The service was fast and friendly. I showed up without an appointment, and they were able to help me immediately. I had a self-tapping sheet metal screw which had punctured my tire near the sidewall. Rather than gouge me for the price of a new tire they were able to put in a plug/patch which is holding up just fine. They topped off all the other tires without asking. All said and done, it cost me $20. Multiple people came in while I was waiting for my tire to be fixed. They all received excellent service, and the guy working the desk (wish I could remember his name) went out of his way to make sure one lady was safe until she could bring her car back after work. These guys apparently also mic your rotors for free and can do other work. Not to be confused with the auto repair with whom they share the same building. After reading all those positive reviews, I decide to go there to fix my flat tire. I guess, you don't get the best deal in town. BUT... BUT... "You got what you paid for!" :-) They have the special adapter for their floor jack, so that they can deal w/ Tesla. YES, not all 'gas station around the corner' can work on a Tesla after the silly driver bump in to a nail. Just a FYI for Tesla driver out there. read more

I had set up an appointment for an oil change at 3:30 when I showed up, the guy said they can't take me, because they are running late. So they ask if I can reschedule. So I did, but I asked that they need to make sure that they don't cancel me again. The guys said he can not promise that. As I was talking about this situation, the person who works in the garage and does the oil change said he can do it and that it's fine. The scheduler told him it's not his business and to go outside. I then asked if they can call me to let me know if they can't do the oil change instead of having me come like I did today and found out they can't do it. He again said no. This makes no sense, how you can run a business, and can't schedule things properly or call your customer if you're late or need to cancel. I hope the owner reads this and fire the guy who does the schedule, because he's losing a lot of business. The guys is the older guy, not the young one (he's great), I know because I've been coming here for 2-3 years. read more

Recently I needed new tires on both my vehicles. I'd heard of Tire Time so I gave them a try. My first visit was great. Jessie ordered the tires for my van and had them replaced in a couple hours. My second visit they replaced the shocks on my van, I scheduled an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived and had the work done quickly! My third visit I dealt with Mark, I needed tires replaced on my truck on a Friday afternoon before I headed out of town. He took care of it and had the tires replaced before they closed that day. I needed the front brakes replaced. I was given a quote of about $395.00. The Floor manager stated that he would give me a price of $280.00, so I accepted. I left the car the following day. When I went to pick it up, I was told I needed rotors, and the new price was about $395. I wasn't happy at that point, but the work had been done and I paid that amount. A couple of months ago I got a nail in my tire. I noticed as I was driving my husband to the hospital for an emergency out patient procedure. Roadside came and switched it out with spare. The next day we were leaving to Tahoe for my dad's memorial service. Just too much... I live close to Tire Time and called the evening before I left. The gentleman I spoke with was so courteous and sympathetic to my needs. Tire repair cost was perfect. We dropped off tire in need of repair in the morning and got ready for our trip. On our way out we stopped by and they quickly switched out repaired tire with spare for no extra charge. It was a very tough time for my family and Tire Time made it a lot less challenging. From tire punctures, to rotations, to new sets of tires, their service is great, they're realistic about waiting times which aren't bad at all, prices are great and after-sales service is spot on. In took my truck here for the alignment. They told me $90 total. After an hour wait. Inspect my truck and said $50 for inspection. To repair alignment $1,800. I took my truck to Freeman alignment. Do all the work and alignment for $450. Waste of time and pay $50 for nothing. read more

Having an expensive sports car that needed speciality tires I was a little worried about going there. But, they came highly recommended by my mechanic. I called on the phone because I figured the tires needed to be ordered. Made an appointment and when I showed up the tires were there. The car also needed a smog check. There is a smog station a few doors down from the Warehouse. These guys mounted and balanced the tires, then did an alignment, and then took the car to the smog check for me. Called me when all was done. The car was back at the Warehouse with smog check done and I only had one bill to pay. How good is that? I had noticed a bubble on the side wall of my tire the night before so I looked into it, and it was a safety hazard where my tire could've popped at any moment. I had to replace my front right tire immediately! I was planning to take it into the dealership where I recently got my new tires mounted, but given the time they opened it was inconvenient for me. I looked up spots in the area and this one popped up: 5 star rating, reviews were all positive, hours of operation were convenient, everything seemed great. With no appointment, I showed up the next morning and the customer service was outstanding. The work they did on my car was quality and time efficient. Plus the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely got me in and out before I had to start my Monday routine. I pass by this place all the time when I'm on Story. I busted my mirror on Friday and drove to Tire and Wheel on a whim hoping they could fix it. They did! They had to order the mirror in and on Monday they put the mirror back in place. It took less than a half hour. A man named Jesse helped me out. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.
