I Would Strongly Caution Anyone Before Booking at This Nail Salon !!!!!!!! I recently relocated and was looking for a new go-to nail tech. I booked with TEA for a full set, and while the experience initially seemed okay, I quickly began to have doubts. I mentioned upfront that I had a clear top coat on my natural nails, yet she didn't remove it before applying tips. That was my first red flag. Before she even began, I showed three clear reference photos so she could see the exact shape and length I prefer--tapered square, not coffin. Despite that, after nearly three hours, I walked out with coffin-shaped nails. Visually, the set looked nice, but it wasn't what I asked for. Fast forward just under two weeks, and the set started breaking down. Several diamonds were missing, and the nails were lifting badly. I attempted to reach out to Tea on Instagram, but never got a response. I then called the salon, and the customer service was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was told Tea was booked nearly two weeks out, and when I asked for a simple repair time instead of a full-set timeslot, they acted like that was an inconvenience. After being placed on hold multiple times, they eventually told me I could come in at 5:30 PM after work. Then just minutes later, the manager called back and demanded I come an hour later--despite the fact that no one was booked at my original time. I told them they could cancel the appointment at that point. Still trying to give Tea the benefit of the doubt, I messaged her directly. Unfortunately, that's where things took a shocking turn. She responded in a disrespectful and condescending way--insinuating I was being demanding, accusing me of lying about how long I had the nails, and ultimately refusing to offer any service. What's worse, she blocked me on Instagram. For the record, I was nothing but kind during my appointment. I even tipped both her and Johnny generously. Speaking of Johnny--he actually did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I had planned to return just for that. But after how I was treated by Tea and the shop's management, I will not be returning or supporting this business in any capacity. To anyone reading this: please take your money elsewhere. My nails are now less than two weeks old, and I already have two that have completely come off and stones missing from every finger. This level of service is completely unacceptable--especially when I paid for high-end work and was treated so poorly afterward. Tea, if you ever come across this review--don't bother unblocking me. Instead, take this as a reminder that how you treat people matters. Listen before spreading misinformation. And understand that blocking your customers instead of taking accountability is not how lasting reputations are built.

I want to say thank you to Vee as she really takes time to work on your nails. She lets you choose the colors and would even offer her recommendations based on what you have chosen. She is not in a hurry and is very precise as to the quality of her work. Will def come back here to see her again!

I've been coming here for a few months now. Location is very clean and well lit. Receptionist always greats me and communicates on my tech status. My go to nail girl is Tee, she is theeeee best..(this is coming from someone who's gotten their nails done for over 20 years) from the prep to the application she is top tier, and to top it off her design skills are amazing. She has never let me down. She gets booked up quick for obvious reasons. Overall such a kool & talented woman that I'll continue to support Nail Videos: @laurarendn

I had booked a last minute appointment here with no intention to get anything cute on my nails, just a simple manicure. But the technician who helped me out, Vee, was so nice and sweet!! She recommended I do a simple but very cute design and I love it!!! I will definitely be coming back thanks to her :))

So I have been going to Trusted nail salon for almost a year now, I have tried many nail technicians and I have always been super impressed with the quality of work you know the old saying you get what you pay for. I recently moved to one of the new locations on Sahara and Rainbow and the owner of the company suggested I try Jenny today was my second appointment with Jenny and as I am headed to my son's college graduation, I wanted to have something to symbolize graduating. I picked a design and Jenny was absolutely on point with what I chose. She's very thorough and does an extremely nice job, I highly recommend trusted nail salon for all your nail and pedicure needs the shops are always clean and welcoming Xuan the owner is so friendly and kind always greets you by your first name and now that they have many locations it's easy to find a location near you. Again highly recommend

Fast, efficient and beautiful! The level of customer service is wonderful! The atmosphere is one of beauty and relaxation while getting a quality treatment. Ivy was very knowledgeable and had a high level of detail to ensuring my nails were beautiful. I'd suggest giving them a try when looking for your nail needs. Easy to find right on Tropicana and Grand Canyon.

