a Bloody Mary and the bacon was a nice touch. Service was a good steady pace and food came out pretty quickly as well. The vibe here is so cute!! Came for a late Saturday brunch, and didn't have to wait. Shared a bottle of Champagne and were able to choose multiple juices. Yum! So with that in mind we had to wait at least 20 minutes or more for just water and a visit from our server. Our server apologized and checked on us a lot, but we didn't see her anywhere in between. About 40 minutes in we got the starter Monkey bread but our house brew coffee and regular iced tea had not arrived yet. We did get our drinks before the meal. Yay! The meal was fab. The servers were short handed today. The bathrooms inside, one for ladies, one for men. The trash was over flowing in the ladies room and there was no TP. Came here to celebrate my birthday because i saw on tiktok that it looked like a fun place! Dang, this place has so much potential. I want to cut the menu in half & make more ample use of customization! For example-- Why can't I have a vegetarian breakfast burrito? It has to be vegan or chorizo? If you have a fried chicken option, why can't I have that for the chicken sandwich etc. The patio is absolutely stunning! We were seated and completely forgotten for 15 minutes after we walked in no greeting, no water, no acknowledgment. I had a very hungry baby and a wife ready to order, so I had to walk to the front just to let the staff know we were there. They genuinely did not realize we had been seated. We also asked for a high chair and that wasn't provided so we had to sit the baby on the pillow in the far right corner of the restaurant. The whole situation felt chaotic, with staff unsure of table numbers and overall flow. Food didn't improve things. The Pastrami Salmon was overly salty, and even the caviar couldn't save it. The Nutella Crepe used a cinnamon batter that tasted strange and we couldn't finish it. There was a $4 upcharge for fruit, which was pre-cut and clearly not fresh. The Sesame Latte didn't taste like sesame at all - just a few seeds sprinkled on top. The chicken battered bacon was extremely salty we used the maple syrup provided to mask the taste. The space had potential, but sticky tables, crumbs on the seats, and an overall unclean feel made it uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand the 4.2-star rating. Maybe it was an off day, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Henderson. I hope they can improve their organization and consistency. read more

I like what they are trying to do here. It's a twist on Brunch. The menu is reflective of representing the owners mix of classics and street style. There are some great dishes here. The Brûlée French toast is ridiculously good! Empanadas were a hit. The Chipotle and Chorizo Gravy is Super-Bomb! The adult Coffee menu is awesome! First off, Crystal was amazing! We'll be going back just to hangout with her. As for the spot itself, the vibe is great. Love the 90's and early 2000's jams. Super eclectic decor which is a throw back to any child of the 80s and 90s. The food was amazing. I had the New Yorker, but everything looks and tasted great. I had always wanted to check out the location downtown, but this location in Henderson is closer to us. We were able to get a table right away. The staff was very friendly. I am really disappointed with the service, or lack there of, at the Henderson location. My friends and I were excited to support a local business especially since we are frequently visiting The Parlour's downtown location. We thought it would be a great idea to have brunch at the new Henderson location however the service was horrible. When we walked in to wait for a table, it took the server 20 minutes to acknowledge our party before seating us outside. We then waited outside for an additional 30 minutes before we decided to leave. No one approached our table, asked if we wanted waters or tended to us throughout the 30 minute wait. I understand that it can be a very hectic and busy environment but to not acknowledge your customers and instead roll your eyes before doing so is completely unacceptable. 0/10 will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon. read more

There are lots of yummy coffee creations on their menu BUT I must clarify for the coffee aficionados out there that this is not a true coffee house. They use "pod" espresso and then create their drinks. However, the drinks were yummy all the same and my whip on top was extra thick and delicious. I had the white mocha coffee. I would call this a cafe or restaurant that serves a good cup of coffee. Also, couldn't help but try the Chicken Fried Jalapeño Bacon because, well,... why not? The first round came out fairly overdone (like burnt meat) but when I asked the server to please correct that she did without hesitation and apologized profusely. The second round came out very yummy! The service was a little slow given that there were only a couple of tables but very nice and friendly. It took about 15 minutes to get our lattes. The menu for breakfast food looked great and I would go back to try some of them for sure. A small section of vegan breakfast options as well which I know isn't easy to find so I'm sharing. Music was mostly fun - not too loud. Seating was cozy but comfortable. Wouldn't go with a large party necessarily but for one on one it was great. My friend and I enjoyed eating at The Parlour at its brand new location in Henderson. Our waitress (Nat) was very attentive and Tony (the owner) was simply fabulous! The Parlour has delicious espresso martinis, bottomless mimosas, and gluten free bread which I was excited about! My friend had the Mac 'n Cheese waffles and fried chicken and said it was the best breakfast she's ever eaten! I had simple eggs, bacon, and GF toast over greens. Everything was delicious and Tony ensured his cooks and aid attention to my diet issues! The outdoor patio has umbrellas, a ping pong table, and a bar top shuffle board. The food here is exceptional. Everytime this location has a new restaurant (previously kitchen table) the food is always great. It's the reason I keep coming back. But man the service is horrible. If you are in a rush, do not come here. It takes forever for the server to greet you, the food takes forever to come out (but it's fresh!), and they rarely check on you. I was the only person left sitting and after 5 minutes of them chit chatting had ti go ask for my check. Unacceptable when it's slow. In the past we've had super rude servers that don't seem like they want to serve us either. Overall, always want to love this place and keep hoping it gets better read more

The food was pretty good and the menu was interesting. It was relatively expensive, but maybe worth it for the quality of food. We did have some issues with the service that left a bad taste. We stood in the entry for several minutes waiting to be seated (per the sign in front of us) even though the person that eventually seated us was just a few feet away tending to something that didn't look very important and there was no one else waiting in front of us. We ordered kids pancakes for $7 from the kids meal for my nine-year-old , but they brought adult pancakes for $13, We literally pointed to the kids menu to order the pancakes and thought what a big portion for a kid's meal but didn't know it was an adult portion until the bill came. My nine year-old ordered lemonade, which came in a 16 ounce plastic cup consisting mostly of ice. The server offered a refill Which we okayed, but when the bill came,it was five dollars per serving. $10 because there are no free refills, although that is not listed in the menu or told to us by the server . She got a refill after about a few sips since it was almost full with ice. No free refills we discovered when the bill came. My 14-year-old ordered a sprite and it came in a bottle. That was $5 too although we didn't know it until the bill came and he got a "refill" so that's pretty expensive. We will come back, but hopefully the servers will be a little bit more attentive and forthcoming. This was the old Kitchen Table which was always full, had great food, and good service.
