Open concept with view of the ocean with outdoor seating and live music . The Wedge is located at the beginning of the boardwalk by the inlet. This is great place for drinks and music , not so sure on the food. The reviews are not the best on Yelp and the menu wasn't really appealing to us , nor the neighboring tables food. The views of the inlet are phenomenal with the ocean breeze blowing the cool air and salty scent ! Go for drinks bonus points for RAR Nanticoke Nectar on draft!

Dinner by the water with good drinks and music. Enjoyed the rockfish sandwhich with fries. The fries were heavy on the old bay/spice. The atmosphere makes the place amazing- view of the water from the bar seat. The waitresses were attentive and friendly and were able to get us in and out quickly to watch the festival we came for.

The view is spectacular to overlook the water while on the roof. The food was really good, we loved the goat cheese balls and my wedge was delicious. The kids meals were plentiful as well. The service was a little lacking especially when there was barely anyone there and we had used plates that we were done with, we were running out of space at our table and they sat most of our meal.

Great ambiance and summer vibes with outdoor seating for lunch or drinks by the water. The food was relatively mediocre. The blackened shrimp on the tacos was seasoned perfectly but put on a cold tortilla with unmelted cheese, so the tacos were cold except for the shrimp. Would have been great if heated. The pirate juice was great. The sangria was just wine in a half filled glass with fruit; it would have been better with ice and some OJ and sprite mixed in. Would come back for rum drinks and appetizers or bar food but would probably stay in that lane on the menu. Enjoyed the vibe overall!

During my long weekend here for the music festival I wanted a place to sit down and relax and have food other than a hot dog from the boardwalk and we found this place tucked in Great view of the ocean and open seating so it'd perfect beach seating Drinks are well done and the food was great! The conch fritter was yummy and my friend who had the chicken salad sandwich not pictured was delicious too Friendly staff but definitely got really busy and given it's the festival crowd hence why I won't even ding that because we still got helped just fine I wasn't in any rush

Checked out the Wedge for a nice evening dinner. They have a small parking lot on the side of the building, that was nice. Restaurant is essentially on a deck by the water, great views and is really highlighted during the summer months, they do have indoor seating for those curious. Started out with a couple drinks and got the Conch Fritters for an app, those were my favorite part of the meal. Very tasty and absolutely loved the citrus mustard dipping sauce it came with, star of the show. For our entrees we got the Dirty Bird which was their grilled chicken with some bacon, arugula, tomato and an herb truffle mayo, wife enjoyed. I got the Rockfish sandwich. Really nice piece of fish with some tomato, red onion and some cilantro tartar on a bun. Fries were excellent as well. Service was attentive and friendly but my wife was very disappointed that a place called the Wedge would not have this type of salad, evidently they ran out of iceberg lettuce, that simply cannot happen. All in all, not a bad place to check out in the area looking for a fresh, local spot.

Went off season (may) during the carshow and we were able to sit immediately at the inside bar. We were going to sit outside but it was too windy. Group ordered apps and drinks. Service was good. My chicken wings were amazing. Very delicious. Cooked to perfection. Pretzel bites with beer cheese were good and the seasoned fries were a little to seasoned. But good experience. This will definitely be packed during the summer.

The best blackened Tuna Taco I've ever had ! Service is incredible and the view is one in a million facing Assateague Island and on the Ocean and Bay !!! The Schizophrenic Boogiemen are playing and they are the best trio classic rock band in Ocean City ! This place belongs on your bucket list !

Stopped here on the recommendation of a couple of locals. This is the former Frog Bar at the end of the boardwalk down on the inlet. New outdoor area with an outdoor bar and outdoor dining area. Ordered a Boat Drink while at the bar which wasn't too bad, following it up with a Crown & Diet. Bartender was nice and attentive, and got us our orders quickly.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today. Our server, Mary, was terrific! The conch fritters were amazing, as was the General's Shrimp Flatbread. We both enjoyed the flavorful cilantro tartar sauce that accompanied the fritters the best but the citrus mustard wasn't bad either. The microgreens were a nice touch. The grilled shrimp, sweet honey-sesame glaze, goat cheese crumbles, sautéed broccoli, and crispy wonton strips were nicely balanced flavors on the flatbread, no flavor was too dominant. The drinks were cool and delicious. We'll be back again.

