    Chicken sandwich

Best chicken sandwich in town. Grilled or fried, you can't go wrong. I prefer grilled, but I won't say no to fried! I love their homemade chips. Their mustard selection is top tier. Omg. I loveeeee mustard. Love that your order ticket is based on pop culture. Service is fast. I like that there's plenty of bar seating, but they also have lots of table areas to eat as well.

Obsessed with this place. Food is always incredible, service is super good and the whole vibe is overall laid back and dive bar vibey. I always try something new when coming back and the wings and chicken wrap are my fav. Philly cheesesteak is also very good. Husband loves their burgers and grilled chicken sandwich.

Best tots in San Diego? I decided to stop by on a Sunday afternoon because my wife wanted some tots and rumor on the street is they have the best ones. Walked in to a cozy, welcoming spot where the Green Bay Packers game was on every TV and the fans were packed in with their Jerseys on. We nuzzled our way to the bar where we were greeted immediately with a smile and a couple of coasters. If you're going on a game day, expect the same BUT don't let that deter you- There's tons of outdoor seating, so we sat outside to beat the crowded scene. We opted for the Philly Cheesesteak and their tots with a Coke. The food was made fresh and the cook was nice enough to bring our food out to us but, usually they call your number inside and you grab it from the pick up window. On to the food, as a native east coaster my Philly Cheesesteak Standards are pretty high but, they are truly hard to come by out here so I was excited to try it. It doesn't have that northeast flavor I grew up with but it could definitely hit the craving mark if you have one. I would order it again! Now, I know you've been dying to hear about these tots. Every bite was crunchy, it was crispy, it was salty, everything you could possibly want in a fried potato. Personally, I wouldn't say it was the best in SD but I can definitely see the appeal. Their crunch to potato ratio is 80/20 so SUPER crunchy. Definitely worth stopping by to check it out! Would we come here again? Definitely, to try something else on their menu and try something from their large draft menu.

We were on vacation, were into 70's nostalgia stuff. So naturally when thinking about lunch , I searched "Regal Beagle" bam! Had to go! Did not disappoint. Bar tender/owner (I think) was a damn delight. I explained what kind of beer I like. He nailed it! If you're ever in the area 5 stars would recommend. If I lived there it would be my go to bar.

    Tap list!!!! So dope!!!

Oh My Beagle!!! This place is delicious!!! Decided to give it a try and I'm grateful we did. It's definitely an old looking bar, seat yourself and order at the bar. Nice tap list, the food is so bomb!! We had the beagle burger which is huge, the beagle junior is just as delicious just smaller, burger wrap and chicken tenders with fries were perfect and the onion rings....chefs kiss!! Staff is really nice and there's enough parking! This place would make Jack, Janet and Chrissy proud!!!

Great local bar with awesome food and an amazing rotating selection of beers. And if you're a Green Bay Packers fan, it's the place to be at game time!

I think I found my new place for wings and their special is awesome! The theme of this pub is based on 3s companies, and I think it's a cool little spot for wings and beers. On Thursdays they have $1 wings and it's worth the price. Wings came out pipping hot and fresh and crunchy did not need to request well done like I have to do for some other places. Service is straight forward order at the front, pick up food at the window so it's easy and streamlined. It wasn't too busy when I went and there's plenty of seating. I'll for sure be back!

The best gastropub with local and import beer.

Been coming here a long time. A great place to come by yourself or meet friends. Great for groups. Their food menu has grown from sausages to include a killer wedge salad. Mostly there is one bartender to serve everyone. I've gone to 2:3 bars owned by the owner. This Regal Beagle is a favorite minus the bartender having a full blow conversation with a customer while 6 people stood in line waiting to be served, however she did keep the bar opened after midnight. She won't be home until 1 am since a bunch of beer guzzling folks were there.

Come for Thursday for the $1 wings. That's right folks, just $1! The wings are pretty flavorful and came out quickly. I really enjoyed the wet rub wings, especially the Thai chili flavor. My least favorite was the lemon pepper, which was a bit sour for me. Are they the best wings I've ever had? Probably not. Did they hit the spot? Absolutely. Would I return for the great wing deal? Definitely! Great selection of beers to pair the wings with as well. Reasonable prices for all the beers. Great service.

Triple X Carolina Reaper. Went to my happy place eating these.
    Michael H.

The wings were very good and perfectly made. Nice spicy sauces and good dry rubs. The triple x wings are perfectly spiced and delicious I recommend for all the spice lords. They have an excellent bartender who was very good at her job and friendly. It's a divey chill bar, not too busy or loud, it's like the perfect place to go get a beer in San Diego. I'm definitely coming back for their wings.

Decided to have a quick bite and drink on a Saturday afternoon. We found this place via Yelp so we decided to give it a try. You order food at the bar and pickup from a window next to the kitchen. Lots of beers on tap and solid pub food. The sausages we got definitely hit the spot. I opted for the sausage of the month, which was a jalapeno kielbasa. The tater tots were also good. The outdoor patio is a bit separate from the restaurant/bar and the furniture definitely needs some freshening up and a new coat of paint. Food was quick and they announce it over the speaker who's order is ready. No one will serve or checkup on you if you're at the patio, so just expect that.

Came for a quick bite before picking up our Son from the airport. I chose this place because the reviews were good, it's a sports bar and it seemed like a very low key place . First off it is a "Packers" bar so plenty of fans filled this pub in what was a game night. We found a spot at the bar that some kind young men moved to make room for us. Chatted with a few of the fans while we ordered food. Don't let the casual atmosphere deter their food was so good! We started off with lemon pepper dry rub chicken wings which were very tasty. Oh they also have quite an extensive craft beer menu with seltzers and ales as well. I think I also saw an espresso martini on the menu. But mostly beers no hard liquor. We tried the North Coast IPA yummy! We also ordered the platter of sausages that came with cheese, peppers and onions and sauerkraut and they have a condiment area with a wide variety of mustards WOW so good! So many things on the menu we can't wait to try out next time!

Our bartender Mike was great, and may Mai Thai ($14) defiantly did what it needed to do. It was sweet, strong and served with the cutest bear-shaped glass with a beautiful purple flower on top. One drink had a girl feeling tipsy. We ordered from the late-night "midnight Bites" menu, which was the only thing we could choose from at the hour of our visit. Everything we selected was really good. Wed got the Frito Pie ($12), Chicken thigh tenders ($7), and Tots ($7). The frito pie presentation was my second favorite part (after the bear glass drink), It came in a all-clad style bowl with the chip bag cut open inside, loaded with Texas-style chilli, melted nacho cheese, and shredded cheese. It was so good I even started adding tots in there too. The tots and Thigh tenders had the perfect crisp! They have sweet and sour chili sauce for dipping with the chicken which was fab! The retro decor made the place even better. I loved seeing the old Blockbuster VHS tapes and music cassettes displayed around the bar. My little eye also spot the Dallas Cowboys flag! Texas energy is definitely in the house. There's also a small arcade area in the back, and my eyes instantly lit up seeing PAC-Man. We didn't get to fully explore the game room because we were trying to make it to Ghirardelli Ice cream & Chocolate shop for dessert before they closed at midnight too. Thankfully everything worked out perfectly since our car was parked right in front of Ghirardelli. NO military discount was honored here even though the owner is a veteran, but overall I still had a really good experience and would definitely come back whenever I'm in the Gaslamp district in SD, Cali. (Oops posted it on a smoke shop in Texas. This review was meant to be shared here) Update: Response to owner: Joe V. That was the best response from any owner I have ever received!!!
