Me and my wife have gone here several times. Drinks are consistent and good. I like that they have a good variety of flavors to choose from to customize. They also have samples for you to try when your in line. We've gone here on weekends and the lines are usually long today was a Monday 2pm and maybe 4 people ahead of us. Pretty good. I used to think that Tpumps was overrated, and I still stand by that sentiment. It's better than I thought it was before I tried it and it's good, though I don't think the hype is warranted. Beware - the fruit flavours are from syrup and the milk is coffeemate. If that bothers you then don't come here. If you're looking for REAL "milk tea" there are other places. That said, I come here all the time. I'm fully aware of this but I don't care because it's good. It is more spacious than the San Mateo one but the design is a little stupid since the line ends up all bunched up in a corner... Although there is usually a long line at any Tpumps location, the Boba Tea is well worth the wait. TPumps is much better than any other Boba Tea place I have tried in the past. The staff are very kind and polite, and if something is wrong with your drink, they will fix it for you right away. There is a very large selection of flavors, and it is great that you can mix up to 3 flavors. While waiting in line, they have samples, so you can try the different flavor options Tpumps offers. When I go to Tpumps, I don't really expect milk tea, so expectations aren't high in that category. It's definitely an experiment to see what's the best flavor combo you can put in your tea, so much that you can barely taste the tea. Add milk to the mix, and it's like you have fruity milk. Given those expectations, I really didn't understand why the line is so massive. The service is surprisingly patient, since they're probably used to people getting confused about what syrups to add into their tea. Keep in mind that the flavoring agents are syrups, so adjust your tea sweetness accordingly to account for that! read more

The first I heard of Tpumps was a couple days ago when I tried it for the first time. I love it honestly and I prefer to have the boba in my tea, the normal version. My favorite flavor there is rose. Such a staple in the Bay Area now! Tapioca pearls are perfectly soft. I order honey in my drinks in replace of sweetness but really the flavoring syrups themselves are super sweet so 0% sweetness doesn't mean it'll be bitter at all! I love Tpumps but I feel like all the syrups sort of taste the same once combined so you can't really go wrong with what you order unless it's a prominent flavor like green apple or watermelon in my opinion. It's very rare that you walk into a drink or a smoothie place and it takes half an hour to get your drink. A friend went down to Burlingame to try the excessively popular business and that's how long it took. The small building was packed--line out the door. Of course, this was on a Sunday afternoon, not exactly the least populous time to go, well, anywhere. I tried the Mango Peach Passion with black tea with normal sweetness and bursting boba. It was pretty good; I have to go with the public on this one. It's conveniently located in the downtown area, though parking is a bother. The overall taste of the drink was cohesive and smooth. I love this place! I love being able to customize every part of my tea! My kids just love it here too. They don't have child size tea but they will split a regular size into 2 kid cups. I was never such a big fan of boba until I came here. I will say what sets this place apart is the boba itself. The honey boba is really soft which I like a lot. Other boba places the balls are to hard (no pun intended =D) I used to come here often since my boyfriend lived few blocks down. Occasionally will make the drive down just to have some of that deliciously soft boba. I usually get black tea with pomogranate lychee and blackberry with extra boba (obviously). Ive tried other flavors as well but normally I feel like most of them taste the same with the tea. I have tried their popping boba which I did not like at all. It was like gushers in my drink. No thank you. The place itself is pretty big and gets packed most of the time. Luckily they have the space to accommodate the customers. I like that they have new flavors as testers while your'e waiting in line. It is a great way to promote their drinks. They are pretty quick with the orders since they are well staffed. Ah yeah, my weekend go to. I like the tea and the tapioca pearls. The tea taste refreshing and the pearls are soft and chewy;I can tell they're made fresh. I also like having the option of how much sugar is put in. I don't like that sticky feeling in your teeth from the sugar. There's always a long line on the weekends. I've been so busy with wedding planning that I haven't written a review in two months, but I had a great experience here yesterday and felt like it definitely warranted a review. I wanted to place an order for boba catering from Burlingame Tpumps, and after some back and forth with the corporate Tpumps office, I was told to make a deposit here. I had a lot of questions about the process and Farrah was so helpful in answering all of them and giving us advice for day-of pickup. I placed a pretty big order, so there were many flavors that I could choose. Since I'm one of those people who usually sticks with one flavor at their fave boba spots and doesn't really deviate, I had no idea which ones to select for my wedding. I asked Farrah if I could pick a few flavors to try and she was so nice about it and immediately agreed. She made the samples quickly and even gave my mom and me tiny cups with the different toppings as well so we could decide what to pair the flavors with! We really were so impressed by her patience, excellent customer service, and friendliness. When I asked if I could choose specific straw colors, she was also cool with that and since the packages come in assorted colors, said she'd start collecting my colors to have enough of them in time. When I went to the store, there was a huge line which probably meant that the tea was really bomb. I ordered a green milk tea with honey boba and waited a short three minutes before I was given the drink. My first sip of the boba was really good but after that I started to get sick of it. The menu itself is very large and comes with multiple options to customize your drink. To be completely honest, the milk tea tasted a bit watered down but the flavor was still there. Also, the drink came with minimal ice cubes (and boba ) which gives there more space for milk tea. I would recommend this shop for anyone around the BayArea but dont order the green milk tea.
