Try to buy my son's first car here. Obviously he's young and he does not have a lot of money and long long gone are the days where dealership will negotiate prices. The salesman on the phone insisted he would try to work on the price of the car. Little did I know what he meant. When it was time to purchase the car, the paperwork came in at the thousand dollars over the advertise price. When I asked what this was, he said it was an aftermarket alarm that they install on all cars. I explained that I do not wish the aftermarket alarm and they need to take it off but he refused only after intense talks. Did they take off the aftermarket alarm and the thousand dollars and brought the price back down to the advertise price. Not worth the scam. Buy elsewhere read more

I went to test drive a 4Runner TRD PRO last week. I was told I couldn't test drive it unless I was going to buy it. I will say I didn't argue with the salesman. I simply got into my 3rd generation 4Runner and drove away. I'm in the market for a new rig and simply want to try a few out before I buy something new. I also want to wait for the rates to drop a bit. As much as I love supporting my local businesses, customer service certainly plays a factor in where I spend my money and their lack of customer service just drove me away from doing business with them. I wanted to love this dealership and the people but once a few days passed after my purchase of a used 2022 GR86 Premium I realized the tires weren't the OEM tires or anywhere near the same quality.
