He was super friendly and engaged in the conversation we had when we brought my girlfriend's damaged car to him for repairs. They finished the job in 2 weeks and the accident which was a pushed in fender and broken headlight, was completely fixed and looked 100% factory done. I just got my car back today and I dont write reviews this quick but I felt the need to. I brought my Volkswagen Jetta in to fix my back bumper after someone backed into me. The paint came off but no serious damage. I also asked to have them fix my exterior side pillars which needed to redone. The quote I received was much better than any other places I went to. Ramon was really nice and so was the lady in the office. I brought my car in yesterday and it was all done today. I even asked Ramon if he had any recommendations about getting paint off my driver window, and guess what he removed it for me. If that isnt service I dont know what is. I am beyond satisfied with the work done to my car and how it looks now. The paint on the back bumper matches perfectly with the rest of the car. The pillars look fantastic. And no paint on my front window. He also had the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. This place is amazing, please give them your business if you are in need of auto body work on your car. I had to find a body shop to replace the front bumper of my 2012 Honda Accord after an unfortunate nighttime encounter with a bedside table on the freeway put a huge dent on the right side. The accident not only damaged my bumper but also cracked the reservoir for my Accord's wiper fluid and therefore it would have to be replaced as well. I quickly visited a nearby auto body shop to see how much it would cost me. The owner gave me a rough estimate after glancing at my car (which was about two to three hundred feet away) from behind his desk. Troy & Bob's was different. I had learned about Troy & Bob's from Yelp and seeing that it had 5 stars I decided to stop by for a visit. Ramon, the owner of Troy and Bob's, came out to my car to take a look at my car and asked me about what had happened in order to get a better understanding of the extent of the damage. After I told him about what happened with the bumper and the leaking from the wiper fluid reservoir, he invited me back into the office to have a seat while he got me an estimate. In a couple minutes he returned with a printout of my estimate with a breakdown of the final cost. After that, I left and wasn't pressured at all to give them my business. Ramon told me to give them a call if I did decide to go with them, just to let them know I'll be stopping by to drop off my car. The next day I called Ramon back and set a date to drop off my car (they were closed on Christmas Day so it was decided that it would be better for me to drop it off after the holiday so that it wouldn't just be sitting in the shop). After dropping it off, having it fixed, and picking it up I have to say I'm impressed with the service and quality of the work at Troy and Bob's. Definitely going to come back if I need body work done on my car again! Some highlights: -considerate and helpful staff -the estimate was cheaper and the repair time was shorter than the other auto body shop I had visited prior to Troy and Bob's -the pump and hose of my wiper fluid system was damaged as well but Ramon only charged me for the initial estimate that didn't include those parts -both the interior and exterior of my vehicle was cleaned (I'm talking vacuumed floors and shiny rims) when I picked it up and my Accord looked as beautiful as it did on the day I bought it read more

First back in November the carwash I took it to broke my back wiper, completely pulled it... But the manager at that carwash is good friends with Carlos, a worker there, so he sent me over to them and the workers there were very professional. They had my car ready in about 3-5 days. Most recently in January my dad drove my car and it got struck with a metal object on the freeway... It ruined my windshield part of my door and part of the roof. I was expecting it to take a week but they completed it in 4 days. I checked other places in the area, but prices seemed hi, so I wanted another place in my area to go. My husband yelped Try & Bob's Auto Body Works Inc., and saw good reviews so we decided to check it out. I was helped by the owner, Ramon, who was very courteous and explained everything that they would have to do to my car and asked for my opinion on specific details. He was able to work with us a little on the price, since we were not going through our insurance. I appreciated that he went out of his way to help me out. I never received a call about the status of my car, but every time I called I was well received and received the information I was looking for. (I probably didn't give them the chance to call...) My car was done at the beginning of the time frame they gave me for when it would be done, which I really appreciated. When I got the car, Ramon told me to let him know if there was anything I wasn't happy about. When I looked at my car I noticed a mark I didn't think should have been there. I mentioned it to Ramon and he immediately had one of his workers fix it, including buffing and waxing the area so it looked like new. I was very pleased with the overall look of the car when I got it back. Not only did the repaired areas look nice, but the entire car had been washed and cleaned inside and out. Me and my husband went in to get an estimate for a dent on a door for a 2005 bmw 5 series. The sales person asked if he had insurance and my husband answered yes but he didn't want to get his insurance involved , the sales person then proceeded to say he is not going to be able to help because they were going to charge A lot and by a lot he gave $2,000 to fix a dent on a door.im guessing that was his way of saying if you don't have insurance than we can't rip you off and He also said that anywhere we went they will charge around $2,000 going to be the price anywhere without insurance. I could tell they do good work by the reviews and pictures but they just want to take advantage of insurances and charge triple for a job that should be less $$$ very disappointed for not offering a better deal. My insurance company wouldn't cover a hit and run accident for 2013 Chevy Cruze so I had no choice but to pay out of pocket. Carlos was a HUGE help.
