Ordered the #12 (half chicken / half beef plate) with brown rice to go. I have to say, the amount of food I got for the price was exceptional. So much that I saved some for the next day. For the plate, I would recommend 3 of the teriyaki sauce at a minimum since it does not look like they marinate the meat before cooking. Without enough sauce, it may lack a little flavor. However, the orange chicken was so delicious: the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and had a nice tang and sweetness from the pineapple that enhances its flavor. Ok wow. This is a hidden gem in an unassuming plaza in Orange. The prices are affordable, portions are great and flavor is on point. All plates come with an egg roll, shredded cabbage salad and white or brown rice. You can also ask to add green onions for garnish. It's prob flank or something but it's a bit thicker than I normally find at a teriyaki joint. The volcano chicken was surprisingly good. Has a sweet spicy glaze over fried chicken chunk. I saw they even had a shrimp version and I think I want to try that one next. The sauce tastes similar to this Korean sweet chili fried shrimp dish. Due to this being such a popular and affordable place, yes the wait is very long. Their phone orders are non stop. So if you don't have time, don't order and give the workers a hard time.