I came in today for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. I actually added the deluxe pedicure a couple hours before my appointment and the nice lady on the phone was happy to add it on, which I was super grateful for because I forgot to book initially. I was greeted when I first stepped into the salon and was taken to the pedicure chair shortly after-- I love when you immediately feel comfortable walking into any business and the staff made me feel this way from the very first minute. The salon is bright, clean and played r&b (which i love). Myle worked on my gel mani while Athena worked on my pedicure. Both ladies were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided during my time here and I'm sure I'll be back again. Apparently the salon has re-opened with new management only a few months ago so please show this salon some love if you're planning to get your nails done.

I am elated to have discovered Trusted NS. I was walking my dog one workday morning, and came across a lady on a scooter w/ her teenage son. The Asian lady was immensely friendly & handed me a flyer with enthusiastic intro about her new nail salon's special. The flyer offered a complimentary gel mani w/ a purchase of another service. Talk about good timing pertaining to my desire to find a new nail salon, and I was overdue for a pedicure. My usual nail salon is still amazing, BUT the pricing is becoming too expensive. I jumped on the chance to try out a new business that is close to my house in South Summerlin. After a short drive from my residence to Trusted Nail Salon, I opted for the $55 pedi w/ classic polish (i brought my own base & top coat, as well as polish, since I am a fan of the Zoya brand). I LOVED the new pedi massage chair, which was huge & comfy that enveloped my whole body. The massage chair options included neck & thigh massage too! The nail lady did a good job w/ the pedicure! I was offered the free gel mani, but I politely turned it down, since I was on a time crunch. I also liked the giant flat TV screens, with a myriad of shows playing at the salon. I'll definitely return in the near future.

First of all, the owner Xuan deserves 5 stars alone for the clever way she is advertising her business -- by offering a free gel manicure via HouseSeats. It's the first time I've ever seen an offer like that on HouseSeats, and I was so intrigued that I booked an appointment. I saw that they have a website, so I checked that out too. Very professionally done. Kudos! I was very impressed as soon as a walked in. The owner asked me if I wanted bottled water. Why, of course! Such a nice touch. The place was so very neat, bright, beautifully decorated in a very clean modern way. None of the garish decor one finds in other nail salons. This place was newly remodeled, and all their furnishings are new. Everything matched which ensured that it looked orderly and not cluttered at all. The chairs have built in massages with a touch pad control as well as cell phone chargers. I have never seen anything like that in a nail salon. Again, kudos. Ivy was assigned to me, and she exceeded expectations: very meticulous and precise. Before going on the next step she would ask me to inspect her work and if I agreed with what she's done. Her work was exceptional. No complaints at all, but rather, all compliments! I also liked that they have quite a diverse staff and to put it plainly, white, black, brown, yellow. That alone is a good reason to go because they weren't talking and laughing in a language I don't understand, and they did not engage in noisy talk among themselves. That gives the clients an opportunity to engage their nail technicians, thus making the experience more memorable. Turns out they also offer facials and lash extensions. I will most certainly book an appointment for a facial. They have private rooms away from the main floor for total privacy. This is an excellent salon that provides excellent service.

I was so excited to try this nail shop.. i got gel x because the girl said it was healthier for my nails, lasted longer and was quicker to do. I was there for 2 hours just for my gel x no pedicure and 3 nails fell off within 4 days. Took longer than a full set and didnt even last 1 week

Love tea sm she's so fun to talk to too! She has a very kind soul you can tell she loves what she does cause. She puts a lot of time and effort into her sets

I've been coming to see Courtney now for about 6 months, after my last nail tech left the state I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find someone but Courtney delivered and then some! I'm the type who usually has an idea of what I want done with my nails but sometimes I want to change a nail here or there from the photo inspiration I choose, Courtney is great for freestyling something or making the design unique than what the photo shows which is exactly what I want in a nail tech! She's consistent with time, super friendly and will always ask if I like the shade/ design/ length before moving on. I have a pretty busy schedule so I can't get my nails done as often as I should but her work is always really good that I like to keep the design as long as I can and my nails never pop off. I will continue to come back as long as she's around!
