Been coming to this location for the past 3 years and weekly for the past year. Certified Maxxinista here. They have a lot of variety especially Korean skincare! Love that you can bring your dogs in the store nationwide! Great way to socialize your shelter doggies. The past few months they've been understaffed. I try to come on my work from home days but learned to go in the morning. Weekday afternoon is still an hour wait. One time I waited 90 min. Today (Friday 7/19/24 1PM) I waited 30 min with my $60 worth of goods in my cart and only moved 4 people up. I got in line where the dodger and clippers tumbler and figurines are located. I left when I got at the phone cases. I stepped out of line and returned my items to the shelves. If there's a 50 person line, they need to stop asking customers to sign up for credit cards. Please please please hire more staff

Found this little beauty in Black at TJ Maxx Culver City for $129.** was told by Ryan I could not buy it; Since it was not a product in TJ Maxx's inventory and was a part of a Loss Prevention Incident. Googled the "brand and type"of purse and the same purse in the picture above being sold by TJ Maxx

Great deal at $ 9.99 !

I came here to buy a belt , socks, and undies on this visit and found everything ok but the checkout line was super long ! They had an adequate number of cashiers though and the line moved quickly ! I had to knock them down one star though because they tried the hard sell on the TJ Maxx Credit Card . I told the cashier nicely once no thank you and they kept bugging me about it. Finally I had to tell them I was late for work to speed up the checkout process - should not have had to !

I used to love shopping at Nordstrom Rack in the Fox Hills Mall (Westfield Culver City). I've been…read morea loyal customer for years and every visit I'd easily spend $400+ without any issues. Unfortunately, an experience about two years ago completely changed how I feel about this store. During my last visit, I was racially profiled and followed throughout the store by two asset protection employees (one male and one female). I have no idea why I was singled out. Despite being treated that way, I still purchased around $600 worth of items that day. What made it even more upsetting was seeing one of them waiting near the front door as I was leaving, as if they expected me to do something wrong. I even waved and laughed in disbelief because it was so obvious. He stood at the door after following me, once the second person started following me, then left that post after I walked out with my purchased items. What's even more frustrating is that I saw someone else (same ethnicity as the security that were following me) in the store actually stealing items, but because they were so focused on watching me, they completely ignored her. I saw her walk right out the door after stuffing her pockets and purse with stolen items. Unbelievable! That experience was disappointing. I left the store wishing I hadn't spent a dime there. Since then, I've never returned to that location. I even tried shopping at the Nordstrom Rack on Fig at 7th downtown recently, and unfortunately experienced the same thing, being followed around the store. Because of these experiences, I've decided I will no longer shop at Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom. No customer who is spending their hard-earned money should feel targeted or profiled while simply trying to shop. Prior to the incident where I was followed around the store, I had another frustrating experience at this location. On a previous visit, I purchased clothes and other items. When I walked out, the alarm at the door went off, but another customer was exiting at the same time so I assumed it was related to her purchase. I had two bags of clothes and other items, and didn't notice anything unusual when I quickly checked my bags. About a month later, when I went to wear one of the dresses, I discovered the security sensor was still attached. It was black and blended in with the dress, which is probably why I didn't notice it earlier. I then checked the other clothes and two more dresses that I hadn't worn yet and found that they also still had sensors attached, hidden on the slip of the dress. I returned to the store to have them removed, but initially the staff refused because I didn't have the receipt. Fortunately, I had used my Nordstrom credit card and they were able to look up the purchase and finally remove the sensors. This situation could have been avoided if the employee had properly checked the dresses (since they hide their sensors) before bagging them. These are higher-priced items that typically have sensors attached, so you would think staff would be trained to know where the sensors are placed. But I don't totally blame the staff because they were hidden. Why not make them visible? Why place a black sensor on a black dress? Customers shouldn't have to inspect their purchases for security tags after leaving the store. Goodbye, Nordstroms! It was fun while it lasted.

I was trying to make a quick run in, and this break wasn't listed on their website, so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to open back up. The blue gift wrap paper is going to be used to protect a family relic, (an OG Mr. Bingle-New Orleans folks know WHO or WHAT he is lol). And since the one I have is a keepsake from the OG Maison Blanche dept store from back in the day, I need to take that extra step to protect him-and the blue wrapping paper does just that. Lastly, I was in need of a few to go containers that transform into nice little packages for carry out grub These not only look nice and provide a few aesthetics, but will come in handy as I prepare to send more and more folks on their merry way with my Holy Bell Peppers! Did I mention CSA, or customer service All Star Edwin (pictured) led the way, particularly when it came to the body wash, which was in a different isle of the store from last time and thank goodness was no longer under lock and key!

Ross, please reevaluate your stance on these issues! Security is very ... proactive. I had spent a little *too much* time comparing hairdryers and was followed and cased. So closely, in fact, that I turned around and asked the guard's opinion on which hairdryer I should get, haha. She gave solid advice!

I understand being confused for the most part, but when we corrected the woman working at the fitting room, she gave my partner a very dirty look and insisted she was in the right. He (now feeling very awkward) went into the fitting room he was not comfortable in. When we checked out at the counter and returned an item, the two workers at the checkout were talking to each other and gave us a look to acknowledge us. They made no move to help up for another 5 minutes before finally turning around and checking us out. When the lady at the counter did so, she was extremely dismissive and rude and made me and my partner feel awkward and a bit in wrong, as if approaching her was the most offensive thing we had done that night. We love Ross and have always had good experiences there until tonight. We will not be returning, and we urge others to do the same.

As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Westfield Century City came to the rescue as it was about 7 miles away. Cool beans! Parking is plentiful. First hour of parking is free. Additional hours will be charged at the current rates accordingly. We were here for almost 5-6 hours. It went by really fast. It was our first time here so didn't know what to expect. Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. We grabbed a little something from Tosai Sushi, Poukei, AC Barbeque, Fuwa Teriyaki Grill, O'Gusto, and Massis Kabob. A few were good, but not all. Check out my reviews for each one. Thanks! After our lunch, we walked around to look for drinks and desserts. We indulged in a little something from Chamberlian Coffee, Chagee Modern Tea House, Cafe Knotted, Oakberry Acai, Wushiland Boba, K. Minamoto, and Bacio di Latte. Yes, we hit most of the good sweet spots. Yum! We weren't here to shop so didn't go into any clothing stores or boutique shops. Although, we did walk into a Pop Mart to satisfy my curiosity. Colorful store with interesting dolls. Didn't buy anything though. We barely scratched the surface at this mall. We hope to come back as a returning customer to some of the biz supported and be a new customer to other businesses that we haven't explored as of yet. See you here!
