    Chicharrones

Great place. Have you tried the chicharrones. If not it's a must, fresh fried pork skins. My grandsons favorite. Food is good. Always able to find something new and tasty. If you order a house margarita be prepared - they are pretty heavy handed on the taquilla. Nice place, but a little noisy. So if you want to talk try to get a table as far from the bar as possible. A good food at a reasonable price.

Stopped in with a large group for lunch and sat at the bar. Menu had a couple of vegetarian options which was good to see. Grabbed a couple of tacos, the cowgirl and the mushroom taco on flour tortillas. Cowgirl was ok, but the mushroom burger was really good. The actual flour tortillas they used could have been much better quality. Grabbed a side of the black beans and rice. They mixed them into a single side which was nice, very tasty. Large assortment of hot sauces always makes me happy.

Everyone is getting on the birria taco train, and these are FABulous!

The birria de res tacos with au jus dipping sauce were FANTASTIC! The warm chips and salsa are still the best, and the margaritas were perfectly mixed and so, so good! Mmm, can't wait to go back!

I was invited to dinner by a cousin as she knows I love tacos. This place was really nice. We had about two waitstaff outside of our waitress check in on us which gave us GREAT customer service. The drinks were strong!!! While the price per taco is a little up there, they have a lot of varieties to choose from. Of the ones I had, the Greek taco was my favorite! I did not enjoy the lettuce wrap - I would have preferred an actual wrap with my taco ingredients inside the lettuce versus a lettuce boat with the ingredients placed on top.

Nice selection of modern Mexican food. Enchiladas, burritos, tacos everything you need and more. Quick friendly service i got the carne asada and Greek taco. The carne asada meat was excellent, soft but slightly chewy and flavors were great. Both pretty large tacos for a pretty good price. Would recommend.

First of all, our waitress Jordan was Awesome! (Thank you ma'am! ) Second. The food and the drinks were so good! We ordered the salsa and guacamole to start, the birria tacos and the cowgirl. Those were awesome. As far as the drinks...woooo! The key lime colada and the mixed berry colada. We will definitely be going back! It's a bit of a drive for us to Greenville but that experience is definitely worth it.

    Margarita flight on the rocks

Food and customer service outstanding My family and I visited here from GA. We started off with trio dip (queso, black bean and salsa- you can choose your spice in the salsa mild or medium. We went with medium wasn't too spicy). Drinks order was white sangria (does have Brandy in it) and the margarita flight (on rocks) best from the flight was pineapple and surprisingly jalapeño. Food order was chicken nachos, bang bang shrimp taco, cowgirl taco(delicious choice for vegetarians), street corn (off the cob needed just a little bit more seasoning) mcfishin in lettuce wraps and the shroom. Let's just say when we left we asked when they coming to GA (lol).

Guys' days don't happen often, so when I got the chance to borrow one of my dad's Harleys and make the two-hour ride, I jumped at it. Willy Taco calls itself "chef-driven Mexican fusion," and honestly, they delivered. I ordered the Patagonia Steak tacos with marinated steak, charred tomatillos, chimichurri slaw, chipotle ranch and crispy onions. Definitely punching above the weight class I expected from a South Carolina taco joint bc everything was delicious The chips and salsa were great, service was great, and everything on the plate hit. Maybe I was just in a particularly good mood after spending the day riding with my dad and brother, but this one was an easy win. If you're in Greenville, Willy Taco is absolutely worth checking out.

The cheese sauce was good, everything else...not so much. I ordered the Patagonia steak corn taco. It was actually pretty good. My mom had the carne asada bowl which came with a fried cheese tortilla. Turns out it comes with flour tortilla, so she asked for corn. Up until the point of eating the corn tortilla, which came later during the meal, she rated the food a 2.5. After tasting the tortilla, which she ate in its entirety, she still says 2.5. Lots of grease and cheese. I guess if I had to give my taco a rating it is closer to a 5 and it's not a solid 5 because it was a messy eat . The experience was cool. The seating was dirty but the young lady quickly cleaned it. Our server Aidan was super pleasant and friendly.

Chips and salsa are not complimentary, but you do get these cute little wagon wheel looking chips called duros. They're like puffed air and remind me of pork rinds but not as crunchy and probably made from flour. The drinks are all delicious and strong. The margaritas are small but watch out, they'll sneak up on you! Lots of options. They specialize in tequila and mezcal with flights as an option. The bar is the spot to be; bartenders are friendly and they have small TVs to watch whatever sports are in season. The atmosphere is a little lacking in my opinion, but it's all about the food. Food is delicious and the portions are larger than expected. We got the chips and queso, Heidi's Flautas, soup of the day, and the Birria Egg Rolls. Too much food for 2 people so we took some home. Location is in a strip mall; parking is tight and can be a challenge. We won't let that stop us though! We will be back for those delicious Birria Egg Rolls and margaritas!
