We were here on a Wednesday afternoon for a quick late lunch bite. So there was no performances, or huge crowd. Just a very laid back outdoor patio, us and some really good deep fried food. This is a great hangout place!! My boyfriend really enjoyed their arcade machines in the back of the bar. Him and his friends spent about $50 alone on one machine so we were there for quit a while. Four stars for having some of the best prices for a night out in Nashville. Pretty standard college-y, young adult bar, but it was a nice break from $18 cocktails. Easy and quick service even with it being really busy on a Friday night. Band wasn't the greatest but I really enjoyed the hip hop/pop mix on the other side of the bar. Can be a tight squeeze, especially in the bathroom hallway. Very long line but was able to skip it, wouldn't have waited otherwise. Would definitely go back for drinks. read more

I love going to tin roof, solely for the bartenders tbh. They always provide the best customer service and are very attentive! They are always super excited when me and my friends walk through the door. The green room girls especially are always so sweet and always suggest the best drinks and shots ! They truly are the reason i have been coming back every weekend for the past 8 years lol. The bartenders are genuinely the only reason i overlook the messed up toilets and doors and small TVs and them having no booths in the green room. The talent they get here is absolutely unbelievable. They have some of the best musicians in Nashville come and play here. It's a great place to hangout, listen to great music, have a few drinks, and enjoy. Sometimes it's super packed while others it's very empty. The service is great and the workers are very nice. I always came here never had a problem. The bartenders were always welcoming... the security guard was talking about his penis size to me.. It was quite awkward and I just ignored it.. Then he was trying to sale cocaine to my friend, and my friend politely declined.. I ordered drinks go to the bathroom come back before I even got to touch my product or anything. The security guard tells me I have to leave really aggressively.. I said well can I get a refund because I didn't get served with my drinks or anything and he was just not very pleasant. The security guards never get reprimanded, this is why they act the way they do. They never have consequences. There's no reason why security guard needs a sexual harass a customer..
