I got a breakfast burrito. That thing was MASSIVE. Look at the pictures. It's as big as my forearm!!! *shocked face* It had to have weighed a good couple of pounds. I certainly couldn't eat it all so I saved the other half for my husband when he woke up. I got shredded beef as the meat choice. I thought that was different than the usual bacon, ham or sausage. It was a yummy beef and I really enjoyed it but next time I will get without onions and peppers; just a personal preference. I'd also like to try one with bacon or sausage. The girl who took my order and the cook were both super friendly.

Dang this burrito was so darn flavorful! I highly recommend! The girl helping me out was such a sweetheart. Although it's too small and tight inside, they have do have outdoor seating.

Oh my -- one of the best tortas I've ever eaten! So many tortas, the bread is too dry and crispy. Everything falls to crumbs right away, it spears your mouth, etc. This was actual decent bread that was a delight to eat. This sandwich was loaded with toppings: ham, bbq pork, avocados, onions, lettuce. They served it piping hot, and the price was right at $13. Filling, but also not so heavy that I felt like I couldn't go for a run in two hours.

Love how they listened to my request for extra salsas unlike other establishments that are stingy

I'm SUPER disappointed that I hadn't tried Tito's before! I had the pleasure of having a burrito from here and I was extremely satisfied with my experience ordering from here. After seeing so much hype about their breakfast burritos, one hungry afternoon I decided to place an order via Ubereats. It was well past breakfast time so I was craving a regular burrito. I went with their supreme asada burrito which besides the rice, beans, and meat, also includes avocado, sour cream and cheese. I ordered lunch for my brothers as well and they ordered an asada supreme burrito, a carnitas quesadilla, and an asada quesadilla. I also requested extra sauces and a side of chiles toreados. Upon receiving my meal everything looked great! My order was accurate, food looked and smelled delicious, and dont even get me started on the portions! My burrito was HUGE!! It could've easily weighed anywhere from 2-3 pounds. The quesadillas were also generously sized. Now in terms of taste, I'm very picky when it comes to carne asada and this asada passed the vibe check! Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area in search of a good burrito and I'll definitely be back!

This is a cute little spot for breakfast burritos or a quick lunch break if you're in the area. The food is made fresh and served fast, with large portions. I'm a big eater and made the mistake (or blessing) of ordering two things on the menu..and yes, I finished it all, but I was stuffed! Definitely worth your buck. I came on a weekday hoping to try their ceviche, but it's only available on Sundays. So instead, I ordered the shrimp tacos and an asada tostada, both were so good! Next time, I'll probably re-order the tostada; it reminds me of home. They offer mild or spicy salsa on the side.. of course I went for spicy (because that's the only way to go), and yes, it's actually spicy! There's only outdoor seating, and it's pretty limited, so it's more of a take-out spot. Also, Just a heads up: they only take cash, Zelle, or Cash App.

*** Cash only but accept Zelle or Cash app *** Tito's Restaurant is one of local neighborhood Mexican take-out only eateries located near The 4th Street Corridor (aka Retro Row) in Long Beach. This burrito shop has a surprisingly active Instagram page. [Parking]: Street parking only and parking can be next to impossible even if visitors come as early as shop opening time. I did manage to find one street parking spot about one block away (Orange Ave). [Amenities]: There are only two small outdoor patio tables with no indoor seating. No public restroom. [Menu]: This shop is known for breakfast burrito with different protein options including no meat, chorizo (popular option), ham, bacon, sausage, and shredded beef. Other options include chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, quesadillas, tostadas, tacos, spoes, mulitas, and regular burritos. I just tell the staff I want *** insert protein *** burrito with everything. On sunday they offer ceviche menu. *** Asada burrito (eggs, beans, potato, onion, cilantro, hot sauce - $10 with addition $1 add on for cheese, sour cream, avocado): Classic bean and egg burrito and the size is HUGE with enough for two separate meals. Unfortunately flavor profile was alright and mild salsa was also mediocre. *** A great spot for anyone who looking for a budget friendly burrito that can (1) fill your stomach and (2) doesn't taste too bad, but there are better breakfast burrito options in Long Beach for those who are willing to pay few additional bucks.

I've tried to eat here four times. One of the four times there was no parking anywhere within walking distance. I drove around for 15mins before giving up. The other three times, they were not open even though it was during their posted business hours. I'm giving up. I heard this spot has seriously good breakfast. Such a bummer.

