Amazing! We didn't quite believe all the 5-star reviews until trying this off-the-beaten-path food truck. The brisket is fantastic. The tortillas are hand made (not sent through a machine). The vegetable taco was loaded with unexpected vegis with the perfect seasoning. We'll be back. Because you eat outside in a little playground area with picnic benches, it can get pretty hot mid-summer. You can call ahead and Tia will have your food waiting. read more

Update: I have been going to Tia's regularly. The food is always superb. I have tried everything on the menu and there are no weak spots. I had the quesadillas today - smoked chicken - and I will have again. She sometimes has tortilla soup. Take a pot and make a deal for it all. You won't be sorry. Do yourself a favor ... drive another half mile past the shiny, new Torchy's in Belterra Village and head to Tia's. This place is great! We are from Boerne and moved here about a year ago. We have been trying to find an amazing Breakfast taco spot and I can assure you after today, this is our spot! The flour tortillas are homemade and delicious. They stuff the tacos! I also loved both the green and red salsa. We got a breakfast quesadilla for our two year old and that was a huge hit as well! We recently discovered this gem of a food truck a few weeks ago and the only thing I'm not happy about is that I didn't find it sooner. So far we've only gotten the breakfast tacos, but plan to get lunch soon! The breakfast tacos have so much flavor and are huge. I usually can only eat just one, but I always order a couple more just in case. The Migas taco is one of my favorites, the shreds of the crunchy tortilla are always crisp, which always surprises me that shes able to keep them crispy and not let them get soggy. I also always get the bean and cheese and the potato egg and cheese, both delicious. Not only are the tacos awesome but the salsa is my favorite. I would buy bottles of both if I could. She makes a red and a green one and I'm not sure which is my favorite. The green is spicy with so much garlic, which I love. The red has the tons of flavor and is the perfect consistency, I'm not a fan of chunky salsas and this one is blended perfectly. Can't wait to try some lunches soon! read more

The menu prices online are different from what they charge you when you pick up the order. Check your receipts because they charged me for an extra $4 taco I didn't order or receive. They gave me the $4 back because I pointed it out but wouldn't refund me the $6.25 difference in pricing from the online menus to whatever they posted at the truck. When calling in orders from the online menu they should've honored that price. Imagine how many people are getting charged extra and not knowing it? read more

Can I give 500 stars? This place was absolutely amazing. My wife and I went looking for tacos for lunch near her office and happened to find this place in the area. They are hands-down the best tacos that we've ever had in the United States, and my wife is from Mexico. I highly recommend you visit this food truck even if it means driving a little extra. Decided to try this place out after they had been open for 3 days. Unfortunately they had run out of the smoked chicken by the time I got there. I ordered a chicken taco, pork enchiladas and chicken enchiladas. My favorite was the chicken taco, but everything was very good even the salsas! Service was friendly and fast.
