My husband and I are the test subjects haha seriously in Calvert County there were little choices for a Pellet Stove company and the ones we did see had the worst reviews. We took our chance with this company and hit the jackpot! Customer Service is 100% amazing! Very professional and they know what they are doing! We chose the Rolls Royce of Pellet stoves for our family room and it looks great! They had to work around the stone on our fireplace and unless you are really anal about how you want things it looks great to us. Although the employees did make sure to ask questions and show me continuously what they were doing and if it was okay. They put drop cloths everywhere so my carpet stayed clean and if you check out my pictures they put a little tent up around the area so dust and debris stayed inside. It was not a speed thru job, they were thorough and did everything properly in a timely manner: they were great with my husband and I taking a lot of pictures too. They took out our Gas fireplace that was put in by the builders and replaced it with the pellet stove. They went through the instructions to let us know how it works too. Pretty easy. We spent close to $9,000 and it is an amazing investment. My animals will always be warm for those few cold months and we will definitely save on our electric bills too We had visited a few times before making our final decision and they never rushed us and allowed us to ask the million and one questions we had. Not sure about others experience but we can be a little extra with our questions that would be annoying to some but they really enjoy what they are doing because they didn't get irritated or annoyed. The front office doesn't seem to know what the technicians are doing/saying and vice versa. On the initial inspection date, Their technician arrived 45 minutes late outside a 4 hour window for the initial inspection, then sat in the truck for 40 minutes preparing my estimate, wasting my day from noon to 6 p.m. There was no document to sign when I made my deposit, which I should have declined to do in the first place, but be warned that they do not keep a document/paper trail. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