Service was great! I was immediately greeted by the young lady and young man working. I ordered a chorizo and bacon breakfast burrito with sour cream for - $14.00 ! Burrito was huge, tasty and they weren't skimpy on anything! Nothing special about the ambiance, the restaurant is more like a deli only a counter, refrigerator with drinks and the kitchen. Nice clean tables and chairs are outside.

That's a damn fine breakfast burrito! Stiff competition for breakfast burritos in this area, but this one definitely rises above. I was skeptical about all the hype, but this burrito delivers. Only $10! What a value! It's larger than a dollar bill in length and width and even half of it filled up an entire glass lock container. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito meat option, and it was very good. There's great spice level in the burrito itself and the spicy salsa is actually spicy. I can tolerate a good amount of spice so I'm always disappointed when the "hot" sauce isn't that hot. The burrito is filled to the brim with eggs, cheese, potatoes, chorizo, onion, cilantro and beans. Sometimes beans and potatoes can be used as a filler to add less eggs and meat, but not here. They are just a little accent and the beans just barely smear the tortilla like a condiment, so they don't overpower the rest of the ingredients and it adds in a wonderful flavor to the overall mix in the burrito. Staff was nice and friendly and there was no line. I hope to come back and try the ceviche, tortas, and some of the other menu items.

This little gem of a spot feels like a home away from home. Very clean with outdoor seating! Family-run and full of heart, the food is rich with flavor! Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely come back! 10/10

Is the bakery back up and running?

Yes, I believe that they were back in the ending of 2021.

Do they have any vegan options?

    Yes

When are they opening again? It's been FOREVER. I'm starting to value Leo's breakfast burritos over Tito's anyways

They are back open and better than ever

    Why are they closed?

The sign in the door says that they're remodeling, with no reopening date listed. I hope it's soon.

Does this place actually sell pan dulce?

They are not selling pan dulce me at this time.

Nonna has become our go to bakery, our sweet retreat, and one of our favorite local brunch spots. Now, they even have happy hour and, during the summer, dinner (Nonna Summer Nights)! And all of the food is amazing. Seriously, truly legit! We buy bread from there each week. No more "big box store" bread you freeze. They make their bread fresh daily. They only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients with no preservatives. It's nice to look at an ingredient list and not see a paragraph for bread (and be able to pronounce all the names!). And their cupcakes and sweets. Yo, seriously so good. And the thing is, because of the ingredients they use, we don't feel heavy or overly wired after eating cake or cupcakes from them. From other places you can tell they use preservatives, refined sugars, processed ingredients. But with Nonna, you can just taste the difference. We even had them make our special cake for our wedding! We recently tried their dinner (twice!) and it exceeded expectations. Now, mind you, all of their food has always been good but our experience was amazing. Their prix fixe menu was well put together, wine pairings on point, dessert was also delicious. Our favorite was the tiramisu! Also loved the spaghattini and casarecce pastas, and entrecôte di manzo, but everything was great. Their brunch is also great, you really can't go wrong on the menu. And I think we've gone through almost all of it! Finally, (if you've stayed with me this long!) the absolute best thing about Nonna for us is the TEAM. Hands down no question. The food is good, space is a comfortable neighborhood vibe, and all that. But truly the folks here are amazing humans. Always friendly, warm, and welcoming. If the management team is reading this, you all have a great group of people there! We will definitely be back (again and again and again) and you should too!

Located in the quaint Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach, street parking was plentiful right outside the restaurant. We came around noon on Saturday, and thankfully despite their busy brunch rush we were seated immediately. Even though all of their seating is outdoors, tables are shaded by overhanging canopy and just added to the cute southern Italian bistro vibes of the place. The menu had a solid selection of both brunch and lunch items - I loved the Burrata di Campagna, which was flavorful with just the right amount of tart from the heirloom tomatoes. For my main meal I had to go with the Casarecce - one of their pastas that's made fresh in house daily. The braided pasta was wonderfully textured and soaked up all the pesto sauce without being overly oily, a perfect meal for a hot summer day. We finished our meal with a Nutella Croissant, from their artisan bakery that also makes their bread fresh every day. Perhaps I am a little biased, but the laminated dough was perfectly light and flaky, encasing a very generous filling of hazelnut chocolate cream. Our check at the end of the meal even came with a custom drawn postcard by one of the Nonna Mercato service staff - another present to add on to what was already a gift of a meal!