While in Ocean City my wife, my son and two dogs had lunch at The Wedge. The food and drinks were fantastic. We had the General Shrimp flatbread as an appetizer and I had the skirt steak sandwich, which was fantastic. Topped off with an Orange Crush which is great on a nice summer day. Such a great outdoor restaurant on the inlet! This is the perfect casual spot to enjoy a drink and some apps while looking out over the water in the inlet. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant if you love to be outside while drinking, eating and soaking up the sun. There's limited shade so plan accordingly! read more

Perfect impromptu mini date as the kids were on the boardwalk! Amazing view. Even spotted a pony and free parking below! The Wedge Bar and Grill in Ocean City is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious bites and a relaxed atmosphere. If you want dinner with a view, then this is it! Very clean restaurant and the food was delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. The French fries are soooo good and I think the ranch is homemade, it is very good. My kids enjoyed the hot dog and chicken tenders, husband and I liked our salads. Beautiful outside space right on the inlet with amazing views. We were seated immediately with very attentive waitstaff. Large cocktail selection with beautiful outside bar area on deck. Food can out quick and fresh. French fries seasoned perfectly. Tasty cheeseburger and delicious lobster roll. Great live music. Definitely a fun spot to hang out out with good food and drinks. The best thing going for this place is the awesome setup, reasonable drink prices, and the view of Assateague with a constant breeze (it's outdoors with plent of shade). The food is very good, but it's the combination of all three things above that will keep us coming back every trip. They will give you JO instead of Old Bay if you ask for Old Bay on your fries, but JO is better so great! Burgers are large, half pound and good quality, fries are crispy and you can taste the potato nicely. My daughter liked her vegan burger but wished they had a quality burger substitute like Impossible or Beyond, rather than using two portobello mushrooms as the burger. But she liked it because of the creative topping they added. $5 shooters are nice, we like the blue one best. Live music around happy hour, with great happy hour bargains - especially considering the view! read more

I really enjoyed the cocktails and the pretzel and cheese bites! I got the ciabatta chicken sandwich - I wish the bread was more toasty so it would complement the sandwich more. It felt like they pulled it out of the bag and it made the sandwich a little bit dry. The fries were amazing. read more

I ordered 6 chicken wings for $14.00. Obviously commercially frozen then deep fried. All breading and grizzle. Worst wings I ever had. Enjoyed atmosphere and drinks but food was terrible. I didn't eat the wings and paid after tipping kind server. I will never go back for the food. Two stars for the atmosphere. read more

I had a group of 49 people and reached out to the Wedge to see if they can accommodate us. They were so nice and accommodating to ensure we were able to get all of our group in, seated near each other and were even able to do separate checks for a Saturday evening reservation! The service at the restaurant was great and the food and drinks were amazing! The waitresses were super helpful and friendly. The view and atmosphere were also great as well! read more

Celebrated my husbands 60th birthday at The Wedge this past weekend, and the team there made sure everything was perfect even making special accommodation on the spot for dietary restrictions! Our private space was ready when we arrived, the sunset views were amazing, as was the food and drinks! Of note the crab flatbread was the hit of the party!! The bartenders were excellent! A huge shout out to the Manager who checked in on every detail, from assuring the bus was parked safely, to reserving our special spot, and continued attention throughout the party! It was a perfect night!! We'll be back for sure!!! read more

He even helped me gain some more insight on bringing a large party there later this year. He got me in touch with one of the managers and I am currently coordinating with them. The people were very nice and service was fine even with the lost order. The booths were small and the overall appearance looked old. It's probably and good place for margaritas and beer. Last summer was my first visit after seeing some friends recommend and following them on social media. We had their longboard wings, veggie wrap and jerk chicken wrap. Everything was DELICIOUS! On Wednesday of this week I stopped in for lunch with my dog and we sat on the 'boardwalk' which is what they call part of their outdoor section. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They offer a water bowl and a complimentary piece of bacon for the pups. My dog was thrilled as you can see by one of the pics =) On this visit I tried the wrinkled green been app and the St. Croix chopped salad. Both were very good. My dog ordered the kids burger plain with no bun. He had no complaints! I stole his fries which were yummy. Luke was our server on my most recent visit. He provided excellent service! He even helped me gain some more insight on bringing a large party there later this year. He got me in touch with one of the managers and I am currently coordinating with them. Overall, this is one of my favorite restaurants in OC and can't wait to come back in a couple months!

When they expanded and put the bar on a different side, it opened the restaurant up a lot and made it so much more enjoyable. Very kid friendly with good kids meals.
