Ordered Lunch Special for a Delivery. 2 rolls and salmon teriyaki for $15.25...i wasnt expecting anything else.... after 30 minutes, the man was at my door and very polite with a smile. Very nice looking place however the waitress was upset when I asked her to change the wine since she said it was white but it came to be rose. I love this place and I've only ever ordered delivery. When the takeout is this good, I have high expectations for how good the food is in house. The fish is fresh and the flavors are authentic. I highly recommend the chirashi. It almost always comes with tamago which is always perfectly cooked- never overdone. I also recommend the shumai and gyoza. read more

I do really like the food however the delivery guy is very very rude. He is not very friendly at all and this is every time. The last time, I said hello to him which he responded by yelling the price of the food at me. When I misunderstood the amount he got loud. I gave him the amount plus a tip. He was not happy with the tip amount in which he again yelled out. He then gave me a very nasty look and shook his head. As rude as he is he should be grateful to even get a tip. Another time he called and started YELLING at me through the phone because my buzzer was not working which I did not know. Threw it in the trash! Driver was belligerent and yelling over tip amount given via online ordering in waiting room of medical office. Also did the same thing to a co worker a few weeks ago. It was funny the first time but not the second. Was not comfortable eating food from a place where there was so much aggression. No respect or customer service and interacting with Doctors like a bat out of hell. Thankfully no patients in waiting room. Called restaurant immediately to inform them and got a weak apology. Asked for owner or manager said they weren't there. I asked if that was the delivery man. So for the driver wanting $1 more tip the restaurant lost a whole medical office worth of business? Do the math. Medical front desk was shocked, said they never saw anything like that before. Can't trust the driver with handling my food never know how crazy people are and the energy behind the drop off was so negative I couldn't stomach to put it in my mouth. Someone who lacks that much self respect can go to levels I am not willing to risk. I could see him spitting in someone's food or dropping it on the ground then placing it back.
