Tried this place 7/18 and we must say the food was amazing. Very flavorful but what made our experience better was our server Lucy! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. She was beyond kind and made us feel very welcomed also brought our food on time. Definitely recommend coming here. We will for sure return.

So we decided to do Father's Day breakfast for takeout and figured we'd try Bella's Diner for the first time. Initially the French Toast combo was missing from our order, so I called to get it corrected. Instead of professionalism, I was met with snickering and a casual "my bad... we can write your name down for next time," followed by a bunch of dismissive blah‑blah-blah. It's Father's Day, our meal is already messed up, and everything else is getting cold while we try to fix this issue. My husband even felt bad and drove to pick up the missing order -- only for us to get home and find out the French toast was grossly undercooked. At that point, the whole experience was over for me. Appetite and, excitement gone. Epic fail, we won't be back. Lastly word of advice, get someone with sense to answer the phone -- the lack of empathy, the attitude, on top of poor food quality just cost you a customer!

This place is good the food was yummy and the server was sweet. I just wished they had more turkey options.

Family unexpectedly dropped by from out of town, so we decided to treat them to a late breakfast / early lunch. This was my first time here and I vaguely remember the business (pizza place) that was here before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the remodel. Not only was it refreshing from the heat outside, but the interior was really beautiful. I love the complimenting pictures of local Bakersfield area, the interior masonry is beautiful, and the attractive pictures decorating the walls was very nice. The diner also has a very nice open layout that makes the place feel very inviting and not so crowded. The waitress that helped us was very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and everything looked and tasted great. I'm glad we discovered this spot, we'll definitely be back and luckily it's so close to home.

Had an amazing brunch- the Berry French toast was great! Friendly service as well! I recommend if you're in the southwest Panama area

The food was amazing the burger was flavorful I would definitely come back! The wifey approved can go wrong with her choice!!!

    Food

Service is good! Food came out quick and the waitress was very kind the host as well! What makes this place a one star review is the food terrible no flavor on the hash brown. Chilaquiles were to dry and the serving size for what you pay is the serving size of what you feed an infant. The bread from the biscuit and gravy was super hard you can't even cut it with the fork

Such a great breakfast spot! The food was good, fresh, and the portions were really good. Everything we ordered was so good, and the service was great too.

The food is very good and the servers are great. Very busy and limited space, so be mindful especially on the weekend. I enjoyed

Food, service and ambiance was a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend. Seating is limited so be mindful on the weekends, but definitely recommend a visit.

I've been passing by this place a few times and I decided to have breakfast here with my sister and I am glad we did. The food portion was just perfect and it had a lot of flavors to my liking. I ordered the California Omelette with country potatoes and a side of sourdough toast-- and everything was delicious! The inside was spacious and the food tasted like I was eating at someone's home-- which in my opinion was very comforting. Our server was nice and friendly and she asked if we needed anything frequently. Also, I recommend trying their Pecan Waffles! I made the mistake in eating this last so the whip cream melted a little bit but it was still delicious and adding the maple syrup made up for it.

Nice quiet spot! Food was amazing and the service was insanely fast. Went with my girlfriend and we shared a CFS Burrito. Huge portions and filled up the both of us (and we can EAT). Service was also friendly and attentive. Thanks, can't wait to go again!

Globalization and the world within, for f' sakes! This place is truly brilliant. More recently, I'm only in town a few days out of the week, but I make a point to visit this location or their other location, Mokhamena on Panama, each day I'm here to, at a minimum, pick up two for myself--the first one is to function and the second is to savor. There was a time I'd pick up the party-size for my coworkers when I liked them... but alas, times have changed so more for me. The staff there are always friendly and awesome, and on days that I'm lucky enough, I get to actually enjoy the cafe. So grateful you guys are here and sharing flavors from across the world.

THE GRUB: The Cuban coffee is outstanding, and the Vietnamese iced coffee is one of the best around, actually its the only one around. If im clueless let me in on the Vietnamese coffe you know of...anyhoo If you're looking for a caffeine kick, the cold canned Vietnamese coffee will give you a jolt you wouldn't believe. Food-wise, the Peruvian grilled cheese sandwich was flavorful and well made, but I'd recommend asking for the sauce on the side unless you enjoy a messy sandwich. The ham and cheese croffel had great flavor, but it was a little light on the ham and cheese. I think the cropples are better suited in the sweet variety as they seem small incompressants to a ham and cheese croissant someone would purchase for about half that price. In my opinion, it was more of a kid's snack than a meal and not quite worth the price, if you're actually hungry I would go with something else off the menu. Everything was made fresh , you must be patient here , perfection can be slower than your metabolism, so dont go there hangry. During my visit, Hector explained that he envisions Uncharted Adventures as a gathering place for the community. The business frequently hosts weekend vendor markets and local running clubs. Hector also shared he was creating a dedicated Memorial Day wall honoring local veterans, first responders, and teachers, while also working on an outdoor eating area. It's always great to see a Hector and Chris, and the new Adventures they take on. This is one of the few coffee shops in Bako worth checking out, whether you're stopping in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or a community events theyre hosting give em a visit an introduce yourself. You can thank me later. .Overall I would give everything a four and a half Stars but since Yelp doesn't do half Stars I'll give them a five out of five stars. As they deserve a free half star for all of the Uncharted Adventures that they are a part of...lol get it.. nevermind.. bye for now...

As I was walking I saw the sign for this place and was happy I did because my other coffee options were a fast food restaurant or the famous coffee chain. It was a bit confusing to locate. It was tucked away in the back of a commercial office space type building. Once inside the place was very clean and organized. Very minimalist design. I was only one of 4 total people inside. My order was taken quickly. I ordered an iced americano with a ham and cheese turnover. Coffee was on point. No notes. No complaints. The pastry however was not good. They asked me if I wanted it heated up. I said I did. I saw her put it in the microwave, and I assumed they turned it on. Their hype was definitely due to the 'aesthetic'. Nothing is really outstanding to me. The drinks are such a let down, the coffee is borderline yuck.. do not recommend. Everything is quite unmemorable. Service is whatever, sometimes mid, sometimes bad. Nothing outstanding. Ambiance.... well... this one has been replicated one too many times. The food is heavily missing flavor, the hummus is disgusting. I can't believe they call that thing hummus, it's an insult to actual dish.. it's almost like it was trying to imitate the real dish, but failed terribly in even attempting to. Their pizza tasted like play-doh and looked very pale. Smitten is at least consistent with one thing, which is their staple: no flavor. One of the breaking points for me was being served food that had someone's HAIR. The restaurant is very expensive for the poor experience they have to offer. I stopped recommending them a long time ago.
