I've been here twice so far, and both times I ordered off the specials. The specials come with a soup or salad and dessert. For an extra $1.99 you can upgrade and get one of their cakes like I did today. I had salmon puttanesca the first time I came. The sauce was very good, but the salmon was overcooked and dried out. I had the matzo ball soup with my dinner which I enjoyed. Today I had the baked ziti and meatballs Parmesan. The baked ziti was good, but the meatballs were horrible. They were dried out and weren't tasty. I had the chocolate mousse cake for dessert which was very good! My server Aniyah very sweet and attentive. Overall it's food you would expect from a diner. It was decent, and I'd come back if I wanted something from a diner. read more

This is a perfectly fine place to grab a meal but as far as diners go, I'd probably pass and go to another one. I find it hard to call it a diner since it's located in a strip mall. But once inside it does have a diner-like atmosphere and menu. I just feel like if you're in New Jersey and there are a myriad of real authentic diners nearby, why chose this one? Food-wise they were fine -- nothing amazing or terrible to report. Server was cordial and did her job adequately. If you're hungry and in the area, this place will suit you just fine. If you can drive a little further, there are plenty of options available. read more

We always have a great meal at Town Square Diner. The food is excellent. You must try their hamburgers, the best you will ever find. I would also recommend the Chicken Italiano Panini. You get 2 sandwiches, plan on bringing one of them home for lunch the next day. My wife loves their buffalo chicken wings. And that leads me into their portions are exceptional. You are leaving stuffed. Their service is spot on. They are friendly and very caring. In addition to your server, another member of the staff will visit to make sure everything is just right. They have a great diner feel so don't compare this to a fancy restaurant. read more

This family style restaurant is very welcoming. We love coming here for their delicious food. The staff is pleasant and accommodating to any changes on the menu.
