First time trying this place. It looked nice and modern. My mom ordered a Champurrado latte, nothing like a champurrado taste. Waiter simply reheated the drink. We also ordered the chilaquiles, also came cold. My mom did not want to complain anymore, so we just ate them like that. We should have said something. We went to Toasted for the first time and it was so good. I was impressed with our server Breegan she was so attentive and welcoming. Honestly I'm so upset because I was so exited to come here with my bf. The first thing I ordered was a hot crème brûlée latte and when I got it it was so cold! The wait time for the food was even worse unfortunately it took 40-50 min for our food to come out and the servers didn't even bother to check on us. This pass Saturday 8/5/23 my daughter enlaw and I arrived early for breakfast to beat the rush . The complaint I have is this while we were seated finishing up our breakfast a older man ( worker) approached our table and says are you guys done eating and starts grabbing our dishes . I look at him and say are you rushing us out of here because you are being rude , his response I'm not being rude. Then he comes back and says do you need this side table still because we need it for a bigger party I get it you guys are getting busy but we are paying customers still. I have been there numerous times and have never had a experience like that before. But it was my daughter enlaws first time visiting and didn't sit well with the both of us.Please teach your workers the respectable way to approach your paying customers. Seemed like a nice new place to go until we got our food and drinks. The non spicy blood Mary was so spicy you couldn't even enjoy it. Then came to the food they don't know how to cook eggs so I had to send them back, got the order again and yet again eggs cooked wrong. The food was like the drink, so spicy over the top spicy it was not enjoyable. Ate about a quarter of our meals and that was forcing it. It is a never again for this spot. read more

Second time trying Toasted again. First time didnt go well because of service. Second time I recommended a company meeting and bragged on how good the the food was. But was embarrassed on the service . We didnt get silverware, we didnt get menus, I had to get up and get them. My coffee was warm and had to get it reheated. When I was done with my coffee it took along time to get another refill. Food is excellent but service needs alot of improvement. I will give this place one more try. I am so taken back by the hostess we talked to today. I understand it's Mother's Day and expected a long wait, what I did not expect was her attitude toward me or unprofessional behavior. She snapped at me, called me by my husbands name (to heighten the tension). I told her it would be 4 and a baby and she rudely corrects me to 5, just to point out she knows more than I do. Went there this morning and got a coffee and the G.O.A.T skillet. It was really really good I would definitely go back. The only downside was they were out of toast, which the menu said it came with. I know toast is not a lot, but they should give something else if they are going to be out of a simple item or go to the grocery store next door to buy some. read more

We were excited to try this place out, waited 15 minutes to get seated. Which wasn't bad. Then waited 10-15 min to get drink orders in they brought my daughters coffee in a mug smothered in red lipstick, the server was nice she brought a new coffee. However after coffee was served we waited 20 minutes before someone came to take our order, placed our order and it was another 20 min for food to arrive I had to leave because we'd been there over an hour and I had to be at work. I've read good and bad reviews of Toasted and wanted to come try it out since it's so close to my house. My son and I went in on a Saturday around 9 a.m., I was surprised to see that it was not busy at all, maybe only half the tables were taken. Our server was very pleasant to both my 10 year old and I. She checked on us often and was quick with any refill requests. I left her a very good tip because she did such a good job and I know the food industry is suffering right now. The food was pretty good, and there was plenty of it. I was shocked by the portion sizes! My son got the pancake and sausage, and the pancake was easily 8". I ordered the French toast which came with eggs, bacon, sausage and homestyle fries. The eggs were basic, but good. The bacon was very good in quality and crispiness, I'm not a big fan of sausage, but the bite I tried was pretty good. The homestyle fries were a disappointment. They looked great, skin-on red potatoes with bell peppers, but there was no flavor to them at all. I never use table salt at restaurants because I don't need to, but this was different. Luckily I had so much else on my plate that I didn't get super picky about it. The French toast was very, very good. Probably the best part of my breakfast. Both my son and I only ate about half of our meals, but I felt that the quality, the service and the pricing were all good enough to return. read more

Here's my review.... cuz I read all the others and wanted to be fair. Arrived at 8:45 today Sunday and there was already a good amount of customers inside...which is a good sign. We were seated promptly and given our menus by a nice hostess. Ordered our food...waited about 20 minutes..no biggie. Ordered the veggie omelet and hubby ordered the fried chicken skillet which he really enjoyed. He compared the chicken from Canes which we also like. My omelet was a good size AND very tasty. I like that my sour dough toast wasn't already buttered. Big servings, we got full and didn't finish. Only negative was that the hash browns were not crispy...next time I'll try the home style instead.. So......the AC WAS working, the staff WAS friendly, as was Miranda our waitress. Place was clean and no flies. Yes, they still have no liquor license for those who care. But you can bring your own champaign for a mimosa if you care to. By the time we finished our meals, there was a chingo (excuse me) of families waiting outside..again that's a good sign. We're definitely returning to support them. I'd give them a 5...but no restaurant is really perfect...so consider this rating a 4.5 instead. Looks like waiting outside at Spencer's or Broken Yolk is a thing of the past for us! read more

Really had high hopes for this new place! The menu looked AMAZING, reasonably priced, and had a wide variety of options. The poor servers, there was really only one main server with a few side helpers for the whole restaurant. Not sure if this is because the place is still new or if it was just that day. Either way, our server wasn't necessarily rude or nice, just in a rush to get all of her tables served. I totally understand. It just wasn't the best experience in terms of service. The food was okay. Waffle was a bit hard, and pancakes were kind of tough. Other than that, not bad. I'm hoping overtime, this place will improve and quality will increase, I still have high hopes for Toasted! read more

Ordered breakfast burrito, very disappointed there was absolutely no flavor to this. For a brunch place you expect that they know how to make a good burrito.
